My only frustration was that the staff was unsure how to use their own app - I showed them the QR code of my Playa Bowls rewards card, as the app says to, and the employee had no clue what to do with it. Nor did any of the other two ladies working. They took my phone number instead, and my points never showed up. Again, it's certainly not the end of the world but this is just something I would've expect them to be trained on. All in all, I have always had fairly good experiences at Playa Bowls.
