We have used Patrick Stanton for almost seven years now and have always been impressed by his professionalism, courtesy and knowledge. He has responded in an emergency as well as for scheduled appointments. His quotes are always accurate and reasonable considering how great his workmanship and knowledge. He has saved us $$$$$ by correcting others errors/poor work and by seeing issues we didn't know could be a major problem. Just this week he responded promptly and came in schedule and did a difficult job cheerfully and well. He also noticed a neighbors drain pipe issue (out of their sight) and helped them get it repaired before severe damage could occur. I/we would trust him with any plumbing issue. He has installed a tankless water heater, replaced toilets and done complicated work. Always with a smile and good humor. Highly recommend him. He's a busy man but worth every penny. The City inspectors all respect him and his work. Thank you again Patrick read more

We've used Stanton Plumbing since 2014. Since then, Patrick has fixed a leaking faucet in the bathroom sink, replaced a toilet, and more recently a larger issue in which a pipe burst in the bathroom wall. Each time, he has done a great job at fixing the problem and uses high quality parts. Patrick is also very polite and ensures he keeps the space clean during and after the work. If you're looking for a plumber that you can trust will fix the problem right the first time, we highly recommend Patrick from Stanton Plumbing. read more

Stanton Plumbing - If you look real hard, you'll see the clean-out Patrick had to work with. - Plumbing Near Me

Stanton Plumbing was referred to us by a contractor working for us on a project. Both the contractor and the plumber were new to us. The contractor did excellent work for us so when a plumbing problem occurred we were very comfortable with the referral. Patrick Stanton and Stanton Plumbing responded to our text even though it was a holiday weekend and we scheduled for the following Tuesday though he offered to come earlier. Patrick addressed the plumbing problem and sent me texts with pictures along the way. He accomplished the work, did an excellent job at a very fair price. Patrick Stanton is a "find" and we will call him in the future. Our experience is positive in every respect. read more

Wow! Exceptional service & professionalism. The first time Patrick came to our house to fix the plumbing was in 2018. He has been by for a couple of other jobs. I haven't seen him until last week. He came out as soon as possible even though he had a full schedule. Replaced water valves under our kitchen sink that were frozen. Needed valves replaced in order to install our new dishwasher. Plus he also resolved another plumbing issue for us due to a worn out regulator & old pipes. Did fantastic work on both jobs. Prompt, professional & fair pricing. We highly recommend him if you are in need of a great plumber read more

Patrick is wonderful and I HIGHLY recommend him!! I contacted him and within one day he came out to my house and fixed my leak. He is very busy, yet still managed to fit me into his schedule; that is the kind of customer service that is hard to find these days. I had a water leak in my ceiling and it entailed cutting drywall.. He was early and very professional. He repaired it in a reasonable time and left the work area super clean. You will not be disappointed...5 stars! read more

Our water heater had been limping along for a couple of months and finally decided to quit. I went to a plumbing supply store, hoping to purchase a control valve and fix it myself. The part wasn't available, and I told the counter person how much the estimate was for a new water heater installed was, and she gave me Patrick's business card. She said that Patrick was the guy she would call if her mother needed a plumber. As a senior myself, those were the words I wanted to hear! I texted Patrick and within 3 hours I had a new water heater installed at a substantial savings over the other estimate. I will be calling Stanton Plumbing whenever I have a plumbing problem in the future. On top of being a great plumber, He's a really nice guy! read more

Two thumbs up for Stanton Plumbing. They were a referral from my local plumber who couldn't accommodate a last minute request (water heater went out). I texted Patrick and he showed up within a couple of hours, wore a mask and was very courteous. He walked me through the problem, how he would fix it and did exactly what he promised. He is my first call for all plumbing needs. Thanks Patrick!!! read more

Outstanding skills, totally trustworthy, not the cheapest option but genuinely the best.

I'm actually writing this for my Mom as she does not have a Yelp account. My Mom had a number of miscellaneous things she needed to have checked out and Patrick had been recommended to her by her neighbors. She liked that he is a family owned and operated business rather than a large company who contracts out the work. Patrick arrived right on schedule - I know this because I was visiting her that day and had the pleasure of meeting him. He worked down the list of things which included maintenance on her tankless water heater, unclogging drains and checking on a toilet issue. When he was flushing the bathroom sink drain he noticed that the water lines were kinked (previous owner had remodeled the bathroom) so he kindly fixed that as well. He was quick, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He explained what he had done, addressed her concerns and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend Stanton Plumbing! read more

Patrick Stanton came out to fix a leak behind our shower. I had called a number of other plumbers, and no one could make themselves available. This was bad because I'd had to turn off the water to our home to stop the leak and we have 3 kids. While busy like everyone else, Patrick indicated that he was going to be driving through our area from another job and was open to stopping by to get the leak under control, with the intent to come back the next day and finish the work. He did exactly that! His work was excellent -- he works efficiently, cleans up the area meticulously, discusses all options with you, and minimizes impacts on you and your family. He's also a warm and interesting guy and we had a great conversation. I give him my highest marks! read more

Patrick of Stanton Plumbing is our go-to plumber. He works with purpose, knows his craft, cleans up after each service, and is very honest. I highly recommend his service. read more

You never need a plumber until you need a plumber. Last night when I got home from work I found my old water heater leaking. At the referral of a neighbor I called Stanton Plumbing - she had used them based on reviews on Angie's List and recommended them. I called about 8 pm and Patrick was here to drain and unhook the old water heater within 40 minutes. We agreed that the old water heater had to go. Patrick connected the house to the cold water and promised to be back this afternoon to install a new water heater. Today he was back...earlier than he predicted. He had the new water heater and installed it quickly including bringing the configuration up to code. Patrick was excellent. From his quick response time, to his knowledge about the situation and the product, to his cleaning up after he finished his work, to his absolute commitment to customer service, and to his great sense of humor, he excelled in every way. A water heater is a water heater...you can get one anywhere and get it installed anytime. Patrick's efforts, however, made this an exceptional experience. Now if I need a plumber I'll know who to call!! read more

Professional, cleans up, great and fair prices . Breath of fresh air after most plumbers, thanks for a job well done

Patrick Stanton is by far the best plumber we have ever hired, and with a 100 year old home we needed a great plumber. Whether upgrading our aging homes' plumbing during remodels or emergency repairs, Patrick has been there for us. He knows his trade like few others and performs in a timely, professional, courteous way with just the correct amount of humor as well. We have recommended him to businesses as well as residential interests and all thank us for introducing him to them. Thank you Patrick for you fantastic service! He is the BEST! read more

We called Stanton Plumbing after receiving a ridiculous quote from another plumbing company. Patrick was prompt and courteous. He assessed our situation and gave us a very reasonable quote for the work that needed to be done. When he returned to do the work, he was again prompt, courteous and left the area just as clean as he found it. We will definitely call Stanton Plumbing when another plumbing issue arises. You should, too - you will NOT be disappointed!!! read more

Stanton Plumbing installed a recirculator--basically a small pump that keeps hot water circulating so that when you turn on a spigot there it takes very little time for hot water to be available. Because our bathrooms and the water heater are on opposite sides of the house it could take 30-60 seconds for hot water to appear at the tap. Now it takes 1-2 seconds. He also replaced a deteriorating cast iron waste line with a larger diameter PVC. I have a ranch style home so to install all of this requires navigating a very shallow crawlspace. I recently climbed under there myself to run some electrical wiring and it was extremely taxing and made more difficult by the many pieces of broken concrete that were left behind when the house was built 50 years ago. This work was done about a year ago and all is well. Prompt and excellent communication. The cost seemed commensurate with the task. Stanton will do any future work on my house. read more

While attempting to fix a shower leak myself on a Sunday afternoon yet, The inner rod of the facet pulled out leaving the outer shaft still in the pipe. I went to Yelp and begun searching for a plumber as I was in need of running water. I spoke to Patrick first and he shared what was wrong and what it would take to fix it as well as the price for an hour of Sunday afternoon labor. I ended up calling four or five different places as my land lord had asked me to double check. It was amazing to me how some of the different companies out the want to over charge you and rip you off. I went with Patrick and the next thing you know here was at the house and the problem was fixed for exactly what he said it would cost. I live in Pleasanton and Patrick's place is in Concord which is about 30 miles away, he had no issue with that fact either. I would highly recommend Stanton Plumbing to anyone anytime, ethical, friendly, knowledgeable, etc. It was actually refreshing to work with someone who still understands what honesty, integrity, and proper customer service brings to the table. read more

My husband and I have used Stanton Plumbing twice now. In one case it was after normal business hours and the other case it was a weekend. Patrick and his wife always answered. Say what you do and Do what you say! Customer service. Integrity. Honesty. These are all things that i feel are sooo important but have been lost over the last few years. Until i placed a call to Stanton Plumbing! I set a 9am appt with Patrick. At 8:30 he called me and said that he was running Early and would see me in 15 mins. He showed up exactly when he said he would!!! WOW who does that?? I explained what was going on. Showed him the the parts that we purchased to assist to resolve the issue. He then said to let him try something else first but that what we had was a good plan if he couldn't resolve the issue a different way. After trying his idea it was determined that what we had was a better choice for many reasons. Patrick does excellent work. He is very time conscious and efficient. As for $$.. very reasonable! Patrick Come highly recommended from me. We will be using his services for future projects! read more

Patrick saved the day! The auxiliary tank for the on demand water heater was leaking hot water all over my garage on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Another plumber came out and shut the hot water off and gave me an unreasonable estimate and couldn't give me a time frame to return and fix the problem. Patrick was referred to me by his previous employer who couldn't provide service. His recommendation was "If I didn't have my own plumbing company I would call Patrick for plumbing needs." Patrick came out within hours, was on time, explained the issues, replaced the tank and saved me $300 compared to previous estimate. Because the wall had been drenched with water there was a problem with the electrical outlet so the water heater kept shutting off. Patrick came back a few minutes later and fixed the problem. I have had many plumbers without much satisfaction. I would give Patrick 10 stars if I could. He will be my first call for a plumber from now on. read more

Patrick is back again for the rescue. Had a leaky pipe inside the wall. He was able to cut out the dry wall, locate the leak and fix it with an almost-lifetime seal ring. Very methodical in his approach and takes care of the issue with precision. He also spotted a major plumbing issue that caused the water pressure to be low in my house and yard (the issue puzzled me for 10 years and my gardener can't seem to figure out). Just another excellent experience with Stanton Plumbing ! read more

Was able to help us with multiple issues over the years. Always friendly and professional and gets the job done for a fair price.

Not only did Patrick pick up the phone at 8 PM, he fit us into his schedule within 24 hours. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and made the fix as good as new. Now if that isn't service I don't know what is! read more

Gotta yelp about this guy, he's been terrific! A tenant called me at 7am Monday with a broken water heater - I really didn't expect an answer when I called Patrick's number five minutes later, but not only did he answer, he was on-site within an hour! Patrick Stanton may not be the cheapest plumber out there, but his work and his ethics are beyond reproach. read more

Unbelievable service. Called late last night, and Patrick was here, as promised. He came to install a couple of toilets wax rings and we both noticed some other issues that needed to be addressed. He was able to get that work done as well as the work he came to do and the work is done right. It's sad that is such a great thing because it should be done right, but I could tell he took the time to dial things in correctly. Was expecting it to cost a fortune and it was less than what my wife and I had budgeted for the original work. Thanks Patrick! read more

Patrick came out a repaired a gas leak between the wall of my condo and my neighbors. He was very knowledgeable and even found some leaks near the gas meter. He did lot of work to make sure my system was safe and tested it thoroughly. He hauled away some extra pipe from an old pipe which he didn't have to do. His customer service was excellent. He went beyond what was needed to make sure everything was ok. He stayed late to make sure pge turned the gas back on. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. He is honest, dependable and hardworking. Very impressed. Would recommend him highly and I plan to use him again ! read more

Patrick is fantastic! He fixed a broken drain pipe in our kitchen, that was leaking behind the dishwasher. I contacted him in the morning, and he came by the same day. He was polite and quickly got to the root of the issue, and despite being already 6 PM he insisted on fixing the problem right away. His pricing was transparent and fair and I am very happy with the work he did. Especially after the bad experience we had with Plumbing Care, I am glad I have found a trustworthy plumber. I will call him for all related issues from now on. read more
