Most of the time I go through the drive through or I do mobile pick up and there's usually nothing wrong so that's really good and I'll still see my self coming again. But only for the drive through. The one time I come in and place an order inside I felt unwelcome the cash register person with the name "V" was very unpleasant. I'm unsure if they had a bad day or something happen at work but you can tell there body language was that they wanted to go home. I accidentally made a wrong choice for my order so I corrected it but instead of seeming like it was fine like most barista I felt as if I was dumb. I honestly felt bad for placing my order. I was going to come in to buy a drink and a food. But after that I decided to just do a drink. I was thinking the faster I could get out the better. But like I said I'll keep doing drive though since it seems to be not that much of an interaction process. read more

This trip was no frills--easy to order and receive the order and take off. Drink was new Blue Coconut Lemonade Refresher (grande). It tasted really good and refreshing on a hot day. Was sweeter than expected--kool-aid sweet I'd say which was surprising. I'm pretty sure I said energy in the title cause I read it from the menu, but when the barista read my order back she left that off and I didn't fuss about it. The only bad thing about this visit was the couple of drivers that were doing 3 point turns to enter the drive thru from the WRONG direction. Mayra and the team at Starbucks are putting in WORK today (and probably everyday). I came to work here to the last couple of days and they are running like a well oiled machine! Despite a huge influx of customers early in the morning, the team was cheerful and gettin ordered prepared as fast as possible. When I arrive there were about 20 teenagers here before school and they were all cleared out fairly quickly. Yesterday I tried a gingerbread latte and it was good, today I got an Americano with gingerbread syrup and it wasn't quite sweet enough so Mayra helped me out and it was so good! Taylor was also very cheerful and making sure guests knew that they were being taken care of/their orders were on the way and overall just had a great vibe to her as she helped customers! First review of 2025! First time at this Starbucks which appears to be fairly new. It looks pretty spacious inside, I only went to the drive thru though. The location is terrible, not easily accessible off Lambert at all, and you have to go all the way around the entire building to enter the drive thru line. I visit Starbucks at least 5x/week and this particular one at least 3 of those visits and must say the staff there are always very professional and friendly. They are trying their best and many entitled people nowadays think just because it's drive through its "fast food" with your coffee pre-made like McDonald's. Brenda went above and beyond for me recently as another store messed up my order but i didn't want to drive 30 min back to Upland. She offered to fix my order as i already paid for a new drink. This morning I went to buy 2 sandwiches and I used a card I received from Starbucks (Your next one's on us card). After she scanned it, I asked if she could toss it for me since there was nothing left and she said "we can't take any trash through the window," as if it wasn't 1 single card that belongs to THEIR company. Whether that policy is true or not, it's customer service and it's not like I asked her to throw away something unsanitary. This is not the first time I've had an experience with this particular barista--I just finally had enough. A while ago, I was doing my homework in their cafe and I placed a mobile order so that I could just walk up and grab it. While I was sitting there she approached me and asked "are you going to purchase something?" she asked me with a tone that implied she was ready to ask me to buy something or leave. I come to the Starbucks all the time and everyone is super nice, but I never have a good experience with her. She has super short hair that is multiple colors and has lots of tattoos. I have written a fantastic review for this location in the past for friendly baristas and management. Unfortunately I did NOT have a great experience this morning. As my birthday was yesterday of course I could receive my annual free drink. This year I received an email that I could use it on the 3rd, today. I got up to the window and the barista at the register was very normally friendly. No issues with her. I told her I have a birthday reward but now at this time it's not popping up. I showed the email and the manager came to the window. Mind you this is my favorite location to go. The manager knows my regular drink I order, recognizes my voice and is super friendly. The manager that came to the window was different. I asked for the manager and he said I am the manager. I said where is the regular one and he shrugged his shoulders and said I'm the only manager. Like what??? He said tartly I'll give you the drink today but not next time. Handed me the drink and I was shocked at his unprofessional attitude. I hope this isn't a turn in this store's performance as if I have this experience again it will be the last time I go to their store. I come here at least 2-4x week. The staff are always very nice, ask how you're doing, and are hard workers trying their best. Recently i had a drive-thru order royally messed up at another Starbucks but after calling them, they offered to credit my order but i'd have to drive back which was 30min away so i decided to just buy a new drink on my way home. I didn't tell the staff about the issue at the other store until i paid for my drink and handed them the 99% full drink to trash. I was told I needed to make a purchase by the employee to receive water.
