Cute spot with fast/friendly service and lots of yummy boba options. But my review is mostly for the QQ Taro Milk, because their taro milk is soooo good! I love the freshly made taro boba and the fact that they use REAL taro, not instant powder. And I didn't need to adjust the sugar level at all, it was perfect! I will definitely be back for it often. read more

Our favorite bubble/fruit tea in the area. Orange green tea, grapes green tea, and pearl milk tea (hot and cold) are all amazing!

We were in the area and kids wanted Boba, so yelp led us here. Glad it did! There's parking behind the strip of restaurants, ten minutes free if you push the button. Chatting with the staff we learned thst most of the options are lactose free, good news for me! I enjoyed the 30% sweet pearl milk tea. Not too sweet at that level, with enough Boba to satisfy our urge. Kids liked their 60% sweet teas. Fast service, def recommend this place. read more

Amazing tea store. The store is bright, impeccably clean, and so zen. The teas and coffee are so fresh and delicious. We tried the pearl milk tea, dark lemon coffee, and strawberry fruit sherbet. They are amazing. The bobas are fresh and chewy. The prices are surprisingly reasonable. The owner is so kind and friendly. My wife and I met up with friends in Ardmore for dinner and decided to take a nice stroll afterwards to walk off the meal. Mr. Wish was the perfect place to end the night with a sweet treat. I ordered the Pink Lover drink while my dear ordered the Green Milk Tea. I loved the fruity flavor of the Pink Lover drink and the cheese foam provided the perfect balance of sweet and salty. I had to fight to get back my drink from my wife after several extended tasting sessions. Like many other Mr. Wishes, the one in Ardmore is awesome! The boba is consistently delicious every time, and other drinks w/o boba are also great (I recommend the strawberry green tea with coconut jelly!). The atmosphere of the shop is also really aesthetic if you're into that kind of stuff. Lastly, the lady who I believe (?) runs this Mr. Wish location is super friendly and nice to talk to! read more

Our first visit to this new location was great- our smoothies were very well made and tasty. We liked it so much that we went again a few days later, but this time the drinks were borderline undrinkable. There were visible pieces of rind in the avocado smoothie and they didn't add enough sweetener. One of my companions remarked "I wanted a smoothie, not a chunky" When I asked/complained about the quality of the smoothie, they put forth no effort to make things right. Instead they gave some sort of lame excuse about it being due to the the ripeness of the avocados. So we're never coming back here again, especially when Kung Fu Tea is literally across the street. read more

I visited this Mr. Wish about 3x already. My go to location was in Chinatown, so I was glad I didn't need to travel all the way down there to get my Mr. Wish fix. The drink(s) that I normally get in Chinatown, tasted the same here and I have no complaints because they make the drinks well and the ingredients have been fresh the few times I have been there. Cons: The downside of my visits seem to be the same every time, it is the same young lady that has her AirPods on, has a SLIGHT attitude when taking your order, tosses the receipt and seemingly no sense of hospitality at all. After these few visits, I may visit this location a little less because of this. The drinks can taste good but if the customer service is like this during each visit, I will be sure to be cautious. It may seem like a bigger deal than it is, but I do not think it's too difficult to reciprocate kind gestures. read more

Unfortunately Robert, your Ardmore store didn't learn that lesson in basic customer service. Drinks are 3 stars, very average powdered condensed milk and artificial flavors, bobas is the standard buy-in-bulk rubbery kind, can't have too much or lead to gastric obstruction. But what was infuriating to warrant the "1 star and zero if possible" review is the atrocious service and meanness of the staff. It was to see the flippant manner by which the lady behind the register responded to a family who ordered drinks and didn't get bobas in their orders. The dad politely asked if they can get bobas and the lady said "that wouldn't be possible." Really? She said because the cups are sealed and she would have to remake the drinks all over again if they wanted bobas. So ridiculous!! That is clearly an insane answer. The dad again asked nicely if she can cut open the wrap and add the boba and the lady would not. Meanwhile he had 2 young daughters watching this happen. My regret is not speaking up for them, not sure if that would infuriate the dad more, leading to escalation. So this family left without their drinks. After which the lady and her staff at the store blamed the customer. In the service industry, the customer is generally right, especially coming to a boba place and to expect boba in their teas. What a let down Mr. Wish, you lost 2 families of customers forever today and earned this review. read more

I was pretty excited that there came an accessible bubble tea place on the mainline that's known for its good quality and speedy service. The shop is large with some cute decor. However, service seemed slow and complicated despite only having three people as customer (myself included). They seemed a little more into conversing with one another and it was a bit confusing to know where exactly to line up. When I placed my order, it was hard for the clerk to understand me but that could be because of masks and stuff. However, as they were processing my drink, I got informed they ran out of milk. It was confusing given how they had just given a massive large bubble milk tea to a lady. The option to change my order was to a matcha latte...lattes have milk which supposedly they ran out of. So I was left with no real options unless I wanted juice or regular brewed tea. When I requested my money back it seemed like a hassle and honestly I don't even know if the clerk actually returned my money given how I paid with card. Not a great start. Two stars only for location, likely won't check it out again unfortunately. read more
