Mayra and the team at Starbucks are putting in WORK today (and probably everyday). I came to work here to the last couple of days and they are running like a well oiled machine! Despite a huge influx of customers early in the morning, the team was cheerful and gettin ordered prepared as fast as possible. When I arrive there were about 20 teenagers here before school and they were all cleared out fairly quickly. Yesterday I tried a gingerbread latte and it was good, today I got an Americano with gingerbread syrup and it wasn't quite sweet enough so Mayra helped me out and it was so good! Taylor was also very cheerful and making sure guests knew that they were being taken care of/their orders were on the way and overall just had a great vibe to her as she helped customers! I was super productive while working here which was great too! Appreciate the hard work during the holidays and the positive attitudes. Thank you! read more

I came in today and got 2 Tomato & Mozzarella On Focaccia for $8.35 each. It looks nothing like the picture. Very little ingredients when I opened up the focaccia sandwiches. Was it worth the price? Definitely not!! I wouldn't get this again!! It wasn't very busy and there were about 6 staff members. Most customers ordered online to go. As for service, I waited about 20 minutes and they didn't call out my name. When I finally checked, it was sitting there. No staff said anything when I picked it up! read more

Great location--on a hill at the Olen Center. Walk in or drive through is attitude free and positive. Efficiency just flows here. Crepe Myrtle blossoms augment the experience here. The location is quiet enough for small meetings and cozy creative sessions. The new drink offerings include boba in a color one would not expect. 555 Pointe Dr. Starbucks is still performing at a 5 star level. First review of 2025! First time at this Starbucks which appears to be fairly new. It looks pretty spacious inside, I only went to the drive thru though. The location is terrible, not easily accessible off Lambert at all, and you have to go all the way around the entire building to enter the drive thru line. I visit Starbucks at least 5x/week and this particular one at least 3 of those visits and must say the staff there are always very professional and friendly. They are trying their best and many entitled people nowadays think just because it's drive through its "fast food" with your coffee pre-made like McDonald's. Brenda went above and beyond for me recently as another store messed up my order but i didn't want to drive 30 min back to Upland. She offered to fix my order as i already paid for a new drink. Thanks Brenda for helping out even though it wasn't your store that made the mistake. Inside is very clean and calming but the seats are hard so we don't sit for too long i guess. I have written a fantastic review for this location in the past for friendly baristas and management. Unfortunately I did NOT have a great experience this morning. As my birthday was yesterday of course I could receive my annual free drink. This year I received an email that I could use it on the 3rd, today. I got up to the window and the barista at the register was very normally friendly. No issues with her. I told her I have a birthday reward but now at this time it's not popping up. I showed the email and the manager came to the window. Mind you this is my favorite location to go. The manager knows my regular drink I order, recognizes my voice and is super friendly. The manager that came to the window was different. I asked for the manager and he said I am the manager. I said where is the regular one and he shrugged his shoulders and said I'm the only manager. Like what??? He said tartly I'll give you the drink today but not next time. Handed me the drink and I was shocked at his unprofessional attitude. I hope this isn't a turn in this store's performance as if I have this experience again it will be the last time I go to their store. I'm giving 3 stars because the drink is great and the barista that originally helped me was ok. She tried. I was let down this morning and the manager on duty this morning gets an F for his behavior. read more

The service here is disappointing. I walked here to pick up my mobile order which mind you allowed me to place for in store pick up on the app. When I get to the store the doors are locked and they still have an hour until they close and they refused to give me my order and are telling me through the door I have to use the drive thru in a car. I explained to them I walked here and didn't have my car and they still refused to help me and give me my order. The employee then had me meet her in the drive thru on foot just to tell me again I had to drive there with a car when she had the window open and could've easily just handed me my drinks through the window. I asked the employee her name which she stated was "Mayra". Went into this location to buy some coffee and use the restroom as we were heading out for a long drive. We were greeted with an attitude being told we needed to make a purchase in order to use the restroom. What kind of customer service is that! We made our purchase, and proceeded to use the restroom; and were told no when we asked if we could go in. No I contact whatsoever. Working in the customer service industry, I know that you treat the last customer of the same way you treated the first one. I understand that the closed at 9 even though on their page it said 10. I have been to A LOT of starbucks and this one had to by far have the worst customer service. I don't usually write reviews, but the experience i had today was horrible. Stood at the register for over 10 minutes waiting for my order to be taken while the workers chatted. Then when he did take my order, didn't even acknowledge how long he had me waiting. Then made the drinks for the person behind me first, then gave me my drink with no straw but gave it to the other customer. I come here at least 2-4x week. The staff are always very nice, ask how you're doing, and are hard workers trying their best. Recently i had a drive-thru order royally messed up at another Starbucks but after calling them, they offered to credit my order but i'd have to drive back which was 30min away so i decided to just buy a new drink on my way home. I didn't tell the staff about the issue at the other store until i paid for my drink and handed them the 99% full drink to trash. That's when she asked why i didn't let them know i had this issue or they'd comp or fix the other stores mistake. Not worth the fight but I'm pretty sure it's illegal to decline a cup of water. I work at Olen and my building water fountains are down at the moment. I was told I needed to make a purchase by the employee to receive water. Drinks are hit or miss. Been here over a handful of times. Service is a straight miss- Brenda in particular was extremely rude. I am understanding that this may be a very overwhelming time of year but coming from being in the serving industry you need to be able to talk to customers in a polite manner regardless of what is happening. Oscar is extremely rude. I come to this Starbucks regularly and never have an issue. Besides for today, i come in with my boyfriend I ordered my drinks and get my stars per usual. And after ordering I realize I forgot to order a drink. So I give my boyfriend my card and send him back up and at last second I think "wait let me get my stars" I go up to the register and ask oh let me get the stars actually and the barista Oscar says "I can't" very rudely. New ! Easy for locals in this area to walk to! Have been a few times. Friendly staff. Clean store. I enjoyed their breakfast sandwich too. I didn't find the wait long- But I'm sure they can get busy. Be patient, So many places still don't have adequate staffing. Nice outdoor patio too. read more
