So disappointed today. I have ignored the last couple of visits have been hit and miss at this location. Today there was trash in the parking lot. I had one drink...a coffee Frappuccino. What I was almost given had whipped topping and what appeared to be caramel drizzled over the top. The cashier up to that moment was the best part was Of my visit. Her perky friendliness halted when I said that wasn't a coffee Frappuccino. I know drinks can get mixed up but no need to get upset. I just want what I ordered. The drink was delivered by a barista who smiled and apologized. My drink was fine but hard to drink without a straw. read more

All right so I'm not gonna lie I like the convenience of Starbucks and the taste of the coffee however when I order something that's $3.25 and After-tax ends up being $4.05 I'm a bit skeptical. I asked hey what's the sales tax... she said 30 cents then they asked their manager who confirms that it's 7% which would equate to 22.75 cents however mine resulted in yes $.80 which is roughly 25%. So either they have false advertisement for the cost of their products or they're up charging everything. How does this happen I got a tall caffe latte which was advertised as $3.25 Coffee was good but prices are questionable. read more

I only have one drink I like from here and it's a white chocolate mocha no whip cream, out of every other location in the City of Albuquerque this one makes the worst white chocolate mocha. For reasons I can't figure out it tastes like mop bucket water, it's always 1000 degrees and you can't drink it, tastes like crap and generally the service I get from this Starbucks is below average compared to the rest in the city. read more

Omg, one of the worker that works here talks nonstop loudly. Talk about wanting a peaceful moment, impossible. I was there to get a cup of coffee, catching up on emails but oh lord, the worker that handles the drive thru not only talking gibberish nonstop for 2 hours about his personal stuff to his coworkers but encouraged them into conversations loudly as well, disturbing guests peaceful time. Where is the manager to control whole bunch of teenager workers when you need one??? Don't go here if you want a quiet time! This is my favorite Starbucks! I just moved to this neighborhood and this is my new on-the-way-to-work drive through. They've already started recognizing me and knowing my order after a few months of popping by a few mornings a week! The friendly guy at the window always asks how my morning is going and tells me to drive safe, which is so sweet! He knows I have a long commute because he was kind enough to ask one morning. There's also a guy who takes the orders sometimes who is super funny and friendly, always cracks a joke, makes a coffee pun, or asks about my morning. I think friendly people go a long way towards making a place worth visiting - especially in the morning, grumpy before coffee and on my way to work! They're nice, fast, and fun! A ponytail Barista man suggested a new coffee pour that was Hawaiian. It was called Kalossi or similar. It was bitter tasting. I told the Barista it was bitter and I didn't appreciate it. It's my Starbucks, maybe 1/100 trips they mess up. Today they gave me the wrong drink but then they fixed it quickly and I didn't realize I paid for the wrong drink and they reimbursed me for the wrong drink and then I paid for the right drink. Of course Starbucks has delicious coffee and is convenient for people on the go. I drink Starbucks nearly everyday. And one particular day, several months ago, I was having a horrible day. A lot of stress and had so much to do. I decided I needed a caramel latte with an extra shot of espresso to help me get through the rest of the day. As I drove up to the drive thru window to give the nice lady my money, she smiled and said that the couple driving in front of me wanted to start a random act of kindness and generously paid for my drink. Stopped in for a quick lunch. Really enjoyed the staff especially the one who took my order. She was very courteous and friendly. Only thing that perhaps could have a bit better was the turkey sandwich. Probably would not get that again. Maybe would have been better if it was not microwaved? Might try that next time. I went to this Starbucks at around 6:45AM. Was not greeted, was not asked my name, and was not friendly service. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and cappuccino. A bag was sitting on the counter for around five minutes, then I asked, "who's food is that?" The person replied, "oh, that's yours."
