Always friendly - never a wait - they have my drink memorized. Been here every day for 5 years and haven't heard any one sing.

Bunch of bitches working here. It took them like 10 minutes to put ice in a cup and fill it up with water for me.

I have been meaning to let everyone know just how bad the service and management is here. This review is through the experiences of both my sister and one of her good friends who worked underneath Jamie for a while. Now I love Starbucks in general but i will never step foot into this one again because Jamie the manager was undeniably horrible towards her employees. Leaving work for hours during lunch, choosing favorites and nit-picking the employees she didn't like, hiring only new girls that resembled her. Yelling at and critiquing baristas in front of customers, refusing to cash out a gift card to a black customer...list goes on! The worst thing had to be REFUSING to sign my sisters transfer paperwork, so that my sister ended up not getting to transfer to a new Starbucks. By the time my sister found out what Jamie had done, that new position became unavailable. Starbucks needs to triple check Jamie's work because if I were the district manager she would be Gone. I only go to this branch, because it's where I kill time before going to work. It gets pretty busy in the morning and they seem to be short-staffed. There's one girl who is very welcoming and helpful, but the rest ... seems pretty slow and clueless. I'll rate it 3 stars once I stop hearing this one female employee whose annoying singing makes me not want to go back ever again. read more

Never had a bad experience at this location. I can say I'm more regular now than I was previously thanks to my friend. The staff seem pretty amicable and they know how to make a latte keto style; Albeit I do tell them to put heavy whipping cream on it. It's generally quiet until the kids get off school, that's when they crowd around and become loud and boisterous... But that generally isn't a Starbucks issue. I have a drink at Starbucks everyday and check my emails. I go to many Starbucks and this place needs to train their employees better. The only reason I come to this location is that they have comfortable chairs. They are never friendly at this location. They talk bad about customers. Especially this ginger girl and the girl walking around with her cellophane wrap tattoo on her thigh. They make customers feel not welcomed. The only reason I felt compelled to write this is that I over heard a conversation between a shift leader and another employee. I was having a drink at this location and another customer was complaining to the shift leader that a male employee was very rude to her and that she wanted to file a complaint. I spend so much money here. I've seen the staff come and go. Years and years. But this manager is not a good one. As a Buisness person, I understand productivity is important. But if your gonna steam milk for my espresso and charge me for 3 oz but not for 2oz, why throw out that extra ounce? Just give it to the customer. So instead of $3.90 from me, you get $1.95. She even tried to charge me for cold milk, when I could just pour it myself. It's cool. There are 5 other surrounding stores near me. Your not gonna get my $15 a day no more!! read more

They were slow and also had ovens off and it was only 7:30 and they close at 10. They just threw my tea bags in my cup without leaving the paper out then when i got home tried taking it out some pieces were already ripped off. Won't be back. This place is always a hit or miss for me. This is the closest starbucks to me and I usually drop by when I'm in the area. There were a couple times they made my drink wrong and other things the wait was super long. Other times, the employees seemed like they were having an off day because they looked unfriendly :( but regardless, for the most part, it's just okay for me. read more

I rarely go to Starbucks because I am usually disappointed and today was no exception. After waiting almost 20 minutes after ordering my Chia Tea Latte I finally asked a barista when my drink would be done. He replied "oh we never got your order. I'll make it next". I was a little annoyed by this point, but he said he would make my drink next so no problem. He continued to make 3 other drinks before mine. Finally another barista hands me my drink and it was wrong! She gave me a grande instead of a venti. I simply told her "I ordered a venti not a grande." So what does this barista do to fix the problem... she simply grabbed a venti cup and poured the grande Chia Tea Latte in it and add some more tea. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. My morning stop everyday I go to work. Very friendly and attentive staff. They remember my name and my drink everytime!

Took them abt half hour this morning to get my orange spice ice coffee. It was good though.

Friendly crew! Consistent Starbucks taste and quality. No drive thru, so it gets a bit crowded in there at times, especially before work!

Usually pretty fast considering how busy they can be. The location is kinda off, have to drive around to the corner to get to the drive-thru but always get friendly service and on occasion a cute Batista that makes my coffee taste that much better. read more

I go here almost ever morning before work. It gets busy just like any other Starbucks in the morning. The baristas are friendly and they make the drinks quickly. They also happily give out their old coffee ground to gardeners who want to give their plants a nitrogen boost. I have taken a couple of large bags myself! We come here often. It's my daughters favorite place. She's 12 and knows exactly what she wants and how to order it. But it seems as if they are annoyed with her every time. I also get that feeling when I've gone in there. They make her feel like an inconvenience. There are a lot of young people that go there because it's between a Jr. High and Elementary school. They need to have a little more patience and set an example for our future Baristas. I now try to use the new one on Shaefer, although it's out of the way. They are very nice! read more

Every time I use the mobile app and pick up from this location, they always mess up my order and never apologize for having me wait an additional 10 minutes while they serve everyone else. The last time I was in a rush and ordered 10 minutes prior to arriving. I'd ordered a hot Café Americano using the mobile app, and when I arrived they had an iced Café Americano waiting. When I told the barista that I'd ordered a hot drink, she looked at me like I was bothering her and didn't apologize for THEIR mistake. Seriously bish...I paid for the drink already so you need to make the drink I ordered! Of course, it was packed at 7:15a so I had to wait for them to re-make my drink. I used to love this location but since so many new people are there they are not as friendly even to loyal customers. Have been driving out of my way to go to a different store. I recommend the new staff get better training on how to deal with customers. read more

Sometimes their drive-through is a bit backed up, but it is still my favorite Starbucks to go to. They are pretty fast, actually, and really friendly. The customer service is outstanding. Went there around 7pm on Saturday for a travel coffee. Was told it would be 15 min so I went ahead and ordered it. 3 female workers all looked unhappy to be there. Not sure if one the ladies was a shift lead , but she yelled at the other workers this was the last one they would sell as well as telling other guests their oven was off so they couldnt warm anything . Worst. Service. Ever. The employees were talking to each other and being loud and one of them instead of helping us "she said oh hold on ill be right with you" then proceed to look for her phone! Her co worker said "its in my purse!" Running around messing around instead of getting drinks out. It was pretty busy too. I have never waited so long for an ice coffee in my life.
