Christopher Doan made me feel at ease--explaining everything clearly and making every effort to get this resolved as soon as possible with medication and an in-office treatment. I'm really grateful for his compassionate care after bouncing around urgent cares and getting mixed information/improper treatment. I also had a balloon sinuplasty and turbinate reduction performed at this office in December. Everything went well with zero complications. I keep biting my tongue, I called his office to ask if maybe he might have hit a nerve because the numbing wouldn't go away and he was mad that I asked that he got very rude and said that I had waited 49 years to get this surgery when I should've gotten it as a child.
