I love this location. I usually go through the drive through but I finally got to study for a bit inside. It was not too packed and had more space than expected. I also think the reason for that is that there are no schools surrounded. The drive through is what seems to be the most busy part at any time. It's right off the freeway so case proven. Very friendly staff at this location working very hard. Ghetto parking lot sucks, the drive thru is awkward, and the location of the street is also awkward. The make up for it with great service and excellent beverages. I've had the least problems with this place giving me a wrong drink or poorly made drink. Sometimes the drive thru gets long, but I think that is usually because of the customers. All in all its a convenient off the freeway sbux with awesome service. read more

I went through the drive thru last night around 6PM. WOW! It took almost a half-hour to get through that line. I'll never go to this location again because of that experience. Their drinks and food are simply not worth that kind of time, and that's without consideration to their prices. This is by far one of my favorite Starbucks in California. I travel to Southern California regularly and always stop in to get my coffee and a yummy breakfast sandwich. And they're about 2 seconds from the 99 which also makes them one of the most convenient Starbucks in the state! They make an amazing Caramel Macchiato. Perfect blend of espresso and sweetness, while not overly espresso-y or sweet. Just right. With the exception of one day when I walked in behind a huge busload of people, they usually aren't too busy at 6:30 in the morning and I usually get right in and out. Their artisan breakfast sandwiches are delicious and I hope they aren't one of those limited-time offerings (like my beloved pumpkin spice latte!). read more

Convenient location just off of Hwy 99, and the young woman taking orders was really cheerful and efficient, but the barista was downright rude and either lazy or dumb or both. I ordered a cup of coffee and two ice waters and got my coffee immediately. Waited over five minutes before asking about the waters and the barista replied "The labels are probably printing," and walked away. Now first of all, do you really need a label to get me two waters and second, I could see the cups with the labels on them right next to her left hand as she turned walked away to the back. The nice cashier walked over and got my waters. One reason I pick Starbucks on road trips is the generally consistent and friendly service. This location needs some work on that! read more

Listen Linda, this place is hit or miss when you come to the drive thru. There are good people that work the window and then there are "others". Today I'm here venting because two days In a row of "others" has me riled, not to mention getting the wrong beverage and only noticing when I got to work. for 2 days now = can I have my receipt (only got 1 of 2) can I have napkins *food was ordered (didn't rcv either visit- they are out??) can I have a stopper *hot coffee and the kicker today.., can I have my drink?!? Hello. I just ordered on my mobile app from this location. I stood at the pickup counter for 10 mins with not ONE employee to greet me. Not even eye contact when I was actually trying to get their attention. After 10 mins I went to the front counter to ask if they received my order. The person at the front was very nice and apologized repeatedly. She gave me my drinks that were sitting in the fridge. My drinks were very watered down and I was so upset to even ask them to remake them because I didn't want to wait another 20 mins. I thought this was very unacceptable. If I could give no stars I would. I have gone to this starbucks a few times, and every time the service has been terrible. I don't understand why they are so rude at this location. I will not ever go there again. It blows my how people can act. I work in customer service, and I would have already been written up or fired for the way they act.
