Matt and David thank you so much for the best drive thru service experience ! I came here during happy hour and forgot my gold card to purchase a frap during happy hour long story short I had my app card but I didn't have it on my wallet to scan it and I ended up paying full price. Matt took the time to reverse the charge but couldn't at the end. I felt bad because there was a line already behind me and he was trying to charge me the correct amount but couldn't so he gave me my 2 fraps for free ! Thanks again Matt ! And David , he was nice enough to give us our refills even though we weren't in the lobby but purchased our drinks 1 hour ago. We were just across Starbucks getting out nails done and I had told him at the Santa Anita mall they give you the refill for 50cents why not here and he knew I was desperate for a refill so he made me and my sisters in law a happy customer and he made us our refills (Refreshers) not fraps only if we go inside and pick it up, which we did .Thank you David ! read more

I love this Starbucks! I go here most mornings before work and I'm always generously greeted at the window by this worker named Vince. The workers who take my order are always understanding and knowledgeable of the drinks I get. I like this service that this Starbucks offers. Definitely recommend. read more

Unprofessional people and bad ambience, watered-down drinks, and SOME super unprofessional workers who look like they hate working at Starbucks for whatever reason... maybe bc it is on the corner of two crazy streets idk. Service is very carefree, depressing, and slow with orders in terms of wrong orders being taken in cases where I got the wrong food orders and wrong plus watered down drinks, however I would say more than 4 separate times visiting. I've been meaning to leave a review for a while now, I just hope I do them their justice!! This particular Starbucks is one of the greatest locations in this area. The food is consistently great, the drinks are consistent and delicious - you aren't shorted on flavor or ingredients by any means (and some do this!). Try their Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew; yes, it's a mouthful but it's so delicious and this location usually has enough for the whole day (no promises though). If you're not a coffee person, try the Strawberry Açaí (Ah-sah-ee) [or just say Strawberry AH-SIGH but I think the former is correct ]. That one is so refreshing, and still lacks a caffeine punch. That being said, it's a Starbucks so they have the same stuff every other one does. What their locations really offers is a peaceful exterior seating with gentle music (as in not too loud) nearby a soothing flowing water fountain. The interior, on the other hand, is quiet and beautifully arranged; however, it is a bit small and their is very limited seating (but if you're not shy just say hey and ask to share a table with couple large tables!). Most of the customers are very sweet, pleasant, and don't mind. Finally the staff is what makes the Starbucks. Too often do I have Starbucks employees who look like they'd rather be dead than working as their company's barista. Not here!! Liz is truly a star. She goes out of her way to bring her bubbly personality to the place and it definitely lights up the environment. Josh, David, Yvonne... They're all so great and cheerful! It's always great to see them. Their whole staff is amazing - the recruiter for this location did a superb job. The customer service at this store is above and beyond what you'd expect from a chain store like Starbucks but here, everyone truly exceeds expectations. read more

Such a rude crew, I'm a everyday coffee drinker and I work an hour away from home but this Starbucks is by my home however I'd rather drive anywhere else then to deal with the rude service, and neglect this crew has. They leave you waiting in the drive thru not even nice enough to let you know why some mornings, clearly they are open but they ignore you. The drinks are hit and miss, shots always taste burnt. Forget asking for a straw you'll get rude looks or a sigh. Never fails that someone or something is always messed up from this location, good thing Starbucks is on every corner because this store is the worst representation of the company I've seen. read more

I've been coming here for awhile now and I always leave satisfied not only with my drink but the customer service as well. I came in on Wednesday night with my boyfriend and we ordered our drinks and Victoria, I believe was awesome !! She was such a great help and also let us try a drink we have been dying to try but never had the guts to actually buy. My boyfriend and I were so pleased with her service and grateful that she let us try the drink we will be going back to finally buy a bigger size of it. I was running an errand in the area, so I decided to stop by and get a drink. The person at the window was so friendly and so was the order taker. They were also the only place that had the ingredients to the pink drink. 2 other locations closer to me haven't had the ingredients, and we tried them a couple of times. I even went the following day and the service was the same, excellent! I'm willing to go 10 minutes out of my way, passing the other two locations to get that kind of service. read more

NEVER have I been to Starbucks where they tell me no they can't make an iced tea! I came here today at 9:44pm through the drive thru and asked for a youth berry tea cold and was told by the gentlemen they only do hot. And I replied to him "so you can't make it cold?" Older barista was very smarmy, dismissive and downright rude attitude when I asked a question. Sucky customer service training, obviously or just plain old cranky person who should not work in areas dealing with customers. Well my husband and I stopped by the drive thru and picked up a caramel frappe and a mocha frappe. We left with our drinks we soon realized they weren't what we expected they tasted disgusting. We went back to have them remade. (We were ready to have to explain and put on a tough face) When we reached the counter and the cashier was very polite and helpful she didn't ask any questions she remade them with a smile. I called ahead of time to make sure they had my choice of drink cold brew pumpkin cream. Was told they only get deliveries 1 a week. That they are fully stocked. I work the noc-shift. My shift starts at 11pm until 3pm 16hours shift. I show up at 10:10pm store closes at 10:30pm. I wait 20mins in line. Once I place my order I'm told they are sold out of pumpkin cream ... I said I called for this exact reason, waiting 20 mins in line for nothing. The guy on the speaker said Nobody called! I said yes I did! Because this continues to happen. So I order a pumpkin spice. Once I get up to pay I ask how did you run out so fast when I was told your fully stocked. Then he gets an attitude with me saying it's a high demand drink! I said I understand that that but I called. So when will you have it back in stock he said try back tomorrow. I said tomorrow. But I was told you only get deliveries 1 a week. Then he said is that all.... I said no I would like to speak to a manager. Then a guy comes named Brandon. I asked are you a manager. He responds how may I help you. I once again ask are you the manager. No I'm the shift leader theres no manager here. I go over my whole story again telling him this is the 4th!!! Time this has happened. I'm told there sold out close to their closing time. But when I come in the morning the next day yes I did just to see if they lied to me and sure enough by some miracle they are no longer "sold out" I said who can I speak to higher than you to inform them of the coworkers saying its sold out. He then TELLS me actually we're not sold out the blender is broken so we cant make the cream wtf.... sounds to me its laziness because its close to closing we are all on different schedules I'm a night nurse trying to get coffee like everyone else! So then he says come back in the morning we should have it then. Let me guess another miracle the blender wont be broken in the morning. This is a sad they are getting away with telling customers lies. And get attitude because I caught them. This was on 09/05/20 @ 10:10pm. Got to window at 10:30pm read more

I understand your hours changed but have the FUCKING decency to tell the cars in the drive thru that your time changed and not just fucking leave them there waiting! It was exactly 9 when we got there instead of ignoring the line of cars fucking use the customer service you should have learned to say "Sorry we are closed due to our hours changing!" This place is you're ordinary Starbucks but they will mess up your drink every time! Order groups it even worse! They mess up all the drinks and probably forgot to make one and try double charging you for it. If you're a coffee fanatic I recommend driving the extra mile for decent coffee. read more

This location is never fully stocked on their ingredients. I've been here several times and they have never been able to make a medicine ball, citrus defender, or wellness tea. Every time I've tried I've had to settle for a drink that is not even close to what I originally wanted. I've also noticed the staff is not as happy and peppy as other Starbucks.... I'm going to have to chalk this up to the manager because of the lack of inventory and team motivation. read more

Came here for a quick coffee break from work. I made my order and afterwards they mentioned that they had ran out of the cranberry orange buns that I had asked for after charging me for it, but they'd be able to replace that with a croissant. As the cashier was going to give me the croissant instead, the manager came in and told him he couldn't do that and he'd just have to give me a refund for my order. They had trouble putting the money back into my card so they gave me cash...it was a little annoying! With that being said I feel that the staff is great but the manager seems a little rude! The next day I came here again, for a quick coffee run and another staff member apologized to me for what happened before. I truly appreciated that! Also, they've always had my order in pretty quick so that's a plus! read more

Love this location's iced coffee, especially if it's freshly brewed in the morning. Black, iced coffee, 2 shots of espresso type of person. I also have had pleasant experiences when my order is taken through the drive through. Very friendly and cheery voices (mostly female) that take my order, leave me smiling! One star taken off for the time I went through the drive through waiting for 20 minutes to arrive at the window and the barista at the window tell me that they do not have iced coffee brewed (well why wasn't that mentioned when ordered). Waited another 15 minutes in the parking lot. Oh and the barista bringing out the iced coffee was hesitant to give me my drink asking if I paid LOL? That type of night I guess. I'll stick to ordering in the morning. read more

The worst customer service at this starbuck. I went into this starbucks on my way to work at 10:30 pm there were people inside the barista tells me that they were closed but the drive thru was still open. Now there was no sign that had hours posted for inside and drive thru the sign just said they closed at 11:00 pm. What's the difference if I'm inside ordering or ordering thru the drive thru? They use the same equipment to make the drinks in which I was only getting an ice coffee and wanted to put my own creamer in my drink. There were no people in the drive thru so is it that hard just to take my order rather than telling me to go through the drive thru when I'm already inside , so that night they lost a customer.
