My car was at the shop down the street getting some work done so I decided to sit at Starbucks for a couple hours. When I came in, the only other person in line was an employee who took her sweet time trying to figure out what she wanted to order. The girl who took my order was pleasant and when I brought my order back because it was missing the sugar/sweetener (had been entered as unsweetened), it was immediately corrected. Around lunch, the outside seating area did fill up. Most people on their phones and laptops. (The lobby is not currently open for inside sitting but there is a small patio on the outside that you can sit and enjoy your drink.

I tend not to frequent this Starbucks do to the horrendous parking, but I was in the mood for some Starbucks so I decided to stop off at this location. First, as I mentioned before the parking here is bad. There are maybe 5-10 spots at the most and it results in chaos. I ended up parking across the street due to joe filled up the lot was. While the parking here is horrendous, the staff and food are up to par. I got an everything croissant, bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich and a strawberry smoothie. They also had a large variety of other baked goods in their case. All my food came out fast and was very tasty. I loved the everything croissant. It was soft and had a variety of delicious toppings including sesame seeds, poppy seeds and some garlic. The smoothie was solid and on par with other Starbucks smoothies that I have had. The staff here is very good as they are polite and professional. They also serve the food and drinks very fast. Mike was great! This Starbucks also has a small courtyard with some tables in the back. Altogether, this Starbucks has terrible parking, but the rest of the restaurant is fine.

This is what I received for a grande cappuccino before I drank any !

Many others have commented about the terrible parking situation at this Starbucks so I won't go into detail. I will add that when I went today, all of the 8-9 spaces were taken, however, inside there were only 2 other customers. Are the employees taking the rest of the parking spaces ?! Also, I order a grande cappuccino. As soon as I lifted it, I could tell it was only about half full. Below is a photo of what I was given before I drank any. $4.50 for a half cup ! I complained to the barista and she made me another, but that one wasn't much better so I took them both which equaled a full amount. Outrageous that they would actually rip off a customer that way.

The lot on an average weekday morning, already packed and overflowing! They should send baristas out to wait on drivers.

This is a Starbucks like many others. The baristas change from time to time as most of them do not choose to serve coffee for their lifelong career. I've never had an issue with the service here. My issue is with the HORRIBLE PARKING. The lot is TINY and cars are often backed up onto Rt 30 waiting for someone to make a 5 point turn. Cars double park, hog the "15 minute" spots, and basically turn this corner into a nightmare. There is a Cosi across the street with a BIG lot, a Saxby's toward Ardmore with same, and this little gem in Bryn Mawr has enough room for about 8 cars. Sometimes I drive by and laugh at what I see...that coffee MUST be good for people do deal with that parking situation. Do yourself a favor and goto one of the Coffee shops with *real* parking. Tell them Starbucks sent you! Sadly, there is absolutely NOTHING they can do about it unless they buy some of Aqua's property to use as a lot. Maybe AQUA should put up some dedicated meters for people to park for Starbucks... In any case, please be careful parking here! Or even driving by on Route 30 as sometimes cars are backing out of the entrance or just cued up waiting to get in. Having to drive past this regularly, I'd say that is a solid reason to complain about the parking here!

The yogurt is also great, super dense and very flavorful. All the fruits they serve here are fresh and juicy, and their yogurt bowls would be perfect for a warm day. I'm excited to try their other bowls as well (i.e. acai, etc). Amazing spot and a great addition to Ardmore!

We were immediately greeted with free samples: small cups of their signature yogurt creations and some candied fruit lollipops. We were searching for a dessert place, so would this 'cold-strained' yogurt satisfy our craving? The jury is still out. I'd use it more as a meal replacement (more like Playa Bowls type) than a dessert. If you're looking for cold like ice cream or frozen yogurt, Chums isn't quite up to that task. But as far as the yogurt itself, I really enjoyed it. It was flavorful and very dense. The cold-straining process created that denseness, which to me is better than the texture of regular yogurt. You can customize your toppings to make for a very satisfying treat. The base price for a yogurt bowl is a little pricey ($13 for our customized bowl), but it was enough for a family of four to share after a meal; and no one cried for more 'dessert'. Cute store. Kids will love it.
