I was very surprised how well he did, especially with the help of the staff and the Dr talking to him through the procedure, it made him feel so comfortable. My son did not experience any comfort or paying during or after the procedure. I highly recommend my kids happy teeth. My niece and nephew have been coming here for some time now. This is my first time taking my…read morenephew. The staff is super friendly and really try to help the kids stay calm. From the stories my sisters have told me, they are very thorough and there hasn't been any problems. He went in for a few fillings and they told me it would take about an hour and a half. Everything is clean and the play area, arcade games, and tvs will keep your kids busy and relaxed before their appointment. I recommend this place for your kid's dental needs.

My 2 daughters liked Diana and Charlie so much that they are requesting that they have them at their next visit. Honestly I never felt comfortable at the dentist when I was a kid, so it makes me so happy that my kids are happy to be there. Both dentists at this office were informative and friendly. Okay bummer but okay so, I paid it in full, and they call me three months later saying I still owe more and the reason being was the insurance didn't cover as much. I had already paid $500 over the quoted price. They still harass me everyday for the payment. My sister is a lawyer and my brother in law is the DA and they told me that what they did wasn't even legal so for them to again ask for more money AFTER I already paid way more than quoted is not just wild, it's illegal.

The front office staff was kind and friendly from the get go and welcomed us into the office. It was my first time in, and when my son was brought back they gave me a tour and reviewed what would be taking place during his examination. I returned to the waiting room (very clean and comfortable) and waited for the duration of his checkup. When my son was finished they brought him up to the lobby- he was smiling from ear to ear, thrilled with his goody bag and headed straight to the game area. This part is very important! The doctor (Dr. Abby) took the time and sat with me, reviewed X-rays, and went in depth about the treatment my child would need- AWAY FROM MY CHILD. We have been to offices before where they blurt out what needs to happen and it's very scary for little listening ears. I appreciated this small detail so much. From that point, I waited a few minutes until the treatment plan was ready, it was reviewed with me at the counter (again my child was busy playing games so he wasn't involved in the adult stuff) and then the next appointment was made. From start to finish I cannot express how wonderful of an office, and experience this was. A dental office can be a scary place for a kid- but at Sturz & Abby they were made to feel comfortable and safe. I will be returning for all dental needs.
