I have had only great experiences at this location. I don't understand all of the bad reviews but I will be one to take the time to leave a good review. The staff at this location are consistently kind, courteous and always willing to help you out with anything even when I am having a terrible business day. I actually cannot them enough for printing off an almost 100 page biz contract. Their pricing is very competitive and the hours are perfect. Do't get me wrong, the store has a great selection of anything you could need for the office... but that is not why I am writing this review. If you need to use a computer or printer or any of the machines in the copy center... don't waste your time or money. Especially the internet. When the computer is turning on you aren't being charged, but for how slow the internet is, you're gonna spend too much money just waiting on a page to load. Don't even think about trying to check your email cause you have to confirm via text or another email code sent to you, that you can get access to your own email. It was extremely frustrating, and even more frustrating that no one came to assist the entire time I was sitting there. read more

Staples Management; it's 2017 and we live in a competitive retail market. If you are going to survive, remember who the customer is and make appropriate adjustments to facilitate your customers giving you money in exchange for your product; this needs to be a priority, or we will easily go elsewhere. Long waits in checkout lines with only one person at the register has come to be descriptive of how you operate. Heaven forbid there is a challenging item to ring up and the employee has to call a manager, and the rest of us on line now wait longer. More employees at the checkout stand is one solution or, the three employees at the front of the store who are not helping customers but should recognize the wait of the customers in line is a better solution. It's conveniently located to the office and there's plenty of parking but there's no service here. You can't find an associate and when you do they take forever to help you. Check-out is the slowest I've ever experienced from any Staples. It's very very slow. Turtle slow. Tortoise slow. You'll be waiting 30 minutes to buy a $3 pack of post-its slow. This review is for the printing department. I went in today to try and get some funeral announcements to be ready the next day. I spoke to someone over the phone a few days prior, and was given a quote. When I went in today, the lady who was at the counter seemed annoyed that she had to help me. She was rude and very short with me. It seemed as if I was inconveniencing her with my printing request. After looking over my file, she gave me a new quote which ended up being 3 times as much as I had originally been told. I called the UPS store and got a much better deal. And their customer service was great. I can not say the same for staples. I will definitely not be going back there for my printing needs. read more

Staples is a great time whether it's a King's game or a Laker's game your guaranteed to a good time, and overpriced alcohol. The main problem I have when I come here is I always forget where I park. Yes, there is an app for our smart phones. I typically forget to use it, so I am taking the time to remind anyone reading this review. Remember where you park this place is huge!! Went here to print out some labels and my phone was trippin. This super helpful employee came and did everything she could to help me out while it was busy. That's rare nowadays when people are friendly and really helpful. Came back at night and this time to look for some ink, another helpful employee but this one was a hottie. Hazel eyes and a nice smile. She was helpful too. But damn, those eyes. Saw the manager and he eyed me looking talking to her..uh oh lol. You see a bunch of people and you might think I'll just come back right? Naw they're helpful and really nice....nice lookin lol. This place is ridiculous. They take your money in the self service location and do not print a recipet expecting you to just leave. Waited a good 30 minutes just to have the employee say that," This is unusual and the copy or recipet usually comes in within 5 minutes of using the self service machines". Never again only here because of traveling doing business but if you have your own fax copy etc stay home and use. Update: hour later "oh your copy went to another computer thats so strange". Words can't describe...been here 4 times and each time I've had issues. I tried to ship a box and each time the worker could not figure out what to do in order to print out my sticker that was pre-made online. Not to mention they are extremely understaffed. I recommend if they are going to have a UPS station in the store each employee should be trained on how to print out a premade sticker. 3 out of 4 of the employees even went so far to tell me "oh we don't do that here" when I gave them my shipping number to pull up my sticker in order to print out. read more

Called waited on hold for approximately 5 minutes Asked to speak to someone in copier Center was hung up on called back on hold for another 5 minutes girl picks up asks where she can direct advised 3rd time need copier Center to ask some questions I tell her I have 3 huge books that need to be unbinded And whole punched She tells me the price per page and per book for hole punching but that I had to unbound myself Price sounded good I drive to staples sit in parking lot for 30 minutes rushing to rip pages out of 2 of the 3 books I have carry the large unbound paper work inside stand in line for 12 minutes get to the front tell them what I want and the lady tells me "oh that's needs to be sent out to get takes 3 - 5 days to be returned... Now I'm pissed to high heaven why why why couldn't the have been said over the phone I ask for a manager VINCE...he comes over looking as if he's a social County worker on the 1st the month which also happens to fall on a Friday. I tell him what happens and he's says "what do you want me to do about it." I'm like so you want me to tell you how to do your job. You should be making up for inconvenience of time lost, gas, and unnecessary irritation. He says once again what do you want me to do about it and says I would have told you the same thing finally he offers and goes to get me a 10$ gift card with a blantant attitude the entire time and a look of disgust on his face. I ask him would he like if his mother was treated this way, he says I'm giving you what you want and I say but you look like you don't give a damn, he shrugs his shoulders as if to say I don't and rolls his eyes and walks away. So I had requested bussiness cards, and the ladies in the marketing section spent two days making sure everything was perfect because there was an issue with the way my image was fitting. I think she said her name was Samantha? Anyways she spent so much time and called me twice just to make sure everything was exactly how it should be. I want to give it 1 star because every time I come in here it takes two minutes to gather my office supply needs and twenty minutes to stand in line and hopefully check out. Once upon a time, the lines were awful... actually, it wasn't that they were awful - it was just sort of mild chaos around the check stands and no one really knew where to stand or where to go. The cashiers weren't all to helpful with assisting or clarifying either. Now, they have this arrow on the floor that implies where you should stand while you wait... but there is a break in the arrow, so unless you know it is there, you're going to go stand in a very short line while cutting off ten other people behind you. Poor set up. I'm happy Amazon carries most everything I need... so much easier to point and click than deal with the headache that seems to be the standard at this store. read more

Apparently your rewards mean nothing and recycling ink rewards also means nothing. It's really not your money. I accidentally bought the wrong ink and tried exchanging it (it was unopened by the way) they could only give me half my money back because I used $17 in rewards. I earned those rewards, they should honor them. What a joke! I will be doing business elsewhere from now on! I have been getting the runaround for a week now. Poor basic customer service! Went in to purchase two cases of paper; 4 HP ink cartridges, and batteries. I have used this location at other times, but trusted they were not having an identity crisis with the USPS logo on the building. My mistake! After being only the 2nd customer in line, I was brushed aside to wait 20 minutes for two customer transactions that were behind me in line. Next time, I'll go to the post office, and then to Walmart for office supplies! 2 stars for trying--not so much! read more

Ordered the 500 business cards with same day printing and pick up. I don't normally order from this location, however we were on a business trip and ran out of business cards. I placed an order online and requested pick up from Valley Central Way, and my order was ready a few hours later. The business cards were very sturdy, cut nicely, and printed just as I had designed them online. I am very surprised at the quality business cards I received, and find it hard to distinguish between my higher priced business cards. You would have never guessed they were cheap and from a same day print. I will certainly purchase all future business cards from Staples Copy & Print service. read more

Worst customer service ever. I asked for help to print some labels and they had me wait while they were doing nothing to approach me and tell me I had to use their self service computers. So I asked for help and they said I'm sorry I can only help u load the labels but they weren't sure which way they go in and if it printed wrong then I'm sorry but we can not reimburse you. So I said ok but can someone help me bc I'm not sure how to do this. They said sorry but that's why it's self serviceI can't sit with u and help u. Mind u the douche bags (bc their were two of them) were texting or facebooking or whatever on their personal iPhones. I hope they get paid shitty per hour bc they don't deserve even the minimum wage per hour. So disappointed that Office Depot closed down bc they were awesome! Buyer beware: I purchased a brand new box of Epson printer cartridges, the black and 3-color pack for about $75.00 When I got home and opened the package, it contained all empty cartridges. The store even had it inside one of those hard plastic display boxes. If you buy printer ink, you'd best open it right in front of the clerk BEFORE you leave the store. I hope they don't give me a hassle when I go exchange it tomorrow. read more

Hi, PLEASE PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER TO THIS STORE, , I took my laptop computer to this store, on June 10, 2016. I was told it would be ready on June 13,2016. I lived in a rural area, and it is a hour away from home. Well June 13, 2106 it was not ready, now please keep in mind keep your papers, it state on the receipt that everything is in working conditions, now when my husband pick up the computer there said its working, my husband work a 14 hour day, and just got off the 405 freeway, and he Computer illiterate... now when I received it back it turn on but I can't open any software, also staple has a sign that if we can't fix it the next day as promise it's free, well my computer was working, Now I can't open any software and my operation system keep spinning around and around, next step small claims court, STAPLE IS VERY GOOD not answer your questions. If I could give them ZERO STARS, I WOULD! I have been going there for years to get small booklets spiral bound. After waiting at least 10 minutes before someone finally noticed I was standing there, they told me that they have to send it out to get it spiral bound! I am looking at the machine!!
