The service is great, all the flavors are great, it's always packed and clean! You can't go wrong with pistachio, cotton candy, and a banana smoothie!

The staff was kind and friendly, but the ice cream cake I ordered was just kind of sad. I post this only to warn others when doing a custom design, that the black frosting outline runs. If I had known this was a possibility when I ordered, I would have chosen a different design. I wanted this to be a special cake and after spending more than $50, I was disappointed. This will not keep me from ordering custom cakes from Baskin Robbins, but I'll ask more questions next time.

Great customer service, variety of ice creams and clean shop are the reasons why I keep coming to this shop. This is a fun place to hang out while you pick and choose different kinds of sweet treats such as cakes, pies, beverages, sundaes, etc.

I saw this ad on social media, we went into the store for ice cream and they would not honor the coupon because we didn't tell them we had a coupon until after they had a scooped it - apparently the scoops they did for this promotion are smaller than regular scoops. They charged us the regular price for 2 double scoops - $17. I looked online and couldn't find contact information for their management so hopefully they see it here. Disappointed in the service and for their false advertising, unlikely that we will be returning here in the near future.

Hard to give classic 31 a 5 when they'll always lack the charm and unique assortment of flavors that the fancier ice cream shops have. They're like the McDonald's of ice cream right? But there's something to be said for how they've been around for so long, and how they always have in stock ice cream cakes that never disappoint--and who doesn't love a good ole ice cream cake?! And for how they always have cake supplies like candles and toppers conveniently available. But got some noteworthy good service the other day at this particular location. AND... when I saw these chocolate covered ice cream treats on a stick curiously positioned upside down in plastic cups in the freezer by the entrance, I had to ask what these were. They were DUBAI's!!! "GET IN MY BELE!" Before you know it, that's were they went. Sure it spoiled my lunch (it was only 1130am), but it was totally worth it. One of the best Dubai anything's I've ever had. I didn't expect that from the "McDonald's of ice cream." Thanks BR for keeping up with the times. I like your creative new logo too. :) read more

one of the nicest baskin robbins locations! i love the flavors and they always seem to have oreo cold brew in stock which is literally the only one i eat. definitely recommend coming here as opposed to some other locations (like la habra, la mirada, and brea) since they have a wide variety and the kids working are always so sweet and attentive. big scoops too! read more

My 95 year old friend and I came in yesterday (8/19/25) because he has owed me a banana split for 2 years. The last time I purchased one at this location, it was GREAT!!! If anything, this one was better. Harris (the Manager) built it to my custom specs and it was PERFECT!!!! It had lots of everything on it and made a nice substitute for my lunch. Been coming here for 50 years and the last three times I've been here the scoops have been so small I thought they were joking. No idea what happened to this place, new owners?? Lazy employees that don't want to put the effort in to give a full scoop? Maybe you should start weighing the scoops or training your employees properly. Wanted a shake but they cleaned their blenders for the night before closing and said they were all out. I'm not dumb- no need to lie. They weren't closed yet- they need to make their items available and just wash them at closing. -#lazy Just drive a mile or two down the street and go to Blue Scoop creamery! It's 5 stars easily! Cashier needs some better training for customer service. Went to purchase an ice cream cake for my wife's birthday, found a small one for $9.99. It was clearly marked. Cashier gave me a difficult time, waiting for 15min while he was calling co-workers/manager to double check the pricing. He said he can give it to me for $9.99, but has never seen that price before on an ice cream cake so wanted to double check. Was a pretty bad experience- I filled out a survey sharing my experience (it's been 2 weeks), and still have not heard from the business. read more

I come specifically to this location because they always have my favorite, hard-to-find flavor. It's always a great experience. Today, however, I got my usual 1-scoop sundae. This didn't even have a full scoop in it; it wasn't even close to tilling then cup as it usually does. I've had kiddie scoops bigger than this. Very disappointing, please management get employees strong enough to scoop the ice cream. read more

Make sure you let them know that! I love ice cream. I visit this particular location every week. Last night i went to purchase my regular Banana Royale. When I arrived home it was 2 scoops of ice cream with whip cream, NO BANANA . I called the location and NASH (employee who assisted me) said what do u want me to do, i can mail you a banana or you can come pick one up. This is not the response I was expecting. I will start going to another location even if I have to drive a little further. They lost a great customer. read more

Went in for the buy one get one scoop free today at 1pm. I asked whether promo is still valid and the guy said yes. My daughter and I ordered an extra scoop each and was charged $14 for two scoops. Never once did he mentioned we could only get a scoop in order for promo to be honored. I told him what happened to the promo and his respond was only valid for a scoop. I could have been a jerk and not pay rather walked out w/o any ice cream, but I didn't went to be petty so I paid for the original cost for both scoops. However, I'll never again support this business. I'm helping the shop making extra $$, yet they play hard ball. What's the point of doing promo to attract patron coming in, if you can't honor it? What a scam and unprofessional. All he had to do was deduct the promo price different, but instead I got charged full price. I hope this business goes under. There's plenty other ice cream shop exists which I'll gladly support and take my business elsewhere bc I hate this type of business practice. read more

Hi guys, Today I went to visit my favorite place in the world Baskin-Robbins as I walking to the shop I could not decide what ice cream to get therefore I went and I got the pistacho ice cream none the less the service was great the two workers there they were so friendly and so nice, I love my neighborhood... the shop was clean the staff was friendly and kind making sure I will not drop my ice cream as I have more than one for my family they were very generous they even help me take then all the way to the car the ice cream cakes are delicious... Visiting my mom at her residence care and figured my son and I would bring her some ice cream. I have done this before with my friend and we brought my mom to this location. They have always been so kind, courtesy and go above and beyond. Today I had the same experience with Christy. Thank you Christy for bringing a smile to my face especially during these crazy time. Never again first of all people understand it's just ice cream but when I walked in the door we there was a staff member that looked obviously occupied by her phone are looking out the window no greeting as we browse through the ice cream not a word. I had a basically talk to her and ask her for my scoop of ice cream not one word was mentioned or said anything. I brought my kids here for a reward after a long hard day. We were super excited. let down by the customer service and granted this is one employee. I place my order for two scoops. To my surprise I had got the smallest scoop of ice cream in my life I've been going to Baskin Robbins for over 30 years I mentioned something to her still no words at this point you think customer service would kick in. Still she did not care one of the other employees overheard it I believe his name was Alex decided to take care of my kids ice cream and did the right thing and took care of them I'm not asking for a bunch but I am asking for is my value of my $20 worth of ice cream not to get a half scoop this girl was so rude and she should be fired I am perplexed by the incompetency of an employee like this if you don't wanna work here then don't. Just in shock. Mini scoops by a super young rude girl. When I mention something she's Just smirked. The funny part is I made a comment about her charge me double and she started to actually. This girl should be fired immediately. Out of 30 years going to Baskin Robbins this was my worst experience. read more

Came here the other night not knowing what kind of ice cream I wanted - all I knew was that I wanted something chocolatey. The two workers, Jorge and Joel were there names, were super helpful and patient as I tried to figure out which flavor to get, even giving me recommendations and samples to try out! I ended up getting the chocolate mousse royale and it's now my favorite flavor. Can't wait to come back again! read more

The ice cream is creamy, not overly sweet, but flavor was strong without being artificial. Space was cute, and staff were helpful and efficient. Will be back when in the area.

Prices were reasonable, especially considering that the ice cream is made in house, super creamy and decadent. We will definitely be returning to try additional flavors in the future. Of course, the ice cream is great and just like every Baskin Robbins. The three times I've been here, the workers have been so rude to the customers! One time, I noticed an older Asian gentleman having a hard time communicating what he wanted. The man behind the counter was incredibly rude and practically rolling his eyes at this man. He started speaking in an overly exaggerated, condescending way and it made me uncomfortable. The next time, the two girls in the back seemed annoyed when people in my group (a party of 9) asked to sample some flavors. Either they were nervous (could be because they were younger) or just not into providing friendly service. The final time I went, same unfriendly service. I won't be coming back. Ice cream is great but I'm sure I could find ice cream somewhere else. This place needs to train their workers to be more friendly. read more

Customer service is so rare there days! This place has customer service down. Placed a last minute ice cream cake order yesterday. The manager personally called me from her cell to make sure she had the details of my order correct.
