I started seeing him sometime in early 00s late 90s and something about the way he cares for his patients was what I absolutely loved about him. I read the other Yelpers review on how he felt and it's too bad he didn't have the same experience that my family and I had. I have always felt welcomed and we never felt like we were tested on. Each time me or my family visited him we all felt he made very professional decisions and has always cared about our health. Dr. Salmassi has been a physician for quite a long time so he has a lot of knowledge and experience. His staff has been with him for a long time too and I absolutely love Chris and Pearl. They both are extremely friendly and they have always been helpful. The downside of his office is that the wait time can be a little too much and if you don't have patience, this may not be the office for you, but just know he's a very compassionate and empathetic doctor and me and my family absolutely love him!

Takes his time to get to know his patients and find the right treatment for them. His many years of experience helps a lot. My usual visits are for checkups but also addressing some lower back issues I have had lately due to heavy Camera lifting. I highly recommend him to anyone living in Delano and Bakersfield areas for internal, general and cosmetic medical needs. My last visit there was last week on friday. His office has plenty of Parking too by the way. Lol.

Dr. Paul Mallouk DDS in Delano, Ca. is where we found him. He cares more about his patients than making extra money!! Sara took the time to really listen to me, understand my concerns and made recommendations based on my desired outcome. I could not be happier with my results. Thank you Sara!!!!

BUT the girl at the front desk, im not sure if her name is "Kayla, Carla, or Karla" (not sure exactly, but some name that sounds like that).....but that girl is very unprofessional and really rude. She seems very stressed and just doesnt seem fit for her job. The office overall is good, but that "receptionist" or whatever her front desk position is, is extremely rude. I know I cant be the only one who has experienced this. She needs to be retrained and or moved to another position. She really dampens your day and makes a dentist visit very unpleasant.

Dr. Delos Reyes and Comprehensive Dentistry honestly don't even deserve one star…read more I used to love going here, but their motivation changed from giving great dental care to making as much money as possible. They stopped giving confirmation appointments so they could charge for for the missed appointment, but call you to tell you that you missed your appointment and if you'd like to schedule another one in an outrageous time in the future, then the cycle continues. They've seriously gotten so lazy. And good luck trying to get in an exam and cleaning. I called to make an appointment for both an annual exam and cleaning because I'll finally be home but was told that the next available cleaning was in 3 months. I was able to get an exam appointment though. They leave no time in their work day for exceptions or emergency cases. So if you knock out or chip a tooth really bad, it's going to stay that way. During the exams, Dr. Delos Reyes rushes while he probes at your teeth, and doesn't communicate with you aside from the standard "how are you today?" I haven't seen the inside of this office for years, even though I've been trying to. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person who doesn't know what my schedule is going to look like in 3 or 4 months, so I'm uncomfortable setting the appointment. I've been so frustrated with this office for 2+ years that I'm finally leaving! If I'm going to spend money on a doctor, it's going to be one I can count on and who actually genuinely cares about treating the patient as opposed to making money!!!!!!!! Even Planned Parenthood makes confirmation calls, and their services are free!! I'm glad I have great dental hygiene or else my teeth would be falling off and rotten because they haven't seen me in so long.

Where do I begin?…read more Dr. Suesberry is recognized as a wonderful physician and has serviced Delano for probably more years than I have been born and unfortunately is the only Ear Nose and Throat specialist in Delano, matter fact, he was my ENT as a child. Dr. Suesberry was my oldest son's ENT specialist and during the time my son received services, I felt very uncomfortable every single time we visited this office. We were always talked down to as if we should already know about everything related to the ENT and if we did not know, we were belittled every single time by the physician. When going over my son's condition the doctor was always condescending and it always felt unwelcoming. Til this day, I don't know if my son was born hard of hearing/deaf because when I asked that question to Dr. Suesberry, his response would always be "your son doesn't know how to respond, so there is no way we can tell if he can hear". Years later, I'm being told by so many different people that ENT's have devices that are able to measure or read an infants hearing with that device; however, I was told by this physician who specializes in that particular specialty that he was not able to determine that at the time. I would never recommend anyone to this physician because of the service we received. As a parent, we always put our trust in doctors and always depend on their expertise to help us or to guide us to the correct path on helping our children or ourselves and because of the way we were treated in this office, I don't feel it was professional at all. I read the other review and they had a pleasant experience, glad someone had a positive experience as I would never go back to this doctor. I'm not saying he's a bad person, I'm just letting you know about my experience in this office and that I trusted this physician who has so much years of experience to help my child and we did not get the service or experience that we hoped for.
