I had ordered the two meat plate with only rice. My order included Kalua Pork and Beef. The two meats were both very tasty and seasoned perfectly. The Kalua Pork was tender and had a great smoke flavor. The beef was rich, full of flavor and paired perfectly with plain rice. The dish was simple but delivered exactly what I wanted in a quick, filling Hawaiian Style meal! I really enjoyed that it was easy to order from Mahalo Hawaiian BBQ. They have large portions with great flavor, and they are super simple to get an enjoyable lunch. We didn't eat it at the restaurant. We had it at the office. Handicap accessible. No steps. Two gender neutral restrooms. Spacious. Handicap accessible. We found street parking right out front. We came at 7 PM on a Monday after the dinner rush. When we called in to confirm that the Udon noodles do NOT have egg (as we have a child with an egg allergy), the woman taking our order curtly said "I threw out the box, it's white, you have to look for yourself." When we mentioned we do not know the brand to look, she replied "me neither, I threw out the box." Needless to say - the food is great, but honestly, the family owned business officially sucks. There are so many options as well! Workers are also always kind there, I really have no complaints about this place. Normally we get takeout but the portions are the same when dining in. Portions of fish are plentiful as well. The bowl is tasty from start to finish. I love a place that is consistent, and that is precisely how Oishii Poké is!
