On our way to work this is me & my husbands first stop, we live across the street so the location & drive thru option is extremely convenient. The customer service is amazing, always friendly, fast and efficient. I don't know how they function so well so early in the morning but they are always wearing a smile while i am a mess doing my make up in the car lol. They mixed up our orders yesterday morning & the barista apologized a bunch & said she would get us tomorrow which she did this morning by giving us a major discount on our drinks & breakfast, she remembered and kept her word! how much better can it get !? There's been multiple times that this Starbucks has given me a drink that taste like crap! I'm pretty sure I know what a white chocolate mocha taste like and these baristas can not get it right. This Starbucks is for the most part pretty good but every time I go, they are out of cake pop. Every single time. I came from a different Starbucks today because they were out of tea for the Medicine Ball & it turns out they were out of it here too. This place seems to always be "out" of stuff. I LOVE LOVE LOVE most of the baristas at this Starbucks. When the regulars are here, it is spectacular. They are efficient and speedy and extremely friendly. Unfortunately, I hate coming here on Sunday's as most of the regular baristas are off and the Sunday crew tend to be extremely slow as heck. I come before work, usually on a time crunch, and there's no reason why an unsweetened iced tea should take 15 minutes to receive. read more

I like it very much because it's clean and quiet since not many people coming today (with loud music though..) but the service are nice.

Whether you are here for the morning rush grabbing your morning brew, or here at night studying for a test, the crew at Puente and Francisquito always provides an awesome coffee experience. Customer service is poor in the drive thru. They are very slow and it creates a line and traffic jam in the parking lot.

Out of all the nearby Starbucks, this location is definitely my favorite. I don't have a "favorite" drink, so I tend to order something different every time I go. Still, the baristas here always nail it and I am always happy with the quality and attention to detail. My absolute favorite thing about this location though is the great service! The girl working drive thru was very chatty and held up the line. Then when it was my turn to pay she took my card and we sat there for 5 minutes while she talked into the microphone. Card ended up somehow being demagnetized and had to get another so i paid cash, My caramel frap mind you was sitting there patiently and was not that crisp icey drink i've grown to love. Came here once while I was passing through town and went inside to grab some coffee and kill some time waiting for an appointment elsewhere. Service was what you typically expect from Starbucks with nothing to complain about, but now comes the reason for the low rating + review. When I checked out at this location Spring of 2017 I used my Starbucks card from within their mobile app. Fast forward to November I suddenly receive a notification from my Starbucks app that my balance was $0. Having not been to Starbucks that day I opened my app to try and view the receipt and it says all of the money loaded into my Starbucks card was spent at this specific location. So I go through Starbucks' online customer service to report the erroneous charge from this store and they were quick to load the correct balance back onto my Starbucks card. Having no idea how it happened I blindly assumed it might've been a 'one time thing'. Yesterday though I found that was not the case as the same exact thing happened. Suddenly my app out the blue alerts me that my Starbucks' card balance is now $0. Open the app again, low and behold this Starbucks store was where all of the money on my Starbucks card was spent. So today I was able to contact Starbucks' online support center and I'm having them replace my Starbucks' card with a new one to prevent this location from emptying my card a third time. If you have been to this location within the past year double check your cards and accounts to make sure nobody is skimming your accounts from this store. read more

Lets talk about the coffee and the way it's made: My fiancé usually gets the iced caramel machiattos, upside down, But they are not very consistent in taste. Some can be very good, and blended well or even measurements can most likely take a toll. It's NEVER the same and most of the time it's alright, not Great which has only been a couple of times. Maybe they'd correctly make them if they weren't so worried about talking to eachothother, who knows. Now while at the drive thru some mornings they take FOREVER!!!! Most of the time it's because a barista is talking to her friends (who are usually the people before me at the drivethru line) and not caring about anyone else's time and the fact that we are choosing this Starbucks which in the end is giving You JOB SECURITY. I get talking to your friends is cool but People have jobs and are in a rush so PLEASE Dont be inconsiderate especially when that conversation can wait for Facebook. The only reason I am giving this Starbucks 3 stars is because there is a guy who works there but I Forgot his name ill get it then update this review who is always very friendly and attentive, plus Listens to our order, which isn't that hard to mess up BUT they have before. read more

I've been going to this store for a couple of years. The last manager had a great staff, efficient, friendly, and great service all around. Since the store has come under a new manager as of a couple months, the staff has lacked their friendly service, in fact on several occasions the lead barista has been extremely rude! This last trip i got her name Yaya. Except for a small few employees that work there, and I mean less then a handful, I think this store has lost its way. If i could give negative stars i would... i go to starbucks all the damn time and im a gold card member... i dont know if its because shes insecure or because shes working on thanksgiving but the cashier (the one leaning towards the heavier side) is completely awefully rude!!. Also their pastries look like theyve been sitting out a few days... they look old dried out and un appetizing!! This Starbucks is always a bad experience. I never get decent customer service, and the drink is ALWAYS crappy. And sometimes the girl working there seems like she just hates her job, short, petite, and curly hair. Rude as can be. I have came here so many times because this is the closest to my moms house, i always go to the ones out in west co area those are always good. Awesome study spot with plenty of electrical outlets for low tables and high bar tables! And customer service is great! Chris helped me out and he gave great advice for what drink I should get! I wasn't sure if I wanted to try out the new Mocha Cookie Crumble or stick with my usual choice and he really described the drink well for me to get an honest opinion! I trusted him when he said it was good and it WAS SOOO GOOD! They make it really well here!! And he also put it in a nice glass cup for me instead of the usual to-go container since he noticed that I whipped out my laptop to stay for a while! Major cudos on attention to detail! I just went to this starbucks and I went through the drive-thru and didn't take a drink of my drink until I got home since it was extremely hot... I just got home and tasted it and I'm really angry that I just paid 4.25 for warm milk!! I ordered a grande chai tea latte and they gave me MILK. And I can't even return it since by the time I go back they'll be closed. I love starbucks and drink it religiously but I'm NEVER going to this one again !! read more

Bad Customer Service. Went for 3 Vanilla Bean (2 Grande & One Tall), a Cafe Late (Grande)& a Chocolate Moca Latte(Grande) as I was ordering this employee (at the perpetration unit) yells at another employee having the cashier Michael to tell her to not yell. Then the cashier completely ignores me as I repeat my order and ends up not charging me for one of the Grande Vanilla Bean and I needed to repay for the one that he missed when I clearly repeat my order for this same reason. Then my mother needed to use the restroom. She asked one of the employee the pin # for the restroom, & then gave her the men's pin #, when my mom went to confirmed the pin # with the same employee the lady goes " Oh that's for the men's restroom, you need that" Hello?! If a woman is asking you for the pin # wouldn't you think its for the ladies restroom and at that the employee could have asked " Woman or Men" that would have been more suitable than to provide the wrong pin. All in all not what I expected out of a Starbucks Facility. Disappointing of the lack of customer service. read more
