Elias did a great job fixing my toilet. Instead of doing a quick fix, he recommend some additional work be done. When he took the toilet apart, he showed me the 25+ year old pieces and it was evident that they needed to be replaced. I am glad my toilet will now continue to work problem-free for many more years. read more

We have used Landa Plumbing several times over the past few years and I highly recommend!! He is responsive, nice to work with, and competitively priced. However, the best and most important thing is that his work is impeccable. Everything done carefully and well with a tidy workspace during and after the job. He has done small jobs like replace a kitchen sink fixture for us and fix a bathroom faucet leak but today he replaced our water heater and I wanted to write a review because working with him each and every time has just been seamless. Thank you guys! read more

Landa Plumbing did a great job fixing a water leak in my backyard. There was water pooling in a dirt area and initially my landscaper told me the sprinkler valves were leaking and needed to be replaced. However after they were replaced, the leak continued. I called Landa Plumbing and had a great conversation so they could understand what the issues could be and were upfront about the potential scope of work and costs. Once onsite, Elias Landa assessed the situation and provided a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and provided updates throughout the working process. Once the leak was found, Elias explained the next steps to fix it. After the leak was fixed, Elias sent a picture of the replaced pipe, and all the dirt was put back. Landa Plumbing not only fixed the leak, but also provided great customer service from beginning to end. I will definitely use them again! read more

Elias provided a great plumbing service today to fix the leaking faucet in the bath tub. The screw is so old and rusty he has to take a lot of extra effort to cut it. In addition he has to run to the shops twice to get the special Moen part and install it properly. Thanks again for saving the day! read more

Elias Landa was recommended to me by my insurance agent who is part of a small business group (of which I've gotten multiple wonderful recommendations through). I had a cracked sewer pipe that he was able to get out and quote for methe next day. He did an incredible job with a very quick turnaround time and went above and beyond in dealing with my difficult neighbors. He was so kind, skilled, and knowledgable. I could not recommend him highly enough! read more

I previously reviewed Elias Landa for the excellent work he has done for me multiple times, but his latest project merits another review. He replaced my old failing gas water heater with a Bradford White tank. His work was impeccably thorough and well done. I continue to highly recommend him. read more

I couldn't be happier with the service from Elias and his family-owned plumbing business, Landa Plumbing. Elias and his team helped us with a garbage disposal replacement that was hard wired, along with re-caulking the sink and has installed and fixed toilets and indoor and outdoor faucets in our home. From start to finish, Elias was incredibly honest, hard-working, and professional. It's so clear he takes pride in his craft as he works efficiently, doesn't cut corners, and makes sure everything is done the right way. It's rare that I find someone this skilled and this genuine. My wife and I felt completely confident and safe having him work in my home, and the results were perfect. I highly recommend Elias to any local homeowner looking for a trustworthy, reliable plumber. He's our only call for future plumbing needs. read more

I had a great experience with Landa's Plumbing! After calling several plumbing companies, Landa Plumbing was the only company willing to accommodate my short timeframe to install a Meon home leak detection water shutoff system required by my home insurance company. Elias (owner) was very courteous & experienced, did a great job and went above and beyond on installing the water detection system! The cost was very reasonable and Elias made sure the system was up and running 100% and connected to our Wi-Fi and app. before he left! Will definitely use Landa's Plumbing for any other plumbing issues! read more

Elias came to problem solve a non working garbage disposal. Elias determined the issue was with the electrical outlet, not the disposal. He recommended an electrician and rerouted the disposal to a different outlet so I have use of it and the dishwasher until an electrician can come out. My husband, who look care of our house for fifty years, had just passed away, and I was nervous about this service call. It was my first time managing a problem like this on my own. Elias was friendly, professional, expert, and patient in explaining to me the issues. He made sure everything was in working order before he left. His pricing was fair. I felt safe in his hands and will call him immediately when the next problem arises. I recommend Landa Plumbing very highly. read more

Landa Plumbing is the best plumbing business I have dealt with in the 30 years of being a homeowner. It's either the nature of a small business or the personal service of Elias, but there's a magic created that enables a good job done, the plumbing issue resolved, and the completed work to not need continual servicing. His knowledge of the field, the equipment and the mechanisms needed for plumbing are excellent. Lastly, his prices are fair and competitive that I wouldn't hesitate to give him a call when there's a leak or inoperable plumbing equipment. read more

Elias is absolutely the best! I would recommend him for any/all of your plumbing needs. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. We had a fairly aggressive new leak, and a long term plumbing issue related to our refrigerator. Landa is a family owned business and I was pleased that when I called them Elias Landa answered the phone (other plumbers that I called in the past sent me to voice mail and then didn't respond until the next day or didn't respond at all). We chatted about the problems, sent some photos, Elias told us what he suspected and then he came out the next day and solved the problems. He is a very nice man, very professional, honest, fairly priced and an expert in his field. I will use him again and highly recommend his talent. read more

We had a leak in the drain pipe coming from our kitchen sink. The leak was in an extremely hard to reach spot. I thought for sure that to fix it, either the part of the wall or the kitchen cabinets had to be removed. Elias was very professional and was able to fix the leak without having to remove anything. I was very impressed and will definitely use him again. read more

We cannot say enough about Elias. He's honest, gives great insight, And will not overcharge you at all. He is incredibly friendly and will advise you of anything in your Project scope that might pose an issue. There will never be any surprises. In fact he will come out same day to check on some thing you're concerned about. He has done so countless times and put our concerns at ease. Elias worked on both of our bathrooms, some issues with water in our garage, a full system snake due to the age of our house, And installing the sink in our kitchen and hooking up our dishwasher and fridge. He's done it all for us and I trust him fully with all our needs. For one of our bathrooms we had him move the showerhead and the location of the toilet which was quite a challenging project but he got the job done perfectly. I've included some before and after pictures. Lastly he helped drained/retire our radiant heating and capped all pipes after we noticed moisture coming up through the floor. He was able to show up within a day to do so. We have used Elias in this house as well as our other house where he had to repair both toilets. He's outstanding and timely and we highly recommend him. read more

I moved to a new home and needed to have have gas line run for our clothes dryer. So I called my contractor who had helped me with a gas line in the past and told him what I needed. He asked me a few questions and told me it was beyond his expertise and told me to call Landa Plumbing. I called Elias, owner of Landa Plumbing, and told him what my needs were. He asked me questions about my existing gas pipes and walked me through what it would take to do the job. He is a super nice person and very patient. After spending almost ten minutes on the phone, we determined it would be better for me to purchase and electric dryer as my home, built in the forties, would need a significant upgrade to be able to handle another gas appliance. Although Elias did not make any money, his expertise and professionalism were very evident. I will use Landa Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs and will refer him to all my friends and family. He is top notch and very knowledgable. read more

Have you ever wondered what happened to professional, honest work? Wonder no longer, Elias delivers just that. My company, Astound Property Management and Real Estate, requires our vendors to do quality work, be prompt and courteous. Landa Plumbing not only meets these standards but surpasses them. Best plumbing work we've ever had! Elias is the most knowledgeable professional in the the industry that we've ever worked with. He knows the science of the different metals and how they should be used, he's analytical, honest, great at communicating this complex information and an incredibly good person. Elias is also qualified to work on gas lines; not all plumbers have this professional qualification and knowledge. He actually just repaired our gas line and did the best job ever! He also replaced our toilette and fixed a leak; hasn't leaked since and is remarkably leak free! The area has dried around where the leak was, because his work is squeaky clean! He doesn't cut corners and leave you with problems; he is analytical and efficient. When he gets the job done; it is done and done incredibly well. My plumbing backed up and my husband said he could fix it with a plumbing snake. He called his uncle out who has a snake, they ran the snake through the system and ended up breaking one of my toilets when the snake went right through it. They made a mess all over the walls, ceiling and floors in both bathrooms and were unable to fix the blockage. Next day, I called Elias Landa plumbing, he said, "I have a busy day, but, I'LL FIT YOU IN." He did! In the middle of the day, he fit me into his schedule, between appointments. He showed up, and within 30 minutes he figured out where the problem was, and fixed my blockage. AND did NOT make a mess! I should have never let my husband or his uncle attempt to fix the blockage! Next time I have issues with my plumbing, I'm just calling Elias! You should do the same! read more
