Decided to come here really quick for some late night dessert. Was super excited to try and the pictures looked yummy and even when we received it, it looked super good. The biggest downfall though was the funnel cake did not taste made to order, and I didn't hear anyone actively frying. I believe they were made in bulk and remaining under the heat lamp to stay warm and a bit crisp. For this reason, I have to drop my rating down to a 2. I just feel that fried items should essentially be made to order for the best experience possible, considering this also costed around $15 Service was very good and the workers were nice. They allowed us to sample a few ice creams and make customizations to our order which was great.
I am no more than a man. I like sugar, it is a feature fundamental to my caveman brain. Ooga booga sugar good for survival. At least that's what I told myself when I came here. This place has like 16 types of ice cream available, and funnel cakes as well. Their prices are reasonable and their churros were delicious. Crispy outside, fluffy inside, combined with some ice cream with a caramel drizzle for a reasonable price. I will definitely return. The place is nice and clean, with fast service. I did come late at night and noticed the parking lot was pretty small so be aware of that.
Came here on a whim and was a bit disappointed. The funnel cakes were not made fresh, they had a staleness to them. Presentation is beautifully executed. Our waiter was kind and helpful. It's clean inside, but seating is limited. The parking is also small, and can get busy since there is a taco shop next to it.
Overall if you're craving churros and ice cream, this will hit the spot. They have a huge menu with shakes and lattes, and even funnel cakes! This place was clean, not busy, and fully stocked on their menu items, where as other churro places may have long lines or run out of items due to high demand. We had an enjoyable visit, stop in and give them a try for yourself!
My sis and I were craving for something sweet. I went to Yelp and found this churro shop. It was already after 6pm and there were a good amount of people inside. The store front is super cute and welcoming. Parking is not too great because it's in a little lot with limited space. My sister went in to get the churros. Let me just say it looked just okay and it was hard and cold by the time we got home. We live no more than 10 minutes from this place. The churros were harden and tasted like it was overcooked. I was disappointed because I really wanted churros. We won't be coming back unfortunately. Maybe it was just this one time. You may wanna still check it out yourself. 3 star for the nice customer service and the shop was clean and cute.

Came here after dinner with the fam the other night there were 6 of us and when we walked in there was no line the girl on the register was nice and helpful since it was our first time. We order SUPREME FUNNEL CAKE (X2) and ORIGINAL CHURROS . They come with your choice of ice cream and syrup and they also added strawberries and bananas I choose the SNICKERS ICE CREAM and let me tell you it was DELICIOUS I loved it!! They have a variety of ice creams to choose from!! The desert came quick and the line for bigger it was a full house and it was a fun time enjoying our dessert with laughter all around!! I wish I had another funnel at the moment DEFINITELY going back.... SOON!!!
This place is a gem ! If you have a sweet tooth for fresh churros and ice cream this is the place to be! We went on a Sunday afternoon, not busy at all. We had a sweet craving after lunch and this place popped up on Yelp and we thought we give it a try ! We went for the supreme churros & grabbed an Horchata ice latte. 10/10 on quality of food and service. Everything was fresh! The supreme churros were $12 & the Horchata Iced Latte was $8 I believe, I feel both were worth the price. I will say if you're looking for a sweet Horchata Iced latte, this isn't too sweet but if you like coffee it tasted delightful!

For a place whose name is named after the churro I got to say that this is one of the worst churros I've had. A real Mexican churro should be crispy on the outside, soft and gooey in the inside. However, this place tasted like your standard Disneyland churro. It was very dry overcooked And didn't have that special churro flavor. Also the funnel cake and we ordered to go, was soaked in strawberry syrup. For Thoes, ordering funnel cake to go they should put the strawberry on the side, which helps preserve the crispy texture and nature of a funnel cake.
Love the churros here! The cashier provided her recommendations and I went with the original 4 piece with condensed milk and caramel, and horchata. The churros were super crunchy and coated nicely. The parking and seating is a bit limited but a definite must try! Make sure to eat them while they're warm!
I found Mr. Churro! If you're a fan of Disneyland churros, Loop churros, or like me just love a good churro in general, this place is definitely worth checking out. This is a family owned establishment with a machine dispenser of mix into the fryer. It's like a "mini show". The churros are fried as you ordered. The interior is simple with limited small tables along the wall -- nothing fancy. However, don't expect the same light, crispy texture you're used to. The churros here are denser and drier, which may not be for everyone. The nice owner/cashier did suggested pairing them with ice cream to balance out the dryness, and it does help! That being said, I want to try the churros as it without the added "toppings". I did take leftovers home and added a scope of plain vanilla ice cream and it was delicious! ^_^ (Yumminess for sure). It's a small busy that worth your support so come try and take on the classic churro, so if you're open to trying something new place that focus on churros, give it a go! read more
I've been driving by for some time, so I checked out the Yelp reviews and stopped by. The restaurant was set up nicely and the employees were friendly. I ordered the churros with ice cream. They do make their ice cream. I ordered the coffee flavor ice cream. The flavor was okay nothing to outstanding. The churros are made to order. The ones I had were a little bit over done and the ice cream together, once again. We're just okay. They do have other items, id like to try read more

Almost as good as churros from Costco. But that may tell you more about me than Mr. Churro. Either way, enjoyed the atmosphere and knowing the churros were made fresh. The other menu items looked to have high potential. I would recommend this place. read more

Oh Mr. Churro, what went wrong? This location is in a small strip mall. They offer churros, ice cream, and funnel cakes. The interior has six tables so you can sit and enjoy your treat. I decided to order the "Churros Premium" which consists of five made-to-order churros and a big ol' scoop of ice cream (choose from about a dozen flavors). I picked horchata as my ice cream flavor. You also get a sauce drizzled over your churros or on the side. I asked for chocolate on the side but somehow received lechera instead. Chocolate...Lechera...no, they don't sound the same. I like lechera so didn't make a fuss. The horchata ice cream just tasted like a weak vanilla ice cream. I was expecting at least a hint of cinnamon. I was also hoping for at least a hint of cinnamon on the churros but they were sprinkled with sugar only. The churros were crisp outside but a bit doughy inside and had an unappealing oily taste. They were more like what you'd expect to be sold by some toothless guy named Jim Bob in the carnival section of a county fair. I finished the ice cream but ended up tossing out half the churros. My experience doesn't seem to be the norm as compared to other reviews so maybe this day had some inexperienced workers or some other issue. read more

First time trying Mr. churro. Freshly made churros,milkshakes etc. we ordered churros with ice cream, milk shakes and funnel cake. The service was a little slow, it did take a while to get our order, only 1 people working. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We went on a Monday evening not crazy busy. The Vanilla Ice Cream tasted different, I believe it's "Mexican Vanilla" it was yellow. read more

Its clean and nice inside. Presentation of food definitely looks really good. The taste did not match though :/ The churros were so burnt i felt i was eating chalk. When I pay $15 for churros and ice cream i expect it to taste good. read more

Was looking for funnel cake places in Anaheim and apple maps took me to Downtown Disney, which I would have had to pay for parking. As a last resort I went to Mr.Churro, placed a phone order as they were close to closing (felt bad for the inconvenience and tipped), food was ready at pick up still warm and staff was really nice about it. Big portion, bomb as hell, made my day!! read more
First time at Mr. Churro! WE DEVOURED THIS. It was so sweet and perfect for my sweet tooth. We got the Supreme Funnel Cake which came with bananas, strawberry, (2) choice of syrup, whipped cream, and ur choice of ice cream. We tried this place late at night on a whim and saw that they have a popular taco place right next to it. Perfect for a date night: tacos then dessert right after. Aside from the funnel cake, they have churros, ice cream (A lot of flavors), lattes, and shakes! read more
Sadly this was a huge disappointment. Came here with my brother and just wanted regular churros with dipping sauce on the side. The portion of churros is generous, the sauce container is too small for the quantity however. The churros themselves? Nothing memorable. The trucks are better. read more

Highly recommend trying this place out! It definitely did not disappoint. They offer a wide variety of ice cream flavors and they're really good! My order was the Premium Churros with a scoop of Tres Leches ice cream topped with Lechera and Chocolate drizzle. The churros are made fresh to order and they're nice and crispy on the outside which is a great balance with the icecream and drizzles that sit in top! Even after a while, the churros still had a crunch to them while the ice cream melted over it. My only suggestion is adding a little water station on the side for customers to grab water at because it does make you thirsty after a couple of bites. Other than that, it's very delicious and would definitely bring my friends and family over! read more
