I stop by this Sharetea pretty often whenever I find myself in Chino Hills, especially when I need a cold drink on a hot summer day. They have a ton of variety on the menu, and their boba tea is consistently good no matter what you decide to get. The atmosphere is great if you just want to grab a drink without dealing with a crowd. It's a quiet spot, usually not very busy, and the worker there is always really nice and welcoming. If you're in the area and looking for a solid place to cool down with a good boba, this is a great option. I'll definitely keep coming back. read more

We were here once, it was next to our doctor appointment. I don't believe is called shareatea anymore, but we got a Thai tea with boba, waited about 15 minutes and we were the only order or customers in the store. They used some sort of powder Thai tea instead of your proper brewed one. We saw them poor a few scoops and also could taste the grainy when drinking the drink. Boba was nice and sweet, hence the two stars. read more

It's been awhile since I've been to Sharetea. I used to have frequent card but they don't honor that. You can order your drinks via Clover apps to check-in and earn rewards. It is quickest way to order fast and easy. You can also order drinks via Yelp apps. Today, I got myself Peach Tea with Aiyu Jelly with 50% sweet and less ice. Great service, very clean and very fast. Horrible and disgusting. Had to throw away $40 worth of drinks. And we even tipped as you have to pay as you order. Avoid this place as the guy that was working there was pissed off that he has to work in food service. Never saw him wash anything, using dirty rags, reusing dirty utensils/ equipment and throwing stuff around on the counter and floor. Will report them to the health department too. I'm sure it will cause someone to get sick. I see other complaints about the same server and if management is ok with their employees acting like that, it shows the disregard they have for their customers. read more

This used to be my favorite ShareTea or boba place around the area. I completely went out of my way few days ago to grab a drink and disappointment was all there was. Service was awfully bad. No smile on the worker. He looked like he didn't even want to work. No "thank you" any time during the interaction nor when he gave me the drink. Not even a smile... Drink? Horrible. Tastes completely watered down. Thanks ShareTea. Good Job to continue to loose loyal customers. read more

If you happened to be served by the grace of the man wearing glasses, who looks like he's late 20's, and who refuses to share his name, I have terrible news for you. His horrible service and entitled demeanor takes away from the experience. Ordering from the kiosk seems to stress him out, and him projecting onto me made me quite uncomfortable. I just wanted to simply order, get my boba, and leave. I'm not sure if he was upset over the fact that I arrived 30 minutes before closing which I will apologize. However, the drink was just terrible; watery yet overly sweet. I mean come on?! How do you mess up a sharetea drink L O L. And the place was empty. Drink was exceptionally mid due to incompitence and service was horrible. read more

I used to frequent This 'Sharetea,' back when I was working in Chino Hills, at a Preschool. I quit that job to work in Arcadia, CA., and pleasantly learned that there existed another 'Sharetea,' in Arcadia, CA. as well. I haven't visited a Sharetea in awhile is due to switching to Ten REN's. As long as they keep up with their frequent buyer stamp card's program, I will visit ShareTea again. I used to fetch their Pudding Milk Teas during the hot Summer days with zero sugar because pudding already contained sugar, didn't need that extra dose. Drinks showed up in reasonable pricing for a large drink with toppings. Thanks for being there for when I needed a place to fetch drinks. I have relocated to the Arcadia, CA branch for now, though. read more

Let me preface this by saying that I am a fan of iced green tea drinks. That said, I'm super happy I finally tried this place tonight. I ordered the iced honey green tea at 80% sweetness and it was perfect. Can't wait to try the rest of their flavor creations; the taro blend also looks pretty yummy. This location currently stays open pretty late for the area (9-9:30pm) and it sure beats having to drive to Covina BMC (Banh mi che cali) for their iced green teas. Stumbled upon this place today after having a sudden craving. A little confusing to find but I'm also not from the area. Went inside and saw their extensive menu and decided to go with what never fails me - taro. I also rarely get blended anything so I figure why not and I love egg pudding. The size of the cup was a lot bigger than I anticipated but for $7 I'm not complaining. The drink itself was pretty good but was later reminded why I don't get blended drinks. The brain freeze isn't worth it. The shop was clean and service was ok. Wasn't terrible, wasn't great. I feel like the guy on register was just going through the motions. July 2020- A friend of mine was raving to me about how amazing Sharetea is and we were near this spot & I decided to check it out with her. It was my first time at a Sharetea location, & they have a lot of items on their menu! I was a bit overwhelmed but I narrowed down what I knew I wanted. I originally wanted their Strawberry Mojito drink, but I was told I was unable to get the tapioca balls because the way the drink was made & the cup it was put in. The cashier offered to give me a side of tapioca balls which was a good solution but I decided against it. I wanted the Strawberry Black Tea but I was not able to custom how sweet I wanted the drink which I thought was a bummer. I ended up getting it anyway in hopes of it being semi-sweet and mostly because I was able to add tapioca balls to that particular drink. When I got it I drank some of it but it was just too sweet for me. It was good but I ended up diluting it with water in order to enjoy the rest of the drink. I will def be back again to try their other drinks out, but I most likely will not be grabbing their Strawberry Black Tea. P.S as of July 2020 Masks are required in order to enter this location. Parking: This is in a shared lot with other businesses but there is plenty of parking avail in the lot. Looks they're trying to transition away from sharetea bc they're now called DoBoba or something. It still sucks lmao. Guy at the register wasn't rude but was not friendly either. He doesn't measure anything so I can already tell the consistency will be all over the place. My girlfriend's Oreo blended tasted more like Hokkaido than my Hokkaido Milk tea. Hokkaido just tasted like watered down milk tea with a watery Hokkaido flavor. My girlfriend's Oreo tasted more like Hokkaido than Oreo, but was still good to a degree. read more

Solid boba place located in a mixed use residential apartment area. It seems to be a more quiet area, and I had no trouble finding parking. The interior was clean, the service was quick and friendly, and the menu was extensive. The boba had a good chew to it, although I do feel like they give you way more than your drink needs. However, they're keeping the 5 stars from me because some people might like the extra boba. read more

TLDR Price: 3/5 Boba milk tea: 2/5 If shareteas were live action Disney movies, this would be the Lion King of shareteas. That's right, it's that bad... Like the Lion King, I came into it with high expectations. All the other live action Disney movies (shareteas) had been solid at the very least, this one should be amazing as well! After this thought, I went with shareteas' boba milk tea, thinking that there was no way they could get it wrong. Like the Lion King, this boba milk tea started off okay. The beginning was not bad, it was everything I expected. However, the further along I got, the worse it got. It was extremely dull, and almost reminiscent of a boba milk tea from quickly, except I paid 5 whopping dollars for it... Also like the Lion King, I came out disappointed and had to force myself to finish it. I'm not sure if this is the usual recipe, or the milk tea just wasn't prepared freshly today, but I'm pretty disappointed... I guess that's just the circle of life. read more

I'm so glad Sharetea opened nearby!!!! They seriously have the best tasting milk tea & boba. Their regular size is tall & it's normal boba drink price. You get so much for your money. Their grand opening is on Saturday, June 1st but they have soft opening going on. The boba is fresh & the drinks are customizable. You can do 80% sweet, 50% sweet or even 30% sweet. They have various blended drinks as well. This location of Sharetea is located in the newly developed area near Rite Aid, Subway & near the new apartment complex. Parking is pretty amble right now. Not all the locations are occupied yet. read more

Even though there are many boba spots nearby, ShareTea did not disappoint. I ordered a Mango Green Tea with Lychee and it was a 10/10. I like that many boba shops are getting accustomed to changing sugar and ice levels. Customer service was a 10/10 as well. I went in on the first day of the soft opening later in the evening and everyone was welcoming and patient while I ordered. Definitely will be my go to boba shop from now on! read more

Friendly service. Clean bright and the smell of tea when entered. Makes me go "ahhhh..." Their store Where Omomo now used to opened near 99 ranch of Chino Hills. I went there all the time. I forgot how their drink tasted like. One sip and all the taste of their drinks came back. Now am going to visit this place more. Service is , drinks are , priced , ambiance ok, the only thing is their bubble were a little hard. The lychee jelly are good and they give quite lots on toppings. Hopefully they will improve on the bobas texture. read more

Great place to satisfy boba cravings. Go-to drink is the QQ. Service is always welcoming and place is never packed so there's not much wait times. It's in a quiet little plaza so parking is never an issue. They do tend to run out of a lot toppings about an hour before closing, just a heads up. Been coming here for a couple years now and it's been a great experience each time. Definitely recommended! read more

My favorite drink from sharetea is the lime mojito. My first time getting this drink from this location and they make it differently from other locations. First off they blend the entire drink and all I'm left with is mainly ice. I spoke to the worker that it's mainly ice than tea and just dismissed it because that's how they make the drink at this location. This drink only comes in one size and is $6, would be nice if able to make it the same as other locations with more tea than ice. read more

I had heard positive things about this place, so thought I'd give it a try. I ordered the Golden Retriever specialty drink (choice of black, green or oolong tea as base). Comes with non dairy creamer, boba and jelly. Tasty drink, but the creamer upset my stomach and the tea kept me up all night. Service was fast and friendly though. I'm sad because I'm so simple and all I get is Thai tea w/ boba! I'm not even picky with it either ! But, I got a Thai tea and it honestly tasted so thick and like powder, even at times I would get big chunks of like some sort of granulated sugar or a thick clump of powder?? Maybe it was a my bad because they normally blend their Thai tea and I asked for it regular and iced? Not sure ! :( Such a bummer when you are also paying five dollars for it...which is a lot of money for a Thai tea that I had 3 sips of! Oh well, it is what it is! Nice service though! read more

Sharetea of Chino Hills has never failed me. Every time I go, the staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean and the drinks are made to my liking. Since their menu is very extensive, they also offer a list of their Top 10 drinks, you can't go wrong with their recommendations. I love that you are able to customize the sugar, ice level to the drinks and the staff honors those requests. They will go above and beyond to make sure the drink is made to your liking. My go-to drink is taro pearl milk tea with light ice and 1/4 sugar. My husband's go-to drinks are the toffee milk tea and hokkaido milk tea. This location is easy to find, has ample parking and if you are looking for a nice place to do some work or relax, this is the place to come. They have a couch and a few tables/chairs. I highly recommend coming to this location to satisfy your boba/milk tea cravings. read more

I ordered the Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea (3 stars) with 80% sweetness level. Although I liked the milk tea with the caramel like flavor from the roasted brown sugar, the boba was too chewy. It needed a few more minutes until it was pearl perfection. I should have only ordered the milk tea by itself. Service (4 stars) was fast as they quickly prepared my drink. They have stamp cards valid for this location only. I used the 15% off Yelp check-in offer. They offer a good variety of options that I would come back to try other teas. read more

My kids and I walked into this Sharetea at 8:44om after dinner as we were celebrating my daughters's birthday. I asked the employee when we walked in if he was able to make drinks as I realized they close at 9pm. He said yes. We placed our orders on the kiosk and asked if he could ice blend a drink and he said he usually doesn't, I asked if he could and he agreed. I was not rude or demanding- he was about 20 years old. He then started making our drinks, throwing stuff around, slamming stuff, shaking his head and sighing loudly- making sure we knew he was upset. He finished our drinks and I asked him why he was being so extremely rude to us. I had the courtesy to ask him if he could help us. We didn't deserve the bad experience and my kids were so disappointed. Why work in service if you're a terrible person? Very disappointed and I hope he learned something today. I'm sure he spit in one of the drinks, he took the drink to the back kitchen for no reason and brought it back with nothing new in the cup. Tossed that cup immediately. Very disappointing. Avoid this place at all cost. read more

This place is the best in this area. They have the most options and also have great customer service from when I came in. My favorite at any boba is taro so I had the taro first and its creamy and delicious and taste exactly like taro. I order mine with no sugar or 30% sugar because I tend to believe these drinks already have a sweet taste to begin with. Second favorite is the peach tea slush with lychee jelly and also add tapioca in large size, they also offer small size but my preference is the larger one. This one is already sweet again so I can order this with no sugar and it still taste delicious. The location is also kept very clean and neat so I don't think you'll have any complaint about that, also is it a small location like other tea places so to ensure you get a seat I would arrive early. I am very happy with them adding this location and has become one of my favorites. I would highly recommend this location over any other. read more

It's always nice to see their boba drinks come with a cup sleeve and string! When tasting my drink, you can taste the oolong perfectly and it's a subtle type of sweetness. Their boba is very chewy, but sweet, too. The workers here were kind and it was a very clean environment. Just like their tea, their shop is clean and to utter perfection. Their workers were trained well. I'd come back again for good tea!

There really isn't anything I would change about this drink. The everything croissant was also good. If there's anything I had to be really picky about then I would say the croissant could have been warmed up longer and the house cream could be more thick. With a 15% tip, I paid just above $15 for my 2 items. The croissant was about $7 which is pricey, but at least it was tasty. The place is pretty clean, employees were overall friendly and personable with their customers, and I was able to focus for a few hours to read and work on personal planning. So far this is the best place for iced coffee that I have found in this area. I know where to stop by whenever I want a no fuss, delicious einspanner!

We ended up ordering two "quick and easy" ice drinks. We asked if she was working alone... this lady only had rude comments and answers to say (smart ass). It is unfortunate to be treated that way specially when it was my first time there. It is also very unfortunate that the Spanish Latte I ordered was delicious, BUT I will never be returning or recommending this place due to the horrible customer service. I have family in the coffee business and customer service is always a priority, not at this location. Very disappointed with whoever hired her and trained her.

I've worked at a bar and I understand having customers come in and forgetting an order but they didn't even acknowledge their mistake or apology. We got our drinks and all you taste is milk, you can't taste any coffee. They refunded the vanilla espresso and I just kept my shaken espresso. The avocado toast is delicious.

Whether it's been on the east coast or the west coast, north or south coast, I have always received very warm, welcoming customer service. However at this location, I received the most disgusting terrible service I've gotten from any drive thru in a while. It's even more so surprising that this came from Starbucks of all places that again - random samples from all over the county have shown me that I can expect to have a friendly or at least neutral experience at Starbucks. When I approached the drive thru on June 27th, I started my order with someone named Emily. I had been to a Starbucks earlier that day (On Baseline and Haven and they are complete ANGELS there) and tried a new Coconut drink that was on the menu. I was tired from driving for a while and needed some coffee to get some energy to complete the drive safely. Being groggy, I couldn't remember exactly the drink I ordered earlier that day and Emily immediately caught an attitude. The way she started speaking to me because I had trouble remembering the drink from the other Starbucks location was again just disgusting and uncalled for. Her attitude with me was so nasty I didn't even feel comfortable trying to ask her questions to figure out what drink I had earlier and if this location even had it. If I was wasting her time with my questions or holding up her drive thru line, she could have politely asked or suggested for me to come in to see what other options they have and I would have gladly done that if it was an option. But to completely lose patience when I was trying to be extra kind and apologetic because I knew I couldn't remember the drink I wanted is more than a lack of decent, bare minimum customer service. It's a lack of respect for the experience that Starbucks is guaranteed to have when you speak with their baristas. Just one employee can ruin that so easily and so quickly. After every statement or every question I had she asked "will that be all" in a very rude and rushed way. When I pulled up to the window she asked with a horrible tone and attitude if I was paying with card twice in a row and too quick to even hear my response of "Apple Pay" in between her rushing and demanding an answer from me for payment. She had a mean look in her eyes as if I had done something cruel and personal to her. I waited about 5 minutes for my drink. After my experience there I will make sure to avoid this Starbucks. Honestly, that was the most disappointing, disgusting lack of bare minimum customer I've seen at any Starbucks drive thru ever. That's a very hard low to create for oneself in this company,

The customer service is great the interior has plenty of tables to sit down and enjoy your dessert. There are many items on the menu and the AC works well. My server, Stephanie made my Mangonadas perfectly. She was courteous and friendly, this is the kind of customer service that makes one want to come back again. It was a hot day and this kind of dessert hit the spot. There's plenty of parking, the handicap stalls are close to the front entrance. Now that it's summer I'll be visiting this place more often.
