I came on a busy Saturday morning for a drink I mobile ordered for inside pickup. There were only two usable parking spots in front of the store that were already filled and the only spots available were behind the building in a back parking lot, which still seemed faster than waiting in the wrap around drive through line! The workers inside were all working so hard to get all of the drinks to everyone in a timely manner, and even with the business they gave me my drink exactly when the app said it'd be ready! They made sure they made contact with the people they were handing drinks out for instead of just yelling names and were very kind to the customers waiting. Good experience! read more

Got two Trinta Iced Teas no Water 5 pumps liquid sugar cane in minutes. Caffeine fix for the day done. This little strip mall needs to have the landscaping cut back. Navigating to this store is a bit of a mess. Drive thru goes in front of all the other stores and basically backs into an active road. Then if you're ordering for pick-up, you have to circle around the whole drive thru line to hopefully find limited parking. I have definitely had to circle around several times in order to find a spot that isn't marked for other businesses. It can make my mornings a bit chaotic but it's also close to my house so I just keep going. read more

I'm definitely not a regular at this location but everyone in line behind me was! The staff was very friendly and I received my drink right away. The cashier started ringing up all the "usuals" for those behind me and knew all their orders. Inside was tidy and clean. There's also a little outdoor seating area. Main issue with this location is parking/maneuvering around the lot. Very small and tight location- I took the last front parking spot! There is a drive thru but it's a little tight behind the building. Make sure to note the very uneven pavement in the back and if you are leaving from a parking spot, you may get stuck in part of the drive thru lane :/ This Starbucks location is a little difficult to get to if coming from the interstate because of the left turn without a light but if you're headed to 465, it's a super easy right turn to get to it. read more

One of my favorite Starbucks locations! Kind of a regular here to them too hahah ;) They are always very efficient with the order sometimes it can take a minute for the drinks to be made tho. The staff is always very friendly and energetic! Nice to chat and say hey to some of the staff we know when we stop in or are in drive thru. Great double shots on ice, frapps, and wht choc mochas! This place is great to get you the extra boost at work or to get your day going! Love the taste and caffeine pick me up! Omg absolutely horrible experience!!! Went to Starbucks on my break to get my usual and ordered a iced soy white mocha Well the order was hot when I got it so I told them about it and they gladly went to make me a new one. When I got my new one I took a sip and it didn't taste like soy (Mind you I'm highly lactose intolerant) I went back through the drive through and asked the man who just served me and he said "it's made with soy" I figured maybe the syrup just masked the soy taste. The red flag was there since i requested no whip and there was whip on it.... Not even 5 minutes later on my drive back my stomach begins to feel super sick. I had to pull over to throw up Really disappointed in Starbucks for having people who lie about making the drinks right, If you have allergies or intolerances I would not come to this location. read more

Unfortunate that this was one of the worst times I've had Starbucks. Both drinks we ordered were supposed to have caramel and mine, a caramel macchiato, tasted so plain. There wasn't even a hint of caramel flavor. My friend's americano with caramel syrup tasted heavily of just sugar added to a crummy coffee. Low key made me wish I had just gotten the gas station coffee instead. The baristas were nice but the drinks were not. Wish I would've tried the drinks before I left :-/ read more

I stop here multiple times a week and have for 18 months or so. MJ has been an amazing barista and host nearly every stop. First name basis, always welcoming and really brings the joy to our interactions. I've started coming to this location in the mornings vs my usual location by Trader Joe's because it's winter and they have a drive thru so I don't need to leave my preciously warm and cozy car. I have a regular order I get and it's always been given to me correct and piping hot, as well as in a timely fashion. I might make this my regular location as the morning baristas are definitely more friendly here, it's certainly not expected that ANYONE be super cheery before 7 AM and I would never retract points based off that, but it is an added bonus I appreciate, for sure. Terrible service, slow incompetent barista, parking and driving to this location is nearly impossible. The line for the drive thru backs up so bad, people end up blocking the parking lot and driving on the wrong side of the road. There isn't nearly enough parking here, most are reserved for other stores. Unfortunately this location is closest to my home, I try to avoid it if I can. Terrible. read more

I've stopped at this location often because it is near my place of employment. Everyone is always extremely friendly & polite. The navigation of the parking lot is rather tight but the kindness makes up for it. I've been particularly impressed recently because even tho the interior is going thru renovations they are still in service with a temporary truck. Worst location ever. I don't even know where to start. Orders constantly wrong, the wait in or out is always longer than it should be. I've had the drive thru person tell me I needed a new car. Yes that's right a new car. I've even tried mobile orders only to walk in and have to wait and wait and wait. I've been asked to wait at the ordering speaker and waited there for 6 minutes. A lady actually pulled out from behind me and cut me in line to order making me have to wait longer and she even told the guy. Like i should have had a free drink for that alone! The only reason I go here is because it's the only one from my house to the interstate and it's nice to have coffee before you walk in to work. I frequent many Starbucks locations in Indianapolis/Fishers/Carmel area and I'd have to say that I get the best customer service from this location pretty consistently. I always order my drinks via the Starbucks app because I'm on the go at all times, which leaves little opportunity for interaction with the baristas. However, I came into the store last week while waiting for my order to be prepared and the barista promptly greeted me as I walked through the door and asked what I was waiting for when I stopped at the mobile pick up area. I told him my name and after reading my drink specifications on the sticker he asked if my preference of soy milk was an allergy or preference. I've never been asked that before, and I rotate through the same few drinks at Starbucks, so it took me a second to think through why he might be asking. I told him it was more of a sensitivity to milk than an allergy and he must have sensed I was confused by where he was going with the question so he explained the sprinkles that usually go on top of my drink contain milk and so he wanted to know if they should be left off. Again, this is the first time I'd heard of this being a consideration for my favorite drink choice and I was really thankful for the tip and opted to leave them off. This is customer service at its finest and all done with a smile. Highly recommend this location! read more

This has got to be the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to anywhere in the world. I walked in and there was one person in line in front of me, and maybe two in the drive-thru. I actually thought I was on hidden camera watching how inefficient the crew operated to process my order. We had two drinks, and the ticket printed at 11:20am. At 11:30am, I finally got my first drink. At 11:32am, my second drink arrived. I was so awed that I stopped to speak to the manager. I asked, "Does it normally take 12 minutes to process an order here? That's kind of amazing, right?" She said, "No, it's not normal. Sorry." The manager went back to stocking shelves. read more

The internet is SOOOO slow I can't even work on my laptop here. Don't even TRY if there's more than 4 people here. PLEASE switch from AT&T to Google like so many other Starbucks have. There is NO REASON this store should still be on the slower speed with this many Carmel Professionals coming in and out of here... Plus, the parking availability is awful as well... While this Starbucks is located in a tight spot, it's location is primo for those headed southbound on Michigan. Makes it very crowded sometimes but the staff is consistently friendly and efficient. Plenty of regulars spending too much time in the good seats, and there's not much room inside, but still one of my favorites. Brebeuf location on 86th is much larger inside, but this is your only choice if your regular route is down Michigan Rd. I avoid the drive thru at all costs... read more
