Team members here are always friendly when I am able to stop in for a visit. They are efficient in the ordering process and have always been up to par for me. The business is quite spacious and has plenty of room to mingle with friends or to do a little mobile business if need be. The parking is a little cramped and crazy at times, but don't let that stop you from visiting a store eager to help with your coffee pleasures! This Starbucks has very consistent order ahead and friendly employees but during peak times the drive-thru can definitely get backed up. They are usually well stocked on the classics and seasonal favorites, such as everything needed for a caramel apple spice or the ever-delicious cranberry bliss bar. There are a few tables if you choose to hang around and the inside space is well-maintained and welcoming. I would definitely recommend ordering ahead on the app if you are going for a morning coffee or afternoon snack- it seems before/after school times are the peak for lines and waiting. read more

I thought I posted this already, but unfortunately it never processed through. The pink drink drink is usually my all time favorites (strawberry açaí refresher with coconut milk!) but when then came around it's now my second favorite! Employees at this specific location has never gave me a problem and I was always greeted so nicely! I even became good friends with one of the worker, but she doesn't work there anymore! The interior of this store is a little from the normal Starbucks that it is a definite destination for some coffee! I wanted to sit at the bar and watch the barista at work, but that spot was already taken. There isn't the usual high bar area but a lower bar area to sit, which is one level. That's where the nitro on tap is (see my tip photo). There is a lot of other seating here too. So, I grabbed my usual double tall long shot latte and sat at some comfy chairs. If I lived in the area, this would be go-to Starbucks! read more

Sept only has this buy one and get one free drinks but it has to be fall flavors. The last 2 weeks I went I ordered the pumpkin and apple flavor drinks without a problem. Today I wanted the pumpkin cookie frapp and apple crisp frapp she said no we can't honor Facebook suggestion drinks. It has to be from Starbucks menu. It does not make any sense since pumpkin and apple flavors are fall and they won't honor it. Which sucks so without the bogo the price is outrageous high. Not to mention there's flies all over the food and they still serve it. It's nasty!!! I lost my interest going to Starbucks. I will stick with Dutch bros. read more

This has the feel of a brand new store. In fact I thought the wood made the store smell a little like a theater (which is a good thing). This Starbucks is huge, well pretty large with lots of space for relaxing or working. They also have something on tap that makes this coffee joint seem rather hip. At first I thought they had a coffee stout on tap that they were mixing with espresso to make a new concoction. The baristas were efficient, the coffee tasted great and there were comfortable chairs where you can relax and savor your coffee. read more

I've stopped into this new Starbucks about four times now. The products are just like others in the chain and I like them. The furnishings are nice but lack some of the privacy others offer. BUT, don't expect the same level of personality that you get at Dutch Bros. or even the McD's across the street. I watched as people came and went. Upon arrival they might or might not be greeted. If they were, it was half-hearted and often without so much as a forced smile. Last time I was there with a friend, she ordered a mocha and came back to our little table. We were ONE OF ONLY TWO TABLES occupied at the time. We waited, then waited some more. After ten minutes I went to the counter and ask about the coffee. "Oh, yeah, its down at the pickup area." No apology. She was never called and it certainly wasn't delivered. read more

We drove up to the drive thru and they said they were closed at 7 p.m., it's 7:26 now - their site shows they close at 9 p.m. there was no sign posted notifying of this change, there was ​a few cars parked out in the patrons parming areas ​and also patrons inside. Unsure what is going on, but this is surprising and disappointing. This isn't normal operating hours for them, as listed on their site. The baristas were standing around leaning and chatting - contradicting. We drove to the next Starbucks and they were open as stated on their site. read more

I despise this location. Every time I've tried it, the drinks are very watery and lack flavor no matter what it is or if it's hot or cold. The workers are less than enthusiastic about their jobs and are very rarely friendly. When using the drive thru, the menu is all but impossible to read because it's so small and so far away from when you're ordering. The baristas also have no patience in waiting for you to decided what you'd like to order. I'm glad I found Dutch Bros. read more

I've been to this Starbucks a few times and received terrible service. Each time my drink has been messed up somehow. today at the window I took a few extra seconds to drive away and was looked at and told "do you need something" in a tone as if I was holding up a line. Which there was no one behind me. Needless to say I will be making the drive further down to the Karcher Mall store where I receive much friendlier service and my order is always correct. read more

This Starbucks is very open and roomy feeling, I really liked the barista bar area where you can pull up a stool and watch them make your coffee favorites. The location is also pretty handy just off the boulevard in Caldwell. I would have to say that my visit was on a Sunday and it took the barista forever to get my drink to me, they were not exceptionally busy that day either. I had a simple pour over. I will go back of course and give it another shot, maybe the drive up is faster. read more
