Worst customer service ever! The girl who claimed to be the manager(she had red hair) was soooo rude. She got my drink wrong after I waited close to 10 minutes and then told me I ordered it wrong. I got the same drink every time so I know I didn't. She fought with me about ordering my drink wrong. She then made me void everything instead of just making the correct drink. She said the other ladies would have to remake it but I watched her and she didn't tell anyone to redo it... so I waited another 10 minutes just watching people come in and out and receive their drinks. I believe the "manager" was trying to punish me for her mistake and just make me wait there. I have to admit I went off on her. I asked her how could YOU f up my drink and then make me wait for your mistake. I have NEVER received such horrible treatment from Starbucks or any other fast food place. I got a refund, left that Starbucks, and drove 15 minutes to another, and the employees could not have been more kind. Google's reviews are more up to date and will coroberate my complaint. This Starbucks is obviously by far the worst. I have NEVER seen so many 1-2 star ratings. UPPER Management needs to take note of these complaints and hire better team workers. This is currently my go to Starbucks. First of all I gotta say that every one of the staff members is fantastic. They're all super kind, funny, and even make creative drinks if you ask. Drinks are comparable to all Starbucks as they usually are. The vibe in here is nice. It has a nice modern feel to the decor. Personally, I like that there are tall tables and regular tables. It's a relatively large lobby so a good amount of people can be here yet they're spaced apart due to covid. Families gatherings and small groups come here to grab a coffee and chat. I find it to be a great place to study and will definitely be returning. read more

I tried the drive thru and can confirm with other Yelpers now that the service is indeed good. The girl who took my order was very friendly. She asked how my day was going and called me babe and talked at a pace that didn't feel rushed or like she was too busy for me. I tried the ham, Swiss cheese and egg breakfast sandwich in a swirly flaky buttery croissant like bread. I also tried their seasonal chestnut praline latte in a tall. I love seasonal flavors and will pretty much always order what I feel is available only for a limited time. They'll definitely get you with that marketing scheme! Together my meal was a little under $10. Definitely not a morning habit my wallet can afford everyday but it was a nice treat. The latte was delicious and had a peppermint flavor to it. I got confused at first and thought maybe they gave me the wrong drink but I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it was the correct one. Either way it was delicious and was at the appropriate temperature to drink immediately. The aftertaste of the minty drink made my mouth feel cool and tingly. It wasn't overly sweet to my surprise which is what warrants these 5 stars. A day after the birthday cake frappucino promotion I was still able to order a tall 1 for $4.05. It didn't come with the pink cream on top :-( but it was still yummy. It's a vanilla frappe with hazelnut pump of syrup and it really does taste like birthday cake! read more

What feels like a lifetime ago, I actually worked at this Starbucks location. Since those days gone by I've been here several times as a patron and I def feel it's just "A-OK." PRO: They have a drive-thru! CON: It's, unfortunately, quite slow! Boo. PRO: Located in a small cluster of shop just off Alameda Ave. and Ironton St. - it's very convenient! CON: There's very little parking for the businesses. PRO: Staff is fairly friendly. CON: They've never really wow'd me. Starbucks is Starbucks. I hardly ever write reviews, but I've just had so many good experiences at this Starbucks, I really feel like I need to! The entire staff always takes the time to greet me even if they are busy- which they do get VERY busy! Admittedly I tend to order 'annoying' drinks to make, but they always take my order with a smile, and make sure they have it perfect for me. I bring my dog often and they are so nice about getting her her puppacino The manager I'm sure has her hands full but she always stops to say hello to me and is ALWAYS upbeat and friendly. I have my own espresso machine and plenty of other coffee shops to stop at on my commute to work, but I get coffee at this location simply because of the great service and positive vibes I get to start my day with! I go to this Starbucks often as it's on my way to work. I unfortunately am going to have to find an alternative soon. 8/10 I go there at the drive they they are very rude. No simple "hello" or " have a good day". And when you say it to them they say " ah huh". Anytime you go inside for service they take forever to serve you and then you have to wait even longer if you get something to eat. This is my Starbucks and I cannot say enough good things about this location. I have been coming here for over 10 years and shared the joys and sorrows of my life here. This team, of course, makes great coffee and gives great service, however, they also help to build community. I do not care what mood I am in when I arrive, I am always in a better state when I leave. Even my neighbor who boycotts Starbucks, in general, is a convert. He gave me a gift card for Christmas and will occasionally pick me up a surprise cup now. My crew was so awesome, even he had to make an exception for MY store. This is the only Starbucks that can get my coffee perfect. They know what I drink before I order, and sometimes they know what I will order when I change my mind. This is my go to Starbucks as I head out east to my families farm/ranch...super fast drive through! Today I ordered the NEW Green Tea Citrus Latte (hot)! This is hands down my favorite drink of all time. Who would have thought the combo would work? The perfectly frothy green tea latte was already amazing, but add in some citrus and mint...super tasty! The citrus and mint is yummy and it feels and tastes like summer. I can't say enough about this flavor combo. I had two yesterday! Give it a try it's a happy drink, full of flavor! This is the SLOWEST location I've ever gone too. I spent 23 minutes in the drive thru line just to get one drink. Then when I get to the window they tried to hand me the wrong drinks. This is the friendliest Starbucks in all the land. Anytime I've hit the drive thru, the people working are pleasant, helpful, and funny. I asked the guy to get "extra slutty with the caramel sauce" on my salted caramel mocha latte, and he did just that. Haha. They always offer to warm up brownies and cookies when you order also. I'm not normally the type to review big chains... They're known entities, right? That's much of the appeal. But this location really goes above and beyond. There was an error on the Starbucks app when they charged my gift card for my drink, and it deducted too much. This is a software issue, not something the barista can fix... So they bought my drink. My drink that cost twice as much as the error. And in the 20 minutes I've been sitting here, I think they've known 1/4 of their customers. Like actually known them! Maybe I'm easily impressed, but... I wish there was a higher star rating for this review as they deserve it! Today I contacted the Starbucks Corporate Customer service at 800-23-Latte. I explained to the manager I rcvd a Denver souvenir mug from my Goddaughter and while washing it for the first time, a chip fell out from the inside lip of the mug. I asked if I could get another Denver mug mailed to me before my goddaughter's next visit. Enoch explained the best he could do was send a Starbucks card and I could purchase a different mug in a store in IL. I explained this was sentimental that it was gift from my goddaughter, he felt I could try these Denver locations myself to hunt one down. I could not believe they could not just order me another by the SKU#11002016. I was very upset with customer service I received from this supposed "CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE". I then started a search of the Denver Store's. The Alameda Starbuck's in Aurora was the first store I called. I spoke with Nina who checked the shelf and found the last Denver mug. She took my name and address and would speak to her manager Kirsten about accommodating this request. Nina was the sweetest Barista ever, even sympathized about having family out of state. Kirsten the manager called back and arranged to ship the mug at no cost to me in the morning! WOW what amazing customer service, I will have it before my goddaughter visits. I want to express my deep appreciation for the attention and concern that was shown by Kirsten and Nina.
