Grounded Coffee Co is the rare CT coffee shop that made my iced coffee with an Ethiopian Single Origin roasted by Ilse. Ilse, a North Canaan, CT, was not on my radar. They are now. This was one of the best iced coffees I've had from a shop all year. And it matched my preferences. Grounded is small, but the shop was cute, had some inside seating, and seemed to have an outside seating area, although I did not go out back to see it. Service was friendly and helpful.
