Apparently this is light ice....got a whole 4 ounces out of a $7 drink. This Starbucks is miserable better ones within blocks

Asked for light ice and they filled the entire thing with ice. Poured it into another cup and it was 4 ounces

One of the most important aspects of any establishment is customer service. Customer service is what makes the difference in repeat business or losing busing to competitors. First impressions are important. The way a customer is welcomed and interacted with can make or break the experience. When I walked into this location, I was immediately acknowledged by the manager of this location; Tim. He not only greeted me with enthusiasm but had the same upbeat demeanor with each customer who came in. While every Stabucks is generally the same (same menu, almost identical layouts), the service is usually what makes people want to return. When I placed my order, I scanned the app on my phone and because my information is in my app, I didn't need to give my name, etc. as the app has that stored. This is the first time, I wasn't asked for a name for my order. I had no idea the app had an upgrade! The drink wasn't so stellar but the service rendered here would warrant a return visit.

This Starbucks is located towards the back of a shopping center. There was plenty of parking, and indoor and outdoor seating during the Sunday late afternoon I came in. I ordered a custom Frappuccino with oatmilk and a variety of pumps and syrups. It was made perfectly despite it's extensive ingredients. The baristas were kind, and the cafe was clean and nicely decorated and maintained.

I don't frequent Starbucks as much as some, but this location was good. I ordered online with no issues. Once arrived- Quick service and drink is As expected. Used my stars to get a free drink! I tried the Holiday flavor, and it was delicious. I'm happy with this location, thank you!

I was in the neighborhood and needed a little pick me up. I entered and was greeted with a smile. I ordered a Honey Citrus Mint Tea. They told me how they make it and made adjustments according to my taste. They even told me they would make me another drink if I didn't like it. That's good customer service!

They're all nice and the drinks are pretty consistent but the AC is out of control! It's always freezing.

Mozart's Cafe was such a pleasant surprise. I stopped by on a Tuesday night because I wanted a hot…read morecup of coffee after dinner, and I was so happy to find a place open until midnight when most other coffee shops were already closed. That alone made it a great find, but what made the experience even better was discovering that they also had live entertainment on Tuesday night until 11. It turned a simple coffee stop into a really enjoyable evening. I ordered a coffee and a brownie, and while the total was a little on the expensive side, around $15 or $16, it felt completely worth it to me. The quality was there, and everything felt a bit more gourmet than your average coffee shop stop. The brownie was delicious, the coffee was exactly what I wanted, and the overall atmosphere made the price feel justified. Between the free entertainment, the beautiful decor, and the location, it felt like much more than just paying for coffee and dessert. One of the best parts of the experience was the setting. Being right on the water made it especially beautiful at night. You can enjoy your drink, take a walk, look at the lights, and just soak in the scenery. It was the perfect place to unwind after a heavy meal and a long workday. Since I was only in Austin for work and do not live in the area, I was really glad I found somewhere that felt special and relaxing instead of just functional. The staff was also very friendly, which added a lot to the experience. Good service always makes a difference, and here it made the place feel even more welcoming. Overall, I definitely recommend Mozart's Cafe if you are looking for a late-night coffee spot with charm, scenery, and a unique atmosphere. I would absolutely go back again.

We came for the coffee after reading a lot of reviews. While there was nothing particularly…read moreextraordinary about the coffee or the smoothie that looks more like a juice ,we still had a nice time overall. The view was beautiful, and the live music was a really nice added touch that made the experience more enjoyable. The register area could use a little more organization since it felt somewhat chaotic at times, and parking was also difficult to find. Overall, it's a good place to visit for the experience and atmosphere.

There was only a line of 3 people when we went so we made the right call. The shop itself is very aesthetically pleasing - beautiful chandeliers, open glass, and modern arches everywhere. Plenty of chairs to hang out though wouldn't recommend as a place to study as even the day we went it was pretty crowded and most seats were taken. I got the banana cloud matcha and oh man the matcha was smooth, the banana cloud had just the right amount of creamy texture without being overly sweet and definitely is banana flavored. Note most of their matcha drinks are iced and I was worried that it would water down the flavor of the drink, but it did not. My husband got a special off the January menu the chai and was impressed as he said it wasn't overly sweet and spiced well. They do offer bakery items though we didn't try any. Parking wise no real free parking unless you come before the meters start. Otherwise it's all paid street parking.

I'd had so many matchas and chai recently it was time for a latte again. I ordered it "for here" so it came in a mug. I also got a kolache, which is unlike me because normally I try something new. It was just as good as the first time. The latte was great too, but I noticed they didn't fix the "art" for me at the same time they fixed it for another order (super small thing but just sharing observations). People are used to the weekend lines so nobody complained about the line as far as I saw! And I was able to give space to folks who eventually joined my table.

Every piece in the store appears to be intentionally curated. Maaribu melds a home and gift shop with an in house café and bakery, creating an experience that's both relaxing and memorable. According to Mable, my server, Maaribu is a combination of the word Marfa (Texas town that has the Prada store) and Malibu. The brand is often described as combining Marfa's creative spirit, Malibu's laid back lifestyle, and clean Scandinavian design. The shop portion of Maaribu is beautifully styled, featuring furniture, décor, books, and gifts that have a modern flare. All the items are easy to peruse and get drawn in. The use of color is playful and engaging. Maaribu's key highlight is its café and bakery. The in house café has an assortment of coffee, wellness beverages, and dedicated gluten free baked goods. I bought a Rose honey latte, which was divine along with a multi-layer pastry. Mable said customers enjoy the quality and flavor of the pastries...scones, muffins, cookies, brownies, and egg bites are frequent favorites. Importantly, the café is reported to be fully gluten free, which makes it a standout destination for people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivities, without sacrificing taste or variety. The outdoor seating and patio area add to the charm, making Maaribu a great place to enjoy coffee and pastries on a nice Austin morning. After years in Austin, I finally discovered Maaribu--a modern, eclectic coffee shop and store. Every item is thoughtfully curated, blending a home-and-gift shop with a café and bakery for a relaxing experience. Outdoor seating makes it a perfect spot to enjoy coffee and pastries on a pleasant Austin morning. Wow...Maaribu!!!
