Drive thru or pick up at the door using the Starbucks app!!! Great service and staff. Parking is minimal but it's not a struggle to look for a spot!!! By far the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I've been to this location a few times but none through the drive-thru. Their staff are relatively friendly but mostly in their own world. Never been to this Starbucks before, but ordered ahead for pick up. This Starbucks has a smaller lobby than others and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was compared to others. When I went to pick up my coffees they were behind a plastic partition so the server had to hand it to me. I've come here several times this year alone. I've ordered my particular drink at least a handful of times and never had I had an issue. I'm thinking either someone was having an off day or there is a new person taking orders. I asked for a tall and got a grande. I asked for easy/light ice and my grande sized cup was practically full of ice when I finished my drink. I would've got charged for a grande until I said I only asked for a tall. The barista then said she would only charge me for a tall, but that did not fix my drink. I should have just parked my car and gone inside for my correct drink, as the size mix up changed the taste of my drink. This review is for this particular visit. I may update in the future. Ever since they changed their staff the lines are super slow literally takes 30 min in the drive through. You go inside they u wait another 10 -15 before someone attends you while they are having random conversations and pretending to do something. The drive through always gets our drinks right & gets us through in a timely manner which is great for those days where you're running a little late, I can always depend on these guys to not take too much time away from my morning commute. This is my FAVORITE Starbucks location! I have always had great interactions with the employees/baristas at this location. I know most drinks are pretty standard at all Starbucks...BUT I swear this location always makes the drinks the BEST. I've never been disappointed in any of my drinks that I have ordered at this specific location. I typically will order through the app and pick up in person. They're taking really great precautions at this location, I feel very safe here. Their drive through can get a bit long, but every experience I have had has been pretty quick through it. Drove all the way back home and poured my drink into my favorite cup only to find a long hair in the empty SB cup. I went through the drive thru this afternoon. I wasn't given a straw and when I got home I realized they gave me the wrong drink! I ordered a tall java chip, no whip, extra shot. I like this starbucks a lot! Very spacious with lots of tables if you are looking for a study spot or lounge. There aren't any couches so bring your cushion if you plan on studying long hours. There are two high tables with stools, about 6-7 small 3x3 tables, and a large centered 9x4 (eyeballing measurements) wooden table where people just sit around. I definitely recommend it for a study area. As far as service goes, it is near perfect. Very friendly with an inviting smile and drinks are made fast! Also, I have been there enough times to know that there is a pair of guys that come by midday and sit around and talk very, I mean very loud and curse occasionally. So beware in case you have young kids, because they don't care. read more

My husband and I are always at Starbucks, especially having the incentive of keeping our Gold member status, so we're always buying coffee to meet the requirements to stay at the Gold level....after tonight, I have no desire to keep that status up! I am so turned off by the thought of a Pumpkin spice latte! Don't go to this location if pumpkin spice is a fav. Because they will ruin it for life! ...or at least a season. This is probably the worst Starbucks to go to. I once had a barista give me attitude because i ordered a drink and forgot to say iced and when I did he said *ugh well all our drinks come hot unless you say so*. And he was giving me terrible looks. Enough about that, the Starbucks is spacious and has both indoor/outdoor seating. Please no smoking. And the place is kept clean. The only issue i ALWAYS have at this location is getting my drink right. They will either forget sonething (syrup around the cup) and/or put something you didnt want (you'll see them scoop out whipped cream) and youll get your order after the person behind you that ordered TWO of the same drink you did. It is a shame because the people (other then that rude guy whom I havent seen since) are farily nice. But their quality sucks. Go to the one by the mall, they never mess up and they are super quick. PS. I dont complain about my drink because Id rather not chance having something in the new drink. read more
