I do a mobile order for a sandwich and latte every day and grab it from this location on my way to work. Over the past few months, the sandwich has been sold out so half the time when I go in to grab it they make me wait in line to get a refund. This defeats the purpose of the mobile order and the convenience of quickly grabbing lunch on my way to work. I asked the manager today why the mobile app never shows the sandwich as sold out and he said they only get a few sandwiches a day but the GM does not allow them to update the status to show when things are sold out. He shrugged and truly seemed like he could care less about the inconvenience. I will not be able to use this business anymore since they intentionally allow orders that they frequently do not have stock for. I will take my daily business elsewhere. read more

I have traveled across the country and ventured into different countries, and have tried many Starbucks. The cool thing is, they definitely follow the corporate decree. I have never met a rude person or encountered a problem that they would not fix. When I'm in Southern California, I always go to this particular. Starbucks. Staff is super friendly, super fast and it is definitely a treat walking inside. One person particular Mallory, goes above and beyond at the call of friendliness. She makes you feel welcome, almost like you are part of the family. Four retail experience. It is nice to see somebody that goes the extra mile. This place seems to be any constant state of chain. I see some familiar faces but mostly new people behind a counter. They also have upgraded the interior to be a little warm and inviting, and giving you that feeling of I want to stay a while. Bottom line? This one is on my short list of Starbucks to visit when I am in the Southern California.. Mark this one down. read more

Came here yesterday to try a Secret Menu item. The Barista who went Above and Beyond said if you don't like it,we'll make you something else. So sweet I hate when you get something and if you don't like it, you kind of have to grin and bear it and never get it again. Needed a pick me up. Found a pick-me-up! I was menstruating and not feeling well. I had plans the next day to visit my grandmother at the nursing home, and didn't want to miss out. So, instead of canceling, I hit Starbucks for a coffee. Now usually, I don't drink coffee. Especially something from Starbucks because their drinks are so strong. But I really needed it! I ordered a caramel Frappuccino with almond milk instead of regular milk. It was delicious! I got a small, because I needed a little boost- not to be all jittery and lose my mind from anxiety. I frequent this Starbucks location. On this particular day I found out about the free Christmas cup giveaway while I was at work and being a dedicated Starbucks connoisseur I had to have it. I reached out to the location by phone to confirm that I would still receive the cup if I placed my order via a food delivery app. I was assured that I would and to my delight the reusable Christmas cup was delivered with my order of a Grande Chai Tea Latte. My latte was made perfectly as always so it was definitely a nice pick me up to my workday. I love walking to this Starbucks regularly. The staff has been very nice and it's normally not too crowded. It's very nice to get some AC after a good walk. Today I got an apple crisp oatmilk shaken espresso and it was very yummy. I sounded it right away. I always ask for a water and today they gave me really big ones. This Starbucks is hit or miss. Sometimes the drinks are amazing. Usually they are. But tonight they gave me a strawberry açaí that was basically a cup of ice with the drink to fill in the gaps. I can't really drink coffee but I came here to meet up with my friend and after we chatted I came in and got my egg bites and they helped me get their Paradise drink- offered me a Large sample to try it with vanilla and were just incredibly kind. This store used to have a great customer service and coworkers who knew how to make the drinks and they tasted good. Flash forward to the present and it has gone downhill. I don't understand why there are so many "bad customer service" reviews especially since I would never expect 5 star service to come with my coffee. I am here for caffeine, not a new best friend. This place is laptop friendly. I love how they had a long table where different people can sit together and study/drink their coffee. The table had outlets underneath for those who need to charge their phones/laptops. My coffee was delicious and they even have decaf options. Ha ha, they are concentrating so much, that they probably didn't realize many of the guys looked alike...dudes with brown head hair and facial hair. A convention of college hipsters? I just wanted an Americano to sip on with the buttery rugalach cookies from nearby French's bakery in my hand. There was some waiting, nothing new at this or any Starbucks at 1 PM. This Starbucks is about a mile or so from my house and also near the freeway. I needed a location that was close to both since I was getting up rather early to beat holiday traffic going into LA and also needed my caffeine. The line inside was daunting and I almost turned back but I noticed it was moving quick and everyone behind the counter was operating efficiently. That's what I like to see anywhere I go especially at a coffee shop. Despite the rush, my drink (zebra mocha) was prepared to perfection and my pumpkin loaf actually tasted fresh and lovely. This location certainly should adjust the Staffing for the weekend morning crowd during the holidays. Additionally, not having something as simple as honey for a menu item is disappointing. Especially when it's an item that can reasonably be acquired from a market or Nother local Starbucks, since there's always more than one clustered together. And, please also ensure that attentiveness by the employees is being practiced, in that they are being observant of those amongst the customer crowd and how long they've been there. The reason of this is mentioned is because when the ticket system fails, like this morning, it should be visible enough to anticipate that someone's been waiting a little too long and that waiting for a bagel and a single drink item order should not take more than 15 minutes when you only have a weight line for pickups of about eight and a staff of four to five. read more
