They have changed their Chai Tea recipe and it's awful!!! I have found an alternative recipe of 8 classic and 7 chai.

I was not pleased with this Starbucks Target location. The you teenager shook and shook my Venti Green Match Latter so much that when he poured it into the container, it only filled two thirds on the Venti with actually liquid and the rest was froth. See the picture I uploaded. The rest of the liquid he left in the original shaker; another words, I got ripped off. The Green Match Latter tasted good, but paying for a Venti price and only receiving a Grande amount of liquid was not cool. He should of given me the rest of the liquid in a small container such as other places do. read more

It sucks that the service at this place is horrible because its inside the Target and I have always had good experiences at the store. The ladies that work here are very unprofessional and basically just give you want they want. I sent back my order twice today and when the order was given to me on the third time it was still wrong. We came to Starbucks thirsty after all the shopping we did in Target. I got the Venti strawberry frap and my daughter got the grande ultra caramel frap. She liked her drink. As for mine, I tasted the strawberry with more of the cream. I wanted a little more of the strawberry sauce inside. The frap didn't have enough strawberry flavor. The location was clean and the workers were friendly as they were making people's drinks. Very efficient and fast. Plenty of seating inside to enjoy your drink. I asked to cash out a Starbucks gift card that had a balance of 75 cents. The cashier or maybe she was the manager stated that "They don't do that anymore in California" She said it has been this way for 5 years. For her information California Civil Code section 1749.5(b)(2) states any gift certificate with a cash value of less than ten dollars ($10) is redeemable in cash for its cash value. This is the worst Starbucks I have been too. Usually I deal with very great people at other locations, but this one is very poor at customer service and handling drinks. People are constantly on their phones or distracted by side conversations. I wanted oat milk with my drink since I can't have dairy and they put regular milk in my drink. Maybe if they were aware if they people willing to pay money they would be more cautious. Target needs to go over procedures with these employee's especially the management at this location. I don't need to hear gossip about other employees when I'm getting my morning coffee. read more

Ordered a shaken oat milk espresso and vanilla latte with salted cream... first of all... they didn't even ask what size I wanted, and I was about to say venti and she already started writing it on a grande.. then I asked for salted cream and instead they put sweet cream and I could hear them talking and just saying "whatever it's fine" and then for the oat milk brown sugar drink they made the whole thing practically ice and then just put it out without calling a name or saying the name of the drink so multiple people were picking up my drink to see what it was and if it was theirs.. then I'm waiting against the wall cause there's people in the way and they yell at me that I'm not allowed.. so they'd rather have me crammed next to everyone else. Terrible. Loads of loitering high school students make it seem like it was the cafeteria. The cashier fail to communicate with the barista regarding my food order. The barista was kind enough to give me a free cake pop for the wait. This is one of my local Starbucks. But after my last experience, I will never return back. As I was being assisted by one of the employees, he was actively harassing, and dehumanizing his female coworker. I felt extremely awkward and wanted to run out of there. And to make things worse, my children were there. I wanted to spare them this trauma. The guy kept telling me that he couldn't believe that his coworker was in the navy and kept saying "look at her now!" She was stocking some merchandise in front of the register. I'm not sure if she was trying to ignore him or if she genuinely didn't hear him. I just wanted the guy to shut up! I couldn't believe how sexist, possibly racist, and an asshole he was being! I've never witnessed such disgusting behavior in my life! I wondered if he treated her like that in front of costumers, how he must treat her when nobody's around. Completely degrading and absolutely wrong! If anybody has the number to their corporate office or has any further information on how I may escalate this complaint, I would gladly appreciate it. read more

There is generally only barista at a time at this Starbucks. Which can make it a slower experience but it's least busiest of the three Starbucks in the area. During the day there is almost nobody in the seating area. So it's very easy to study at. read more

Absolutely horrible. We've been Waiting more than 20 minutes for a shake and T for my son before school. They have two people making the drinks and they're excepting tons and Huns of mobile orders and you got an angry crowd. I will never come here again. She then told me they don't have what i ordered. I then ordered two frappucinos with caramel and she didn't add any caramel.
