I love the bread here. When you come in, it's fresh and so warm. The place is very small and parking is pretty tough but there's usually lot of people coming in and out so you can find parking.

This bread is amazing , sweet but not too sweet, piping hot! Line so hot do t try to take a bite for at least 5 or 6 minutes! 18 dollars for 30 pieces of heaven!

Can confirm that the señorita bread is addictive. The service was splendid and the bread was so scrum. If you are in the area I would highly recommend stopping by. 10 pieces is not enough definitely get more because it is a good sweet treat. 10/10 would come again

Bring Senorita bread to your family gathering or work party, and you'll be everyone's BFF. They're so yummy especially when fresh and hot, and sooooo addicting. A lovely treat for any occasion.

I ordered the chicken and beef empanadas. I have had them before. I noticed this time there is less meat. The breading is still good. However, I will not return. Also there's some "Custom fee" added to the bill. Just another unknown tax to get more profits.

Prices as of Oct. 26, 2025... you're welcome!

I like how they are actually separate locations now.  It makes it a lot easier to just deal with the store instead of when it was shared with Ling Nam restaurant.  Even when I called to verify hours,  the phone number listed online was wrong it was for Ling Nam restaurant.  I had to call numerous times before someone answered, only to have the lady give me attitude because the number I called was Ling Nam restaurant not starbread.  I had to call back to get the phone number. This place is very compact, but everywhere you look they have something for sale.  They open super early in the morning.   They were pretty busy on a Friday morning but service was fast. Like everyone else, I came for the fresh bread senorita bread to bring to work.  That warm, fluffy, buttery,  sugary bread is si comforting any time of day.  It perfectly goes with coffee,  tea, or any drink of your choosing. This time around, I also ordered the empanadas: beef, pork,  and chicken.  It was a hit at work.  Especially when you warm it up in the toaster oven. It was also my first time trying their ube crinkle cookies.  I was surprised at how soft it was.  Everything we tried here was delicious.   I do recommend coming early since parking is tough once all the other stores nearby open up.   People who work here were super nice and helpful with trying to figure out whatever goodies to try.  Highly recommend and apparently my coworkers told me that this location, then senorita bread tasted way better than other locations.

The senorita bread is out of this world. This isn't news to anyone. Hot, buttery, sweet, melt-in-your-mouth goodness.

It's really one of the only Chinese style bakeries around the area so this is the one I typically would go to. The baked goods are decent. It's not any of the best I've ever had but it does satisfy the cravings. They also serve milk tea there or you can also ask for Yin Yang, which is 50% coffee and 50% milk tea. The service is OK the staff there collect your money and get you on your way so really nothing to complain about there. The bake shop and ambience is that of a typical Chinese style bakery you walk in and you grab your tray along with the tongs and you pick out the specific pastries that you want, and you put it on the plate and give it to the staff person at the front near the counter. That's also where you can get your egg tarts and other type of goods such as the more fresh pastries with meat in inside like a cha siew bao. If you pay with cash is cheaper as I believe they charge a surcharge when you pay with credit card. Parking is easy because it is just part of the big plaza area with plenty of parking.

I picked up the hot dog buns, which come in boxes of 8 and are really inexpensive, solid value for what you get. The inside looks a bit worn down and could use some updating, but that didn't really matter to me. The service was quick and straightforward, and the owner was efficient and polite, which is honestly all you need for a bakery like this. Overall, the food is solid, just not something I'd go out of my way for. But if you're nearby and want a fast, inexpensive bakery item without any fuss, this place is reliable and worth stopping by.

The lechon was BAD, as in the worst I've ever had. It was moist and the skin has a small crunch to it, but to the nose it was VERY odiferous and the taste...SUPER gamey. Tried to add lemon and whatever else I could but it was not good. Sorry. Most places I've gone it's just extra crispy pork belly, but this was...idk... Not many great things I can say about this place. We did have drinks...sago't gulaman. I mainly got it because of what was in it, but also because it said it was "refreshing." I don't know...maybe my idea and their idea of refreshing are different. It was good, but SOOOOO sweet and sugary. Yes, I know it says brown sugar in ingredients, but I didn't think it would be made mainly of it. That is definitely not my type of refreshing. Servers were very nice and friendly. And the food came out relatively fast. I guess the questions is would I ever go back? Probably not. Maybe for starbread, but for Filipino food? There are SO many other better places out there. There were many other delectable pastries in the display case, but I intentionally came for egg tarts. I'll have to come back and try other things, but I would still include egg tarts! I ordered a few egg tarts this time. I ate one fresh, but stored some in the refrigerator for a few days in an air tight container. They still looked good after 2 days! Amazing!! Many times I would do the same with other egg tarts from other bakeries and the next day, you would see a crack in the middle, wrinkly custard, or the custard would peel away from the crust. But no problem with these! They store well and taste heavenly! Oh, and they were $2 each. 5 stars!!!

Cute, spacious, and aesthetic, it's a great place to catch up with friends, go on a date, or grab a bite before or after grocery shopping. Because Jagalchi also has great quick food options, my family bought a few items from the market and then picked up food from Basquia to enjoy a nice lunch together in the seating area. Basquia offers the bakery classics, from fresh breads, cakes, and popular café drinks, but what makes it stand out is the addition of distinctly Korean food menu items. The lighting is bright yet calming, and there's plenty of seating. The staff was patient and friendly, a sweet *Pane Rose Tteokbokki: This was great! It had a flavorful kick with just the right amount of spice, balanced by the creaminess typical of Korean rose sauce. There was a generous portion of tteokbokki, plus little pieces of toasted bread that complemented it well. The bread bowl itself was an added bonus that made it perfect for tearing apart and eating with the sauce. This dish can comfortably be shared between two people or enjoyed by one very hungry person. *Strawberry Matcha Latte: This was a delicious classic. The balance and amount of strawberry compote and matcha was spot-on. It wasn't overly sweet, and the strawberry flavor really stood out. I only wish it came in a clear cup for a better photo, but that's a small detail compared to how good it tasted. Overall, Basquia Bakery is a lovely spot, and I'm glad it's here! I recommend eating before grocery shopping; I always end up buying more food when I'm hungry without realizing it. I'd definitely come back again with my family or to catch up with friends when I visit Daly City.
