But my favorite roasted coffee beans actually come from this cute little roasterie in Albuquerque! I've been buying from Moon's for years, and during a trip for the Balloon Fiesta in 2019, my son and I had the pleasure of meeting Joy and Jori in person. They were so kind and welcoming, and it made us appreciate their work even more. In my opinion, their roasting is spot-on--rich, flavorful, and always balanced. Every blend I've tried has been incredible. Having a burr grinder to grind these is key! My son's more of a tea guy, and he was excited to pick up some of their loose leaf selections too.
