Always great. They are super friendly, there's almost never any incorrect orders. Super consistent at this location.

I live near by and often go to Starbucks for Soy chia latte. I've been very disappointed with quality and accuracy of my drive thru orders. Today, I ordered my regular drink and received less than a half-cup of chia. Previous visit I ordered Chia and it tasted like hot water, two other visits I received some else's orders. Needless to say, I'm a dissatisfied customer and will think twice about wasting my hard earned money to purchase beverages from Starbucks. read more

I was just there a free weeks ago. great service from the lady that too my order. the ambience was relaxing and calm. My go to is an iced white Chocolate something I forget. read more

The service was the best. The woman at the drive thru speaker had the biggest heart ever and I really appreciated all of their hard work. No matter how big my order was they were kind and the atmosphere was so welcoming. The drinks came out perfect and same with the food. I had to wait because of the order size which I had no problem because they came out within 10 min. I will be returning for more memories read more

Please, please Starbucks stop with the awkward tip request when we pay. I am not tipping for someone getting me the wrong coffee (this is blonde, not dark as I ordered) and no napkins with my food. I paid almost $9 for bitter and weak coffee and a messy breakfast. Skipping this joint from now on. read more

I go here almost every morning and I LOVE the amazing service and they always get my order just right!!! read more

Starbucks - a cup of coffee with a lid on a table - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Colchester, Connecticut

I don't like my drinks too sweet and I don't really care for any of the sugar free syrups. So I asked how many pumps of mocha are in a grande cafe mocha. I was told 2. I asked for it to just be one pump and asked if that was the only sweetener in it. I was told that was it. Received my drink and thought it tasted way too sweet while in the car. I decided I'd add some extra coffee to it at home to thin it out. Poured it in another cup and there was at least an inch of chocolate syrup in the bottom. I looked at the cup and the special instructions said "1 shot". So instead of then only using 1 pump of chocolate they used 4 (according to Google what's in it) and 1 shot of espresso. :( Not what I asked for. Very disappointed. read more

It was amazing the people serving us was so nice i will definitely be coming back. The drinks were amazing and my family got 5 drink and 4 food items and we got 2 drinks in the drive thru but after 3-5 mins we got everything else and usually i would have to wait longer . Also the girl at the drive thru was so nice and kind hearted the staff was so sweet when we were waiting in the car for are other stuff when the worker was bringing us the food she said "i'm so sorry for the long wait " but the wait wasn't even long . I am FOR SURE coming back . read more

Not great. The 3 times I've been there they've messed up my order. I just got home from there and I ordered a chocolate almond milk shaken espresso with cold foam- and got a brown sugar blonde roast. And they did not put sugar in my iced mocha and got the size wrong which I had to have them fix. It doesn't help that the workers were fooling around at the window and not really paying much attention. They also gave me a small and charged me a medium the other day. Kinda disappointed read more

I want to like this place. I like their drinks, I like their food, but there is no way to get any of that quickly, and that's a problem. It looks like they have three people working at any given time. One works the counter inside, one works the drive through, and one seems to ignore what's going on to clean. I don't know if there's a training flaw, or if this is something that thought isn't given to, but they don't seem to work efficiently. For instance, one time my friend and I ordered the exact same thing, yet the person making our beverages made them one at a time. Now this isn't to say that they aren't friendly, or that the quality of what they serve isn't there. It just takes too dang long to get from start to finish no matter how you order. I find this place is best visited when you're not in a hurry, and by skipping the drive through. At least you can use their wi-fi to entertain yourself instead of having to sit in your car wondering what the people in front of you ordered that's taking so long. read more

Starbucks - This is the drive through on any given day. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Colchester, Connecticut

Every day for the past five years, I have gone to this Starbucks in the morning to get a mocha with a triple shot of espresso. Fairly recently, though, the flavor has gone downhill. I find myself having to return to the store after I get my drink because it is so watery and has no flavor. Today, they made three attempts on my drink, and every time, it was watery and did not have good flavor. I am not one to always need things to be my way, but when this drink costs me $6 every day, and the flavor is more than just a little off, I believe it's necessary to get even some of my money's worth. I currently have fifty dollars on my account, and I have decided that I am going to finish out the card and then stop coming here. read more

I can honestly say most of the employees are super nice but not this afternoon. I ordered my drink and went to pay. It was a large bill but all i had. The girl told me she didn't have to take it and that if i had a card or smaller bill i need to pay with it. But she took and told me this is the only time. Now no where is it posted that they don't except large bills!!! I will no longer ve going there any longer. read more

If I could give a zero I would. They gave me the last of the old cold bold roast, ran out when my cup was half full, offered to let me wait to brew more but set the half full cup aside. I asked are you going to let that sit out, get cold, and add to it? Yup, they were. So I let them fill the rest with blonde roast. Terrible cup of coffee, burnt, old, cold and worst customer service read more

3 outlets in the whole place. 50% of the tables don't have access to an outlet. I thought Starbucks was an internet cafe. If you plan on going here to use your PC, tablet phone and might need a charge go somewhere else..because if people are there those 3 outlets will be taken. Friendly staff... read more

Super slow at mobile orders. They don't prioritize them at all and will skip over making them unless you go thru the drive thru which causes a huge backup. They need to figure out how to handle getting mobile orders made. read more

Not all Starbucks are created equal :)...wanted to specially recognize the incredible customer service I received from Store Manager Campelo (Bella) who took the time to assist me today...was also worthy of note is the people on her staff were friendly and attentive as well...will definitely be coming back here! read more

Me and my friend went there. And we both got a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate for very good and the people were good at their jobs. There was a tiny wait but that is to be expected because they had a long line in the drive-through. I will be going there again! After we got our hot chocolate we sat there for a little while. they have nice places to sit and good seats. read more

Stopped for coffee this morning. I was second in line and waiting for service. Another customer came in line behind me. The barista looked at me and turned to the next customer saying, "good morning John, are you getting your usual?" He did, and she turned to make his coffee. I left. read more

FIRST OF ALL: my visit today was very unpleasant, my aunt ordered black mango iced tea, they disregarded her order, failed to do their job and gave her green mango iced tea. SECOND OF ALL: for the 2nd time at this Starbuck location they did not have chai tea, they offered a different option but did not provide me with it charge free for the inconvenience. The staff was very rude and the "manager" was inconsiderate of her paying customers. :( disappointed read more

Not bad for a pricey coffee chain who expresses sides on controversial topics when it should focus on coffee. My biggest gripe is that they need to extend and stabilize their WiFi so you can use the mobile app from the (drive thru) ordering kiosk TO the window. When the store is in a dead zone for some providers, the app needs WiFi to function! It's difficult to log in to the WiFi at the window to use your mobile card! It's just irritating.. But back to brass tax, drinks may be overpriced but they are tasty, high quality and made right. Fix the WiFi debacle and it's 4 stars, influence corporate to stick to coffee and not politics, 5 stars! read more

As someone who has frequented many different Starbucks, I unfortunately have to say that this location is (so far) my least favorite. The interior is cold and very industrial looking, with a handful of hightops, the long community table, and a few regular tables (definitely not the place to come on a coffee date.) The few times I have come here the staff were ppaaaiinnnnffulllyyyyyy slow. I waited 5 minutes for a plain iced coffee when there was no one else in line. I was given the wrong drink and brought it back; the barista laughed it off and said she had a long morning (it was 2 in the afternoon.) Also she was on her phone while she made my drink. There was a male barista there who was actually really nice and made my drink efficiently, but unfortunately I have only seen him there once. I have to say, I really miss the old location/staff. read more

This is the re-located Starbucks in town. They have a drive-thru which is nice. But the interior is sparse and cold. I liked the old place better because it felt more "homey." But the service is good, staff are attentive & fast. It's Starbucks - nuff said. read more

I come to this specific Starbucks semi-regularly and I have to say it doesn't matter the day every employees is extremely friendly. They clearly care about customer satisfaction which can often set my tone for the rest of the day. The workers are speedy, pleasant and genuine, a rare sight compared to others. I would certainly recommend going slightly off Route just to go to this location, you will not be disappointed! read more

This was a good place to go but i find the more i go the more i hate it. They mess up oreders, then keep people waiting for 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. Why are they putting these kids with no training in these kinds of coffee places. I believe the gas station job is your kind of speed. read more

Baristas are always friendly and helpful and the drinks are never shy of amazing. Wait time is also not too bad either.
