I needed an eye exam and it's been years since my last one. I was referred to come here by a coworker I walked in with no appointment first time patient. They did a few test and then sat in the chair and to check my eyesight with a few test. You get to pick out what type of glass frames you like you can even get some sunglasses that you like but of course gotta pay whatever the price is for everything. JC rocks! I broke my prescription glasses and I needed a pair ASAP. My regular place said they couldn't do same day or even promise a quick pick up date, but here I found 2 back-up pairs for the price of one and they got them done within a couple of hours. They were both so amazing, helpful, and kind. They were able to save me so much time and money finding me the best deal for my contacts. Bought 2 pairs of glasses here back in February of this year and the coating on one my glasses started to peel. The second pair I bought are perfectly fine. I went back to see if they could warranty my glasses seeing that they were obviously defective. They originally wanted me to pay full price for a new set of lenses. I don't see why I should have to pay for lenses that were clearly defective from the time I that I bought them. Understandably I would pay for the new lenses if they were damaged somehow but they're still practically brand new. read more

My service here at Stanton was great start to finish, everyone was friendly and welcoming. This site was clean,organized and comfortable. Jessica had outstanding customer service . The whole team was attentive and made this visit an ease. I would recommend everyone but specifically those who want same day service . I was able to book my appointment around 10 am over the phone and was seen by 2pm . I was out the door with a pair of prescribed glasses by 3:30pm. I just got done with an eye exam and purchasing glasses at the delano location and the staff there has the best customer service! Jess 2.0, Jess and Monica was so very helpful. My toddler was having one of his tantrum days and I did not get not even one dirty look or any judgement from any of the girls, instead they gave me reassurance while helping me with the purchase of my glasses. They were so patient with me having to go in and out of the store while having to calm my son down. They're very friendly, professional, and attentive. Highly recommend this location. read more

It was so easy to set up an appointment with Stanton. I went online and scheduled an appointment the same day. I went into this location and was met with a wonderful group of workers. One worker, Monica, did an absolute amazing job. She was there to help and guide me with any questions I had. When it was time to pay, another worker (unfortunately, I didn't catch her name) came and helped Monica. They were both so friendly and I could tell they care about their clients. The Delano office had poor communication, customer service and accountability. Months back my husband went in for glasses and did not find anything he liked. He was offered the opportunity to bring in preferred glasses of his choice and they would replace lenses to accommodate his medical needs. Upon bringing in his birthday gifted Gucci glasses he was given two to three week turn around time. They had him sign paperwork for the accommodations/modification to glass, but never informed if there was possible loss or damages that SO would not take any accountability. Upon multiple calls and messages left about the updates on the progress of his glasses. Delano office staff would only say that they were in customs being investigated. Several weeks continued my husband was not able to drive eventually SO offered to let him borrow some glasses. After several weeks later I continued to call with no response. I finally received a call from the office manager stating that the glasses were lost/stolen from UPS and they can't do anything about it. They offered to upgrade his prescriptions and pick any glasses of his choice. However they don't offer Gucci or designer products! And upon sending my receipt for reimbursement the office manager denied my request stating that we signed paperwork on the implications of loss or damages! That was never addressed, explained to us upon us leaving the glasses in their responsibility! We have been at various local owned optometrist and this has never happened. They have integrity and responsibility to their small community members! DONT GO HERE STAY GIVING BACK TO OUT LOCAL BUSINESS OWNERS ALL THIS LARGE CORPORATIONS ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! ZERO STARS!DONT FALL FOR THEIR RESPONSE AS IF THEU CARE! If so why make your customers go through the hassle of giving bad reviews! Obviously this would not happen if they felt that you did what you could to resolve the situation! Offering customers what YOU WANT IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
