This location is great very friendly staff and very clean. Everyday before and after my work I had to stop by here to get my favorite coffee and chocolate cake. They have big parking lot and even you can park your car close to the place. read more

This is the slowest Starbucks in the area! The guy who handles the hot food in the morning is the worst! He's a nice guy and takes the time to say good morning, but I just want my fucking food! And I want it hot! It takes 10 minutes or more for a simple mobile order of a bagel and cream cheese. This is unacceptable! I'm always late for work because of this guy. Even when I try to order earlier then my coffee is cold Because it sits around waiting for the hot food. This manager needs to be notified. read more

FIRST IMPRESSIONS: WOW looks are deceiving! At first glance on the street, I thought this Starbucks would be of a smaller scale but once I entered from the back parking lot next to Bobs big boy, I was blown away. This starbucks was HUGE. I didn't have a problem at all finding a seat next to an outlet. I've never seen so many "Actor/Model" types at a Starbucks. But then again it is Burbank and there are a lot of aspiring actors in this city. The workers don't seem as friendly at this location . AFTER THE FIRST: *** Ice Tea Lemonade Sweeten=*** I am a retired coffee drinker. When I have to work at Starbucks or just chill, I go for the tea. *** Very Berry Coffee Cake=*** Good Stuff. You need to indulge in sweets once in awhile and I surely get my fix with this coffee cake. RECOMMENDATIONS: 1. Similar to all Starbucks the tables next to the outlets are prime real estate. With this location you shouldn't have a problem but if you don't get a spot make sure that you sit at a table next to the outlet friendly table. Make sure that the person's cup of coffee or tea is about empty or you would find yourself waiting for a long time. 2. You need to try the very berry coffee cake with the Ice Tea Lemonade. 3. Refill on tea is only 50 cents CONCLUSION: If you want some eye candy and don't want to worry about not having a table next to an outlet, then the Starbucks in Burbank next to Bobs big boy is the spot. read more

Every time I've gone to this location they never have the tall straws for my venti. Seriously?

Really, seriously ? I went here couple of times, and didn't think to write a review on yelp. now, here I go. Last week I went here, I bought the frappuccino light java chip. I stayed there for 3 hours and asked to get a refill which is supposed to be for 50 cents. The cashier was sooo NOT FRIENDLY. I was shocked, I never knew before that Starbucks would hire this kind of person. ridiculous. I asked him to get a refill, he asked me to repeat what I said, but the way he asked, SO NOT FRIENDLY, then he finally got what I was saying, he's like ' sorry, for some reason, today I can't hear anything'. I was like " wth..." I asked him that the coffee is refill, it is nly 50 cent, he said, 'I haven't seen you around in here." I was like WTH, I've been there for the friggin 3 hours sitting my butt with my laptop working on my script. The the guy yells to the other coworker, 'HEY, anyone has seen this miss in here?!", the coworker replied him "yes, I saw her, she's been here for awhile.", he was like " oh.ok.." I was like, 'suck it, dude!'. So he was trying to fix the price, then he yells to the other coworker ' please somebody help me here to serve the others, I am trying to return the money to this lady!!'. I felt like I wanted to slap him on his face. SERIOUSLY! this guy doesnt make sense. I didnt even say thank you and not giving any smile, even I always do, but not to this guy. I read his name also, I'm gonna remember his name, just in case for something. I can't say it in here, but he got lightbrown-red hair (I am not sure since the starbucks lighting kinda orange-ish) and he's wearing eyeglasses, tall white guy with hat. I put the one star to make sure somebody check this out and considered t be careful hiring someone in a coffeeshop. You need to serve people n coffeshop in sucha manner. People have bad day, feel sleepy, tired, that is why they get coffee, dont make them feeling worse. It is just so disappointing. The parking is not that easy since they have the parking lot with Big Boy which is next to them. Especially during lunch hour on Friday, oh well, cross ur finger to have a spot for ur car. The place is pretty big, but it is always crowded, I always got problem finding a spot to work with my laptop. read more

"Common" courtesy is extinct. Came in here on crutches and a full leg brace post surgery and the place was packed. The regulars--people who have seen me coming here for two years as I lived three blocks away--preferred to see me struggle with the front door, picking up my drink, then trying to exit rather than kindly walk three feet and offer to hold the door for me. Just down the street from my house, this has been my haunt for years now. Great location, easy parking- except for Friday nights thanks to Bob's Big Boy- and great service. Probably the firendliest service in town. Most of the baristas know my drink order by face and always have a smile and friendly greeting when I reach the counter. Plenty of space and a nice mellow music selection make this a great location to sip coffee and talk with friends. read more

They did a remodel!! I haven't been here for a while, but the place is basically the same, if you come at the right time it's easy in and easy out.. the wrong time and you can be in for a wait. One thing I have to say is that the place is clean and the staff is always friendly here so if you have to wait, at least they make you feel like you are a valued customer. Easy to find, plenty of parking and free wifi!!! - I give it 4 stars and 3 G's! read more

It is a big Starbucks with lots of places to sit and work, which people seem to do there all day. There are several outside areas which are nice to utilize. The parking is street or parking lot in the back - behind Bob's Big Boy. They move the long lines really fast and I have no complaints. read more

I love this starbucks! The decor is pretty cool. I've only been to one other one like it, with the bar (which is surprisingly comfortable to sit at..) and the cool laptop user friendly tables against the walls. I really like the baristas here. Being a barista myself, quality is almost always an issue for me.. But they're fun, friendly, and if you catch some of them on a slow day they'll juggle for you. Seriously. It's happened. This is probably the least busy store in the area, as most are heading over to priscilla's just across the street these days. Great place to get some homework done. A friend of mine also met a REALLY nice, friendly, incredibly good looking man here once. So if you weren't sold before, i'm sure you are now. read more

This might be one the better Starbucks I've ever been to. There are plenty of tables and lots of good people watching. I think everybody there was an aspiring screenwriter of sorts which is neat because I'm not. The staff was really pleasent, and per Starbucks fashion, very efficient despite the 6 person deep line that persisted all day. I heard that you have to pay for WiFi but I didn't need it so I didn't ask. Parking doesn't seem awesome (isn't that the case everywhere in LA?) but if you do a few loops around the lot a spot is bound to open up. An employee told me that the 1-hour rule isn't enforced. I left my car there for at least an hour and didn't have any problems. Also, just in case you need extra incentive, Tim Allen (Home Improvement) stood behind me in line. read more

I just had to share that the Starbucks barista Crystal at this location is a ROCK STAR. I watched her prepare a multitude of drinks with a level of precision and care that I have never seen before - wow! My signature drink - a soy vente green tea latte with no sweetener and no foam - is rarely made correctly (the first time)... most Starbucks baristas will make it in haste and forget that I requested no foam, which makes the drink weigh significantly less than when it's made properly. Crystal was amazing and I just wanted her team and Howard Schultz to know how much I appreciated her last week when I stopped by for my favorite Starbucks treat. Thank you! I love this Starbucks for location and vibe. There are some issues, however. The upsides are its proximity to area businesses including studios and Studio City and Burbank, so it's very accessible for client meetings and story conferences, and the property seems to do well with traffic and revenue so it's usually well stocked with favorite food and coffee products. The downsides relate to its service; staff are slow and unresponsive, unmotivated to move the line along quickly - and there's usually a line here - and they're not especially friendly either. In my experience, you have to really impress upon staff a particular need because they tend to do just the basic service and not go the extra mile. I've been waiting in line with others while staff talk about their weekend plans and just hang out. They do have a cavalier attitude at times. Parking can be a challenge but I usually find a spot. Customers are very chatty and friendly in my experience, very nice hardworking people, artists, writers and studio types. Come for the convenience - and coffee, of course - but lower the staff expectations. read more

My favorite starbucks in Burbank that is not inside a studio or part of another building. Parking is easy, free and available which i would say is the biggest convenience. It feels small since a lot of people are constantly going in and out but otherwise it is very comfortable and clean with happy/efficient employees. read more

Starbucks really need to work on hiring friendlier and more helpful staff. The staff here were talking with each other rather than helping the long line of about 10 customers. The drinks didn't taste fresh, the shot tasted like it had been sitting there for awhile, probably while they were talking, and I would avoid this place unless I really needed coffee. I love this place, thery have a parking lot with big boy/ which is next to them, the baristed are friendly, fast and good at what they do. the clientele is diverse and normally in good spirits, its just an all around good place to enjoy coffe and read a book or char with a friend for a while, this is my starbucks for the past 10 years i've been coming since before the remodel, its a great place to come its actually the convenience of the location because its inside of the albertson's on verdugo"". The place is huge - it's usually full, so you may not get an outlet, but with the big patio you can usually find a place to sit with your drink and read, or talk to a friend. Far from the best Starbucks. They seem to have a lot of difficulty getting my drink right. It's gotten to the point where I need to stand by the counter and remind them what I want as I see them making it incorrectly yet again. The staff is just slow and apathetic. I've come to expect much better customer service from a Starbucks. Was not a good experience. They ran out of syrup so every drink had to be made "lite". Line was backed up. Someone got a drink that was spewing from a vente cup that had a hole in it. Was all very chaotic. read more
