I get a black tea lemonade almost everyday from the Starbucks where I live, but randomly decided to stop at this location and get one. It is very rare that I get a perfect black tea lemonade- golden brown, nicely shaken with a froth on top and ice cold. I received a regular caffeine iced coffee, I had asked for a decaf iced mocha! I have health issues, I can't drink caffeine it makes me go into AFIB, I'm super careful! I drove back to the store and handed it back and asked for a decaf like I ordered! They took the drink back, poured out the coffee and reused the same cup! This location has to be my number one pick and I've visited plenty of locations. The baristas are friendly, upbeat, happy and knowledgeable, always willing to make things right in a timely manner and with a smile. I love that everything is hassle free here, they make a mistake and they fix it right away; makes my mornings or any time of day just that much more relaxing and enjoyable. This is the only Starbucks where I can order 2 extra shots of blonde espresso in my Caramel Macchiato and taste the difference. I have no idea what it is about the other Starbucks but this is the only place where I can taste and feel the jitters of those extra shots when I need them! The baristas here take great pride in the cleaning of the store and the way they represent their company. It shows in their attitude and their hard work. All the drinks I've ever ordered here taste delicious and look fabulous; just like their photos on the menu. I love to visit this branch. Thank you all for your hard work! I absolutely love this location. It's never over crowded and the staff are always so upbeat and friendly! I love the Caramel Frappuccino and my go to Summer Drink is the Strawberry Lemonde Green Tea. When I usually go into a Starbucks I like to just see how clean and well organized the place is. Gives you a good impression on how they make the vast amounts of coffee options you can get. Stopped into this store in the morning, and the staff was friendly and quick to open a second register to help with the line. This one has a Nitro Bar so if you haven't tried that yet, I say it is a must on the coffee list. Once again they have quite a few options but go for the straight up Nitro Black version as a taste to see what it is like. Then as always welcome to add the fun stuff, like flavored foam now. I was cheated on a tall Blonde Latte I ordered through the drive through. I understand there is foam on the top. I opened the lid just a few minutes after back to work and it was well under not being full cup about inch and a half from the top. Very disappointed in paying $3.00 for the coffee with so little in the cup, did not get my receipt, cause the time you have issues is the time I did not get. This is the slowest Starbucks in the known universe. Every time I wind up at this particular outpost I spend substantially longer getting coffee than at any other Starbucks in town. Why that is, I do not know, but some severe training seems to be in dire need here. Another frequent event at this store? Burned milk.
