Next time I'm in Anaheim, I'll stop by here for a donut or bagel sandwich. For a donut shop, they carry other items than just donuts & coffee. Pretty convenient if you ask me. At 6 in the morning they were busy but not a long wait. Variety of donuts & bagel sandwiches. Bagel sandwiches are paired only with plain bagel. There are also croissant, regular sandwiches & you can get chips. If you don't like jalapeños or pickles, just ask them to remove it. Their fresh orange juice is FRESH. You can literally taste the orange , it was so BOMB. They have coffee, water, tea, energy drink, smoothies, & ice cream. You can use credit card or get cash from atm to pay. Under new ownership! New owners made some upgrades and the shop looks so nice and clean. They've also added more food and drink options. I'm usually just an iced coffee and croissant kinda girl but the donuts looked so yummy that I had to grab some. The ladies behind the counter are so friendly and welcoming. Small donut spot in a tiny strip mall with a small parking lot. Clean place, fast, friendly service. Bacon egg & cheese bagel was delicious. It was very hot & cut in half which I like. Little shop in a strip mall not too far from Disneyland. We stopped for a quick breakfast on our way to a day of sightseeing. For a family of 5 we each got a delicious and large donut and a bottle drink for around $25!!! Classic California donut shop! They have lots of donuts mainly classic flavors like sprinkles, maple bars, glazed, etc. Their donuts are super fluffy and not overly sweet. If you come early they have donut holes which are usually my go to. We got 2 sprinkle donuts and they came out to $3. I always Pay cash but they do accept Apple Pay and card for a fee. Workers are always super friendly and the shop is usually pretty quiet. The store also seems pretty clean and has a few tables to sit inside. read more

The food is great. They have so many options and love that breakfast sandwhich T-20 I recommend. They have a good selection of healthy drinks and protein drinks. Not to many donut options, but other than that, it's a great place. Also they are short staff so it will get busy at times. The atmosphere is nice it's a bit small, not a lot of space to sit and eat, but not a lot of room to sit. read more

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP. LA Donut has had some major upgrades under the new owners! Place was closed down for about a week I think but, it's back up and running great. The new owners are kind and are always welcoming customers with a smile. In my opinion, since I come here every day for coffee (I work across the street), I think the coffee flavor now is so much better than before. It seems like they clean the machines on a daily basis unlike before! All the different assortment of donuts are made with much quality and they show in the taste and visual . They also have new items to the menu(as shown in some of the pictures). Their peanut butter banana protein shake, their ham and cheese w/ jalapeño, the sausage and egg sandwich, the meat lover burrito, and beef meat pie, just to name a few, are some of the items that I've already tried and enjoyed. Went here on a Friday with my daughter and my mom and literally had one of the best breakfast croissants I've ever had. Originally, I just went to get some donuts but saw they had a wide array of different sandwiches that looked so good that I had to try. We ended up getting a dozen donuts, all of which were amazing, a bacon, egg and cheese croissant, and a couple iced coffees. Everything was fresh and delicious. This will definitely be my go to donut shop in anaheim. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. They also told me they will be adding meat pies to their menu soon. I have never had a meat pie but they said they are super popular in New Zealand so I can't wait to try them. read more

I ordered half a dozen donuts with special instructions for 2 chocolate raised, 2 glazed raised, old fashion, and a sprinkle cake donut. The donuts tasted fresh, super light, and fluffy. There was no waxy mouth feel after. The glazes were not overly sweet or oily. My husband loves sprinkle cake donuts and this one did not disappoint (very moist). I felt like I could eat 3 donuts easily! I also ordered a ham and cheese croissant. Unfortunately, they ran out so the store called me to work out a replacement. Super friendly service! read more

Conveniently located near the Anaheim Packing District and Disneyland, their donuts are top tier delicious! I like that they offer breakfast and lunch sandwich options and are made to order. I had the Ham, Egg and cheese on a croissant and it hit the spot for me. It was made fresh and it was the perfect temp to enjoy. The staff are so inviting and friendly. They try to make it right each and every time. They have a coffee condiment table for your classic cup of Joe with an array of creamers and sweeteners. I don't really stay too long to hang out but they have a few tables and the cafe area is cozy. I didn't get to try their fresh made juices but my sister said that it was really good. I'll take her word for that. Also I spy on the menu that they will be offering meat pies (New Zealand) so I'll have to check back often to try those out. Great little gem of a donut shop. Also, the breakfast sandwiches are basic and the sausage used is not a breakfast sausage but instead more like slices of a Hillshire Farms keilbasa. I'm not sure if this place is called La Donut or LA DONUT, but I do know that the donuts here are super delicious! The strip mall has a couple of restaurants and a laundry mat. When I have stopped by it's always clean and the couple who work here are super nice. When I came the first time, I got three donuts and when I got home there were four! The donuts here are the fluffiest donuts I've ever tasted. You know how when you bite into a good donut the inside is moist and supple as if the dough had been carefully folded into a donut shape? That's how these donuts are. I also really love the glazed cake donuts that are shaped like little loaves...I don't know what they are called but they are so crunchy on the outside yet still so moist inside! I'm always worried that if I don't eat them all the day I get them that they wouldn't be as crunchy but I was wrong - from my personal experience, they don't go stale too fast which is a huge perk for me when I have a large pink box of a dozen. Their apple turnover was also very flaky and crispy on the outside and moist (so sorry, I totally overused that word here but it's the truth - these donuts are not dry at all!). I don't know how people can be a jack of all trades but La Donut is in terms of breakfast sweets! Plus, I love the service here! :) They are all so sweet and generous, and the environment is so cozy that it makes you forget that the cold Anaheim Packing District exists just across the street. (No shade to Packing District...but there's a time and place for everything, and right now I miss La Donuts). read more

I came here because it's in walking distance to my house and I haven't had donuts in years. I'm happy I came here! It was kinda busy when I came in and waited a few minutes to be served. When it was my turn, the man who I assume is the owner helped me out and was very friendly. I was impressed that this Asian man spoke both perfect Spanish and perfect English and was very polite. Asian lady and man work here are very cool people. Get in order what you want just like the "soup nazi" and that's it. No frills, but the donuts are bomb and they like to throw an extra donut or donut hole sometimes at no charge. Location: The location itself is within a small plaza off of Anaheim Blvd. Parking is a bit limited, but not too much of a problem. The Food: The Donuts here are really good. They also have bagels, ice cream, ham and cheese sandwiches, coffee, hot chocolate, and anything you love from a classic donut shop. Their cake donuts are amazing. My personal favorite is a pink donut they have with white icing, delicious! The owners always give free donuts with any donut purchase. A dozen is about $6 and a large hot chocolate is around $2.25, which is huge. The most important thing to remember when visiting this donut shop is that they do not take credit cards, ONLY cash! We take a stroll over to their shop after dinner (and there's a reason why). the lady at the counter is so nice. She gives us so many extra donuts for the price we pay!
