The mango dragonfruit refresher with lemonade! Perfect drink to give yourself an uplift!

I thought I posted this already, but unfortunately it never processed through. The pink drink drink is usually my all time favorites (strawberry açaí refresher with coconut milk!) but when then came around it's now my second favorite! Employees at this specific location has never gave me a problem and I was always greeted so nicely! I even became good friends with one of the worker, but she doesn't work there anymore! Kudos to them for always keeping it down when it gets so busy.

Cool new concept store. Opened in February 2017.

The interior of this store is a little from the normal Starbucks that it is a definite destination for some coffee! I wanted to sit at the bar and watch the barista at work, but that spot was already taken. There isn't the usual high bar area but a lower bar area to sit, which is one level. That's where the nitro on tap is (see my tip photo). There is a lot of other seating here too. So, I grabbed my usual double tall long shot latte and sat at some comfy chairs. If I lived in the area, this would be go-to Starbucks!

Sept only has this buy one and get one free drinks but it has to be fall flavors. The last 2 weeks I went I ordered the pumpkin and apple flavor drinks without a problem. Today I wanted the pumpkin cookie frapp and apple crisp frapp she said no we can't honor Facebook suggestion drinks. It has to be from Starbucks menu. It does not make any sense since pumpkin and apple flavors are fall and they won't honor it. Which sucks so without the bogo the price is outrageous high. Not to mention there's flies all over the food and they still serve it. It's nasty!!! I lost my interest going to Starbucks. I will stick with Dutch bros.

This has the feel of a brand new store. In fact I thought the wood made the store smell a little like a theater (which is a good thing). This Starbucks is huge, well pretty large with lots of space for relaxing or working. They also have something on tap that makes this coffee joint seem rather hip. At first I thought they had a coffee stout on tap that they were mixing with espresso to make a new concoction. The baristas were efficient, the coffee tasted great and there were comfortable chairs where you can relax and savor your coffee.

We came to this cozy shop and we weren't sure if we could bring our dog in. We stood outside trying to figure out what we should do with the dog but a gentlemen came out and told us they were dog friendly. He was very kind and welcoming. We stepped inside and the ambience was so inviting. It was like a cozy library. They had a gluten free cookie option, muffins and other treats along with of course tea and coffee. It has amazing reviews and high stars and definitely a must try if you're in Caldwell, Idaho (near Boise).

I saw that this place had stellar reviews and decided to give it a try--and WOW, am I certainly glad I did! Walked in at 9:30a on a Tuesday morning and most of the people here were oldies. That said, the vibe is very unique. Lots of wood and leather, just like the photos showcase! The only difference is that it doesn't seem as clean as some of the photos show, but I digress.... The coffee was amazing. I only had a White Chocolate Macadamia iced latte and WOW, was it good! I could tell that if I went with any other type of coffee drink--or even just a black coffee--it would have been great. The baristas were friendly and helpful with recommendations, and they were really quick with getting drinks out even though it was a full house! While it's 30-45 minutes outside of Boise, if you have the opportunity to stop here, YOU MUST. The high ratings don't lie!

When you walk in, it overwhelmingly smells like old urine, damp and dank. They also have tons of Torani syrups so basically commercial flavors, nothing house made. The mexican mocha is not even made with mexican mocha cubes but "powder." They say have nitro but it's not on tap, it's with ISI canisters. It's also not budget friendly. They do have lots of seating options and the outside patio is great. Terrible parking lot and even harder to get in an out but that's par for the course given how hard it is to drive in Star with so much traffic and not enough street lights. Their sign even blocks left turns out of the lot so seems easy to get into an accident. The lot is a huge dip. Although I was there on a weekday afternoon for a few hours, I observed it's moderately popular and people were on Teams calls. Given the limited options, I guess thats why? For now, it's terrible coffee with a bad smell and annoying parking lot. I'd rather drink the burnt stuff down the street at Starbucks which is clean or the burnt coffee at Sea Salt which at least comes with great desserts.

Cattlemen's is it. How so? I took my wife there a couple of weeks ago and, when we returned this week, the waitress told us we could sit anywhere and when she came over with coffee, she remembered that we sat at the same table the last time. Not only that but when she asked what we were doing that day and we told her she remembered what we had told her a week and a half earlier. : 0 And the food. Their biscuits are the best I have ever had at a restaurant. Not only are they massive but they are flaky and moist (not the dry hockey pucks you get at other places). And their gravy is flavorful and a perfect pairing. Unlike the pasty mess at other places that will remain nameless. the eggs are perfectly cooked, the sign of a great cook, and the variety is sure to please anyone in your group. If you want a breakfast place that is like being in mom's kitchen but better, you need to get to Cattlemen's. You won't regret it.

From the no-frills motif, hilarious signs that blanket each wall and friendly service...there's so much to love. We were immediately seated on a busy Saturday morning for breakfast in a 1970s throwback booth with laminated wood. It was comfortable and comforting, such a nice way to start our visit. We had plenty of time to scour the menu, chock full of everything a breakfast yearning heart desires from homemade waffles, omelets, pancakes, biscuits with gravy...you name it. I ordered the Denver omelet, substituted the ham for sausage, with home fries and an English muffin. Hubby got two pancakes, scrambled eggs and sausage. Food came a lot quicker than expected; it was a nice surprise considering how busy it was. The omelet had the most sausage I've ever seen in an omelet...no skimping here! It was loaded with onions, cheese, and green peppers as well. Everything was cooked well, though a tad under seasoned. A quick fix was adding extra pepper, ketchup and an occasional dab of Cholula. The English muffin was toasted to perfection with the right amount of butter. Delicious. My husband loved his pancakes...huge, with crispy edges and soft, fluffy middles. Honestly, some of the best pancakes I've had in the valley since I've been here. Served with warm syrup too...yes please!!!! Service was extremely friendly and prompt. Excellent visit!
