The selection of pastries is self-serve and you grab a tray to choose what you would like, selecting your desired treats with golden tongs. Then bring your things to the counter to pay. Both women working were very nice, one much more knowledgeable than the other, but were able to answer all of our questions and provide explanations for everything we didn't understand.
