I went to print some colored pictures this last weekend and when I got there it was pretty busy and only one person helping in that area. Seemed like everyone needed help so it made it a little harder to check people out quickly. Ally was the person who was helping me and everyone else who was there. I went to Staples to print some documents. I've been here many times before and I knew pretty much how the process was. I emailed my document and waited my turn. Finally about 30 minutes later I was actually helped. As I was ordering my documents and asked for my total the clerk stated that the printing would cost more unless I wanted to wait for an hour to get a cheaper price. What?!?! Apparently staples is charging a "fee" if you want your documents right away. They would charge .98 cents or .58 cents per page if I want to wait. Are you kidding me?!?! The store was not busy at all, in fact I was the only one there waiting to get my documents printed. Luckily the nice clerk offered me the cheaper price for already having to wait. If you choose to use staples for your printing needs I'd suggest you call to check on printing prices before showing up. I think the waiting fee is rediculous. read more

I went into the store to ship a package and to pickup a couple of items, never before have I ever had to use their restroom and this is the the nasty filthy women restroom I walked into. This location is good if you need printing done or if you need office supplies. They have a wide selection of paper and printing services. If you are an artist and you need large format documents scanned (like 13x9) then you will be out of luck. This staples has the large format scanner but, unfourtanely, the employees will tell you that they don't know how to use it or that the machine is tricky and they dont want to risk messing up your art or documents. This staples is decent and has a lot of great stuff, but they are lacking on their document and art scanning abilities. read more

This is back to school HEAVEN! I left wal mart super frustrated and came here and found everything I needed. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful and NICE! There is a false idea that the prices are more expensive here than at Walmart but that is not true at all. Great place for office supplies. But if you're coming here to get something printed, copied, or anything done in the printing department, you're fucked. The people working the printing department are so stupid and rude. No matter what you ask for, they make it seem like it's such a chore. My girlfriend wanted to print some postcards, and the lady said they can't print that small. It's crazy how they have every kind of printer and every type of paper imaginable and they can't do shit. It's a Staples. There isn't so much to say about it. They have all the products that any other Staples has, so it's not different. Prices like, their other stores, tend to be a little higher than other stores, but they have some specialty items - so you're stuck. My only grip is that this location closes at 9:00pm. Where do I start?! I think last night is the last time I will ever return to a Staples Print Center. After myself, and many other folks waited in line for over half an hour, I requested a single 11x14 copy on photo paper. No joke, the minute the staff opens my thumb drive and the respective file, I was immediately told that Staples cannot print my image because 'they cannot print images taken from Google or otherwise copyrighted.' I calmly let the staff know that the image in question was purchased directly from an independent artist and that even though it is a copyrighted image, the artist has licensed the image out for personal use, which is what I was doing. I was then told by the equally dismissive and rude manager that I need to show proof of this contractual agreement & that I need to sign a consent to release authorization form. Wow!!!! I again explained that the image was legally purchased from the artist, I have a license to print it for personal use (It was an artistic watercolor of figs that I wanted to frame for my kitchen) & I even showed them the Etsy page with the artists' info and terms of agreement. The manager was belittling and dismissive, would not print a single sheet, and I left the store very upset after waiting for a total of 45 minutes after the initial wait in line. Not sure if this is some new policy due to litigious issues Staples and other print centers have had? But I felt very frustrated and upset with the quality of customer service and how I was told, with no evidence, that I simply "stole the image from Google" even after I showed them my receipt and the facts that I could indeed print this for personal use. Complete waste of my time and really disappointed that Staples would treat their customers this way. Will never go this location or any Staples Print Center again. read more

im only writing about my experience today.. this girl Naomi who works there, i asked her to print some copies on my flash drive, there was only 2 files there, so everything was done on that point THEN i was holding a big brown envelope that needs to be copied, and i was pointing at it and i asked if she could show me how to use the printer cuz i need to make some copies bec. i dont know how it works.. then she led me to the computer.. first of all, "i asked for the printer not the computer" i know i could be pointing at the computer but i said "printer" then she asked me to put my card on the computer and she left, i had no idea what she's trying to do bec. she left me hanging and went back to her workstation. so i was waiting there for a few seconds and asked for her assistance again, dood, if a customer asked you that she needed help, dont just leave me hanging!! i was being polite the first time, and she was wasting my time, so i got a little upset bec. i didnt have much time to linger there.. so i asked her, do i have to pay the time i logged on the computer?? then i noticed she was getting upset too.. i know its just 39 cents but time is money, you know... then she gave me a piece of paper that everything will be refunded to my card if i show her the receipt. then she FINALLY showed me how the printer works, and i was done in 3 minutes!! how hard is that to teach someone??? thats why you're an employee in the first place, is to help out your customers!! anyway, i lined up to pay off the 2 papers i printed from my flash drive, and showed them the receipt, i explained on my behalf and that girl Naomi was mad dogging me, so i stared hard back at her too! if you were only listening to me in the first place, we wouldn't be having this problem! i was willing to pay but the manager gave me that apologetic look that i dont need to pay for it. i said my thanks and left. read more

Went here a couple of days before, specifically told the lady that was working at the copy/printing station how I wanted my documents photo copied and she did not listen to me at all and started to do her own thing and I noticed it was going to take longer than usual, so I questioned her why is it going to take that long for just to photo copying. So I asked her if I can have my documents back and the one sheet that she already printed and told her that I won't be paying for this because she was trying to fit everything on one page. And she would give any of my documents back, what kind of customer service is this? She said pay me 12 cents and I'll give your stuff back really? And calls the manager but I still got it back with no questions asked. So I went to the Fedex office and they actually listened to how I wanted it to be printed that's what you call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you Fedex office! The best help that I received from this store was getting directions to Fedex office thank you to the worker that helped me that day. Worst customer service of any staples I've been to. The staff at the copy center talk and laugh instead of work.They said they implement the staples policy and told me that they will charge me 40 cents extra for each color copy for "expedited" service. If I want the normal price I need to wait and come back in one hour. The staff wasn't doing anything but standing around and I had to wait 1 hour to print a few pages or pay extra? If this is staples policy, no one should go there period. read more

Stopped in to buy a package of computer paper, as soon as I got inside there was a big stack of Staples brand computer paper with a sign that said $3. in large print. I picked up a package and went to the cashier. The cashier charged me $7.79 + tax, when I challenged the price she said the small print next to the price tells you there's a mail in rebate for $4.79 refund. I needed the paper so I accepted it and went on. Three questions for Staples: * Why a mail in rebate for your brand product? * Why not make the rebate offer the same size font as your so called sale price? * I paid tax on $7.79, do I get $4.79 plus tax back? Next time I think I'll just go to K-Mart or Wall-Mart and pay $3.99 and NO MAIL IN REBATES! read more

I often come here with my grandma. She is a frequent customer and has been coming here since it opened. The staff in the copy center know her by name and are always kind. Keep in mind my grandma is 91 years old and walks very slow with a cane. Today we went to make copies as usual. The staff was very friendly and handled all my grandma's needs professionally. Here is why I marked them down 2 stars. The store is set up so when you enter, the copy center is on the right and Very easy to get too. (We always pay there). The exit is on the other side and requires you to walk around the cash registers up front. When we leave my grandma walks out the entrance because it's closest to the copy center and she has a very hard time walking. The less the better for her. Even the store manager has opened the entrance door for her so she didn't have to go around. Today an employee was outside wiping the doors off. So my grandma knocked on the entrance door and signaled him to come over so it could set off the sensors and open the door. The guy said rudely "this is not an exit." My grandma explained that she is old and has a hard time getting around and it's just easier to go out that way. She also made a joke about how she is old and disabled but still thinks she is young. That young man just ignored us and was very upset we went out the entrance. I feel his rude attitude was unecessary and truly ruined my experience at this location. read more

I had the worst experience in this store yesterday! It is the next day and I am still heated and hurt over the situation. My friend and I needed something printed for her baby shower and had a hard time sending the email to this staples due to the format and /or size of the picture. I called once and the lady that answered seemed to be annoyed with me because I was on hold for so long and she said they had a line. I ended up giving the task to my friend to handle. She did speak to Carmen several times to figure out what was wrong. Neither of us are very savvy with computers so it was challenging for her to figure it out. Finally it seemed to all work out and our product would be ready in time for the party. The next morning I went to pick it up. While I was in an aisle next to the print section I heard a girl talking crap about us. She went on and in about how their was a customer that kept her here "past 730". She said my name and mentioned the "elephant" poster I needed. She was very rude and nasty! I stood there as she talked crap about me for about 4 minutes. This is so unprofessional! She had no idea I was there but shouldn't have talked mess that loud and in the store period! I was shaking it was so bad! A part of me almost went over there and said something but I decided to just speak to the manager. He said he was upset and would go speak to them but who knows what happened. It ruined my morning. My friend lives up the street and always goes to this location. We will never go here again and honestly may not even use staples anymore. I hope that girl Carmen gets a lesson learned! I went in to buy a laptop for a gift on 12/30. The girl that helped me looked up to see if they had it in their inventory, which they had 2. She let me know she was waiting for her manager to get it out for me. About 5 minutes later she comes to me and tells me they do not have any. Then I asked her, "What about the two you have in stock?" She replied, "They must've shipped them out to other stores." I left not believing her. Next day 12/31, I asked my sister to go see if they would sell it to her. Sure enough, the man who helped her was very nice & even the manager that morning. I don't know if it was the girl that was busy and made up this story of "having had shipped them to other stores" or if she couldn't get the manager. But that was not good customer service. I purchased a 4 line RCA Buisness phone yesterday. It was an open box. Got all the way to the office and it didn't have an AC adapter . Took it back today and they didn't have a replacement model.
