    I love the convenience of this store's location. I utilize their printing options weekly and it has saved me so much on time. My only real complaint is that they are under staffed. The Amazon/Happy return is always, ALWAYS, slow and typically long due to that fact. They really need another staff member to assist, especially during high traffic times.

    Very awesome place. Particularly if you're just in retail therapy mode. Hello kitty backpacks! Sparkling tape, colored markers. Oh yeah, they also print, have luggage, TSA PreCheck, posters, laminating, services galore. And a free parking lot next to a Trader Joe's. Very convenient. We had trouble figuring out how to order our print job online cause we're old.

    15 people in line for returns and only one person helping customers. The guy is ripping strips of tape and hanging them from the counter while watching a YouTube videos on his phone for all to hear. Absolutely ridiculous. *Jose is the guy just standing around watching his video with the speaker up loud not doing anything.

    Staples has a 15 person line every day for returns and they continue to understaff the returns counter. Why is there only one person working the return counter every time I come in here? 2 employees for the returns I beg of you.

    Worst service ever!!! This is the return line at Staples Pacific Beach on a Tuesday evening. Have been in line for 15 minutes. Have not moved at all. They only have one employee working as slow as possible. Terrible customer service. Avoid this location!

Karen at the front desk was super friendly and explained everything clearly, including their $45 water damage diagnostic (which goes toward the repair). She recommended a cleaning + possible screen replacement based on the situation. I went ahead with it, and 2 hours later my iPhone 17 was working like nothing happened If you need iPhone water damage repair or an honest phone repair shop in San Diego, I highly recommend Indiana Phones!

Read this before trusting them: I had a very frustrating experience with this shop and feel obligated to warn others. Less than 30 days ago, I brought in my phone after it had been run over. Before agreeing to any repair, I was very clear: I only wanted to pay for a new screen if they were confident the phone would fully work afterward. The co-owner assured me they would check everything beforehand and confirmed there was a 90-day warranty. She specifically told me that as long as I didn't break the screen again, I'd be coveredt and just to make sure I put a case on it right away. So I allowed them to fix it and paid once they had. (She said she had checked the cameras, and other functionality when I picked it up and said that she was surprised she fixed it/ everything worked she just Ben said she FaceTimed her partner about it and that I was lucky) I trusted her word and was honestly stoked it was fixed and moved forward with paying. Issue #1 (within 5 days): My phone screen suddenly went black, but Siri still worked and I was receiving texts. I brought it back, same lady was there, and she said she'd look at it and to come back in an hour. When I came back, she said it just needed a reset and told me "this sometimes happens with iPhones" and ultimately showed me how to reset it myself if it happened again. This happened 2-3 more times but each time the reset worked so I wasn't too concerned about it Issue #2 (within ~2 weeks): The I noticed the front camera didn't work when I went to use FaceTime. At this point, it was clear something wasn't right, and tried to make it a few times one on the weekend... they were closed & a few times during the week but missed the window because they are only open weekdays 10-5 & it wasn't easy to get there without missing work Issue #3 (about 3 weeks after getting it fixed): I put my phone in my pocket as I was walking into the store, when I got back to my car & pulled it out. I realized I now had multiple lines going down the screen. This was the final straw & made sure I blocked off time on my calendar/ left work early for the next week (that was today - day 29). That's when things went downhill. The same employee who sold me on the repair & warranty now claimed the issue wasn't covered. She said it was an LED problem & insisted I must have dropped the phone again--even after I repeatedly explained I hadn't. She then FaceTimed her partner even said & opened with, a customer brought there phone in with lines down the screen (didn't mention the other things tha had led up to that/ the trail that this phone wasn't salvageable... I then explained all of this to him & no joke this guy says "We're in PB--if we honored the warranty/ believed every time someone came back with an issue, we'd be out of business." I was then like " do a lot of people bring there phones back within 30 days" & he was like "it's PB it's full of a bunch of drunk kids. What do you think?" lol pretty wild thing to say from a business owner in PB. That response alone tells you everything. I reiterated that there was a pattern here : multiple issues in a short period, including one (front camera) that never worked properly after the repair, a screen that kept shorting out that I brought back & was told it wasn't a big deal, and now the lines (which of all the issues is the only one not covered). My original concern was that the phone might not be salvageable--& that's exactly what I tried to avoid by asking upfront. I was reassured at the time, but clearly that assurance meant nothing. Instead of honoring the warranty (on day 29 of 90), they offered to "discount" another screen replacement to just under $300. No Shot. (The audacity of trying to get me to spend another $300 when OLED screen kits are $120 & make money off of me after all of that is wild) Bottom line: This business will tell you what you want to hear to get your money, then avoid responsibility when things go wrong. Their warranty is vague, inconsistently applied, and not honored in good faith. Learn from my mistake--take your business elsewhere.

I brought my iPhone 12 Pro in to have the back glass replaced (badly cracked each time, yeah I suck) and to have a new battery installed. Every single guy I've interacted with has been awesome. They are very friendly, work quickly, care about the customers and are VERY accommodating. HOW accommodating you might ask? Well I brought my phone in yesterday to have the back glass and battery replaced. They were able to fix the back glass no problem but did not have the battery at the north park location so they asked to come in tomorrow. I mentioned that I wouldn't make it by closing because of my work commute. Well that didn't deter them from being awesome at all. Not only did Miguel, from the downtown shop, bring the battery up from his store, but he showed up at the north park location 30 minutes after closing AND replaced the battery for me. I choose to support local businesses and I am MORE than happy to spend some time writing up a review (here and on google) for great people behind a great local small business. I hope this review is helpful (it really is) and hope you give them your business (cmonnn). Thank you guys for giving a s**t about your customers!

They make sure you pay for the service first then they attempt to fix your phone screen and after a few days almost 2 weeks later hey say it's unfixable and won't refund your money!! watch out for these SCAMMERS!! But he said it wouldn't be a problem to order it and I can come back. Repeat customers are given a discount on their future purchases which is great! It's nice to have a repair shop for phones that won't charge an arm and leg. I called around to other places as well and one shop required a $45 diagnosis fee. Matt charged me nothing!!
