This Starbucks is the closest to me. Very close and they have a drive-through as well. I don't normally go to Starbucks but today I felt it calling out! I ordered the mocha, chocolate and peppermint iced coffee and I got an egg, bacon, cheese wrap and a vanilla bean pastry. The egg wrap was very good 5/5. The iced coffee was good. Not great tho 4/5 The vanilla bean was tiny and expensive. 2/5 Overall I would give this place 4/5 stars mostly for the egg wrap and the location. Thank you. read more

Writing this review solely for the customer service here! I've been to many Starbucks locations, but none have stood out to me as this one did. For some reason the drive thru was blocked off, so I went ahead to pick up my drink inside and the barista who helped me out was amazing. He was so friendly & took the time to connect with me and had the best energy! I think his name tag said Sebastian; so Sebastian thanks for brightening up my day! Mariah is rude and not nice. I always come here and I will change the review. I get that its busy but everyone else was nice. There was literally nobody behind me either. I tried to order my usual and she just flat out said they only have a caramel brulee latte to make which I highly doubt. No greeting and no words after we paid. Every time I come here Aden always has a positive smile on his face. He always seems to remember my order as well which is completely amazing . Sometimes I can't even remember what I do the day before but he always seems to have my order perfectly done. I have to say that Starbucks is definitely a stressful workplace. I can imagine but he always seems to have the best positive energy regardless of everything else going on, It takes A real champ To balance life, a stressful workplace, and still have that level of positive energy ! I always try to make it in before noon so I can get the blonde roast. But when they are out, he always seems to offer something even better. I frequent this location often. I typically come in the mornings around 7:30 am. I wanted to write this review to show my appreciate for the frequent samples they offer. It's a nice treat to try different drinks and discover drinks I wouldn't normally try. Never had a problem with the service. Although not the employees fault, my drink has been stolen twice. With all fairness to Starbucks, almost every single Starbucks I've visited has really good customer service, however I have to give this location a lot of credit with their great customer service given that they are one of the busiest ones around town... I really like all the baristas who take their time to help undecided customers like myself with the drinks being that I like to try different things, and I don't have a particular drink that I order each time... I have to admit that this cold drink that was made with coconut-milk was a hit and when I told the nice young lady who was taking my order that I don't like my drinks to be too sweet, she suggested I get 3 pumps instead of the 6 pumps they put in the venti drink, and because of that my drink turned out to be a hit!!!! read more

I get nervous receiving my drink because I know I just paid for something I'm potentially going to not drink and through away. However now I taste it at the window and ask them to remake it. I've been having Starbucks daily for 4 years, the same drink for 3 years. I have asked for a drink change 2 times in those 4 years. Today was the third time and only because my drink was not the way it normally is. I kindly went as asked David for a drink change and he got so absolutely offended and was extremely rude. I told him it wasn't personal and that I didn't understand why he had to take it to heart and he said to not talk to him that way. I never raised my voice, I was never rude, I talked to him in a normal manner and he was literally shaking with how upset he was. Sad that some people cannot take constructive criticism. I pay 7.40 for my drink daily, I didn't think it is unreasonable to ask them to remake it. I have never had any baristas get so upset with asking to remake. read more

Drinks aren't consistent and baristas constantly screw up making the drinks. They're trained to make drinks a specific way, and still don't follow instructions correctly which is quite annoying for the amount of money paid. read more

I stopped at this Starbucks with my bf because it was in the parking lot of The Harkins theatre and we had about 35min to spare before our movie. We walked in and ordered. There was no line. I ordered a Venti brewed chai tea, and my bf ordered his drink. We also asked for 2 waters. About 8min later, my name is called. My bf grabs the order from the counter and returned with his drink and the 2 waters. Ok, where's my drink? It's just a brewed tea right? I think to go up and ask, when I hear one of the baristas ask the other(while holding a venti hot cup in her hand, "Chai? Aren't we outta chai"? She then calls me to the counter and informs me they don't have enough tea bags to make my tea. She asks if I want something else(doesn't provide any other options) or a refund. I choose the refund. I come back to my seat, and my bf suggests I get a "Honey Citrus Mint Tea". Great suggestion! I go back to the counter and order said tea. Guess what? They're out of the ingredients to complete that order as well. At this point, I am far from a "happy camper". I return to my seat, frustrated, without a drink and sip on my water. The bottom line: it took the baristas 10min to inform me that they didn't have the ingredients to make my chai tea. This is information they should've known when we initiated the order. Instead, they let me wait, made my bfs drink, served it, then advised me after the fact. They provided me with zero options, refunded my drink, and sent me on my way. Furthermore, they did not have ingredients for my 2nd request. Had I known they were so poorly stocked from the get go, we would of had time to choose another Starbucks or establishment in the area. Overall, this was a total exemplification of poor customer service and communication. Mind you, the lobby was not busy the entire time we were there and neither was the drive-thru. Another observation I made was the lobby wasn't kept and the 3 trash bins were overflowing. I could of overlooked this if the service was on point, but it wasn't. I doubt I'll ever be back to this Starbucks again. read more

The wait was absolutely too long. I ordered a tall Java chip frappe. There were two cars in front of me and no one inside. It took 20 minutes. Then when I got to the window the people were just talking, then opened the window, charged me, and gave me a straw. Then waited another 10 minutes to give me my drink. During which I watched them scrape off the whip cream they put in on accident. So when I got the drink it was watered down. The picture attached was immediately after I received the drink. This is the third time I go to this location around 9:20 or 9:30 and although they close at 10 the staff always tells me "sorry we're closed for the night" The hours say open till 10 and the staff seems to want to close earlier than the hours posted online or even on maps.
