The first one was supposedly I only booked a braces which doesn't even make sense because my insurance doesn't even cover for braces so why would I book that. The second & third time they told us at 12 & then changed it an earlier time. & now I'm being told that my online appointment I made isn't viable because of the doctors aren't there at the time I made. Why have online appointments available if I can't go to my appointment? I'm literally just coming in for a cleaning. Very unprofessional & from the reviews I'm not the only one they can't get a schedule right. Maybe if they focused more on the job. Even giving one star is being generous.

Jessica at the front desk greeted us with a smile and made the check-in process so easy. Jenny, the office manager, was incredibly kind and helpful, and you can tell she truly cares about every family that walks through the door. Dr. Shen was absolutely wonderful with my kids. She was patient, gentle, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made my kids feel comfortable. Yuliana and Ariana were amazing as well! They were so sweet, caring, and made my kids feel relaxed throughout their appointments. It was obvious they genuinely enjoy working with children, and that made such a difference. Everyone in the office was friendly, professional, and made what could have been a stressful visit into such a positive experience. The office was clean, organized, and everything ran smoothly. It's not often you find a team where every single person goes above and beyond, but that's exactly what we experienced here. I'm so grateful we found this office and would recommend Kids2Dentist with Dr. Shen and her entire team to any parent looking for an amazing pediatric dentist. Thank you all for taking such great care of my kids!

And she isn't a crybaby she got all her shots without even a blink no crying , no anxiety nothing , and she wasn't afraid to go to the doctors or dentist , well all of that is changed forever after what she went through at the hands of this dentist.

Today, after he was already numbed and on laughing gas, the dentist suddenly announced they were pulling the tooth. I refused--he starts school tomorrow--and the dentist then refused to fill another tooth we had discussed, telling me to "find a different dentist." My child was left confused, scared, and half-numb for no reason. This is not how families should be treated.

Poor Communication and Last-Minute Treatment Changes…read more Yesterday, I spoke directly with the pediatric dentist about my son's treatment for 2 teeth. The dentist said there was a possibility he might need a baby crown for one tooth, but after I explained that I didn't want that, he told me it would most likely be possible to be left the tooth alone instead and that a crown wouldn't be necessary. But the another tooth need the filling. I repeated to him that it's going to be just the filling and no crown. The dentist confirmed. Today, when I brought my son in for the scheduled filling, the dental assistants said it's going to be extraction and filling, so I explained to her. She said she will let the dentist know. RDH had already numbed his mouth and given him laughing gas before the dentist came in. Only then did the dentist tell me that they were going to pull the tooth. I told him I did not want the tooth pulled the day before my son's first day of school and he didn't mention about the extraction in our conversation yesterday. The dentist then said he would not be able to fill the second tooth we had discussed and told me to "find a different dentist and get a second opinion." I left feeling upset and frustrated by the lack of communication, the abrupt change in treatment after my son was already numbed, and the way my concerns were dismissed. Parents deserve honesty, respect, and clear information about their child's dental care.

The front office staff was kind and friendly from the get go and welcomed us into the office. It was my first time in, and when my son was brought back they gave me a tour and reviewed what would be taking place during his examination. I returned to the waiting room (very clean and comfortable) and waited for the duration of his checkup. When my son was finished they brought him up to the lobby- he was smiling from ear to ear, thrilled with his goody bag and headed straight to the game area. This part is very important! The doctor (Dr. Abby) took the time and sat with me, reviewed X-rays, and went in depth about the treatment my child would need- AWAY FROM MY CHILD. We have been to offices before where they blurt out what needs to happen and it's very scary for little listening ears. I appreciated this small detail so much. From that point, I waited a few minutes until the treatment plan was ready, it was reviewed with me at the counter (again my child was busy playing games so he wasn't involved in the adult stuff) and then the next appointment was made. From start to finish I cannot express how wonderful of an office, and experience this was. A dental office can be a scary place for a kid- but at Sturz & Abby they were made to feel comfortable and safe. I will be returning for all dental needs.

I called and made the appointment but was told someone would call me about whether or not my insurance would be accepted, prior to the appointment. A few hours before the appointment, which was going to be almost an hour's drive away, I still hadn't heard from them so I followed up. The guy who answered the phone had an attitude from the minute he answered the phone and seemed to take everything I said as a personal insult. He then wanted to argue with me about whether or not I was being "rude" to him rather than just answering my questions about whether our insurance was accepted and whether I needed to drive an hour for our appointment which was just a few hours away. He told me someone did call me (no one did, and why would I be calling if someone had?). He then said they do not take our insurance! When I told him I'm frustrated that I could have driven an hour and then this would have happened at the office, he acted like it was my fault. I'm glad I didn't go and I would never want my child to go to such an uncaring and unkind place.
