It's always a problem with this office, sadly my child's doctor and her staff are amazing. I've also been told many times my child can't be seen without any of those receptionist knowing my child's name and the fact that my child is flagged as a high risk and necessary to speak with the doctor first before anything. I don't like dealing with the stress of Omni center when calling. There are many good people there but the experience is ruined by the bad. I have spoken to Board members of Omni because of issues I have come across.

I told…read morethem hey at the time I asked for If my insurance is cover with your. so here is what happened 1 year ago they made mistake and they did not file it for insurance or something like that now after a year they are telling me remember we said you are covered yeah sometimes you are not! now you should pay us money. if you are going to this place, know that they may say yeah your insurance is covered and then call you and say we made mistake you were not covered! more than that they lost my record and they never gave me a result on my health and after 3 month when i went to another medical center my blood cholesterol was dangerously high (250) they could have prevented it, Fun fact another department from this place called me today and said its time for your yearly checkup as we are working with your insurance! do you like to make an appointment and come for checkup?
