Horrible horrible customer service. Sam and david are rude beyond belief. They need a lesson in customer service. I called corporate and complained and received a response within thirty mins. I let them know of my experiences. read more

It may not be totally deserved for this store to get one star, but the multitude of times I've been let down at Staples stores culminated this morning. I went in early this afternoon to get three items, one of which was a file box. I was told, at checkout, that the file box sku wouldn't give them a price and that if I wanted to buy this box, I would need them to order another one in so they could price it, because then they would hopefully get one in with a correct bar code. Knowing how sku systems work, this makes absolutely no sense. The manager on duty was really apathetic toward his customers. I chose not to buy anything from them. Dwight Schrute made the right decision when he went back to Dunder Miflin. read more

Always a good selection of products, but customer service is severely lacking at this location. Today I was in line with $100 worth of merchandise. Cashier started checking me out when a lady walks up behind me. I was told that the lady behind me was actually first. Really? How is somebody actually first when they have been shopping , then gets in line to pay behind me? I left my $100 worth of merchandise at the counter and told the cashier that I would just take my business somewhere else. Sorry Staples, but there is always OfficeMax. read more

Like the previous 2 reviewers I was amazed with the customer service and they had a great selection of cartridges for my label maker. Josh, the assistant manager, went above and beyond to be helpful. He helped me find a great price and was super nice! read more

As a preface, the actual store part of this Staples is really nice & the people are quite friendly. I'm not usually one to complain, but after spending 45 minutes or more meticulously organizing my presentation on Staples.com, then paying an extra $5 to have it "rushed" you would expect your presentation to be correct & ready at the time quoted. I was quoted 7:30. At 7:45 they handed me an order. I say "an" order, because it sure wasn't mine. None of my pages were two sided (as I specified), there were about twenty copies of the same 4 pages (which were only supposed to be two double sided ones), they were missing two whole files from the order I submitted, & they used the wrong paper to boot. They literally got nothing correct. I stood there and walked the counter guy through exactly what I needed. All that online ordering time was a complete waste apparently. So now, at 8:30, an hour after I was supposed to have my order ($5!) I am finally leaving the Staples print center. The young man behind the counter offered nothing more than a "Sorry 'bout that". I didn't ask, but a refund of the "rush" fee might have been a nice gesture. First & last time I ever print things here! read more

This store is closed. A realtor has a sign in window that says "available". Per the Staples website there is a store on Broadway & a store on Ray Rd read more

New print staff could not deliver simple 4x6 invitation prints. Clerk also used offensive language and curse words when working with computer to complete order. I left unsatisfied and went to a different store closer to my home. read more

I wanted to make sure to recognize David for his great customer service. My husband and I shop in Staples regularly and always have a good experience in our neighborhood, Our son moved to start school at ASU so we had to go to a different Staples and we were pleasantly surprised at how helpful the sales person was as helped my son pick out new items for his dorm room. He asked my son good questions and he was also personable, and honest . The fact that David attended the same school my son was about to attend and was positive about his experience was only one of the many things he did to put all of us ease. David showed us many items we would need and helped us fill our basket. The best part was, David was looking for the best deals, always making sure we got the most for our money. What a winner. Staples is lucky to have such a great employee. read more

Worst customer service ever! Place an online order and when I walked in to pick up I didn't even get a hello from the cashier....Once he finally got my order he didn't even bother to say thank you, have a good day. Clean and nice store but lacks in customer service! read more

This Staples has no customer service. I came in to pick up an office chair that I had bought for my husband's birthday. I had paid for it to be assembled. I told the sales associate I would pick it up later because I needed a bigger car and my husband's birthday was in a few weeks. They said they would hold it and put my name on it. When I came to pick it up, I was treated like a thief... I've never been treated in such a poor manner. I thought it was going to be easy, but they told me they didn't have one on hold. I looked up my receipt and after 30 minutes, they reluctantly gave me one from the floor that had been used. They told me they were doing me a favor. Lindsay the manager and David the sales associate were completely rude. read more

I went in to print a simple shipping label, already knew I had to email it to them so I immediately did so once o walked to the counter, the girl -kayla or Kayle or katie- said she'd be right back. Another gentleman also came up to me and said she'd be right back to print it for me, I waited with no problem because I was in no rush. Once the girl finally she came back and said she can only take incoming and cant print anything. What does that even mean? She then directed me to the self serve computers which charged .30 a minute to use. So I quickly logged into my email and printed the shipping label which charged me $1.60, normally to print something its only .20 so I was upset that I had to spend more to do her job. Also, it only took me 56 seconds to print the paper, the computer kept track of how long I used it. Keep in mind I had to open the internet, log into my email, find the email, open it, open the attached shipping label, and then print it, all in 56 seconds. So this task would have taken her not even 15 seconds since she already had the email pulled up on the computer. Can't believe the customer service in a place that didn't have a single customer in it. I really hope the manager sees this and contacts me because that was outrageous and stupid. Why risk upsetting a customer over taking 10 seconds to print a paper? I won't be doing business with them anymore. I was in around 11:35 and the girl at the printing area was short and had light brown hair. read more

This store NEEDS to close soon, it is a stain on all Staples stores. The copiers are in poor condition and barely can make copies. I was told their copier does not read flash drives. This required that I go to another Staples store to print pages. I only needed copies to finish my taxes, so I went back to this store since it was five miles closer. The copier could not read my Staples cash card, so the clerk needed to override it. Then it kept jamming and also lost connection, so it needed to be restarted - which is really slow. Fourteen copies required over 15 minutes. I will now remember this store is only an empty lot with tumbleweeds. read more

I went to this store on 3/10, I didn't find what i wanted, but when I checked out, I asked Lindsay if they had anymore of what I was looking for and she said NO! And didn't say anything else, and continued to pay for my items. Because she didn't give me a good reponse, I kind of got a look of disappointment, I think she noticed my look, as she was handing me my receipt she pulled it back, and said, (if I give you this receipt are you going to snatch it out of hand?) I said no, she crumpled my receipt and gave it to me. All the time she was interacting with me, she had raised her voice where there other customers around I told her she had an attitude and I left the store kind of upset. The more I thought about it, I wanted to return my items, but I didn't want to make a scene.....continue with my return read more
