Small office, off Truxtun & D street, with a very sweet and efficient secretary, and a cute little old man doctor. They are not updated ie there is no WiFi, no automatic prescriptions. I don't even think they have a computer. You get a good old fashioned doctors note if you are getting a prescription. However, I got in quickly and they did an excellent job. Office is very antique. He was rude and would not let me talk. He completely dismissed the fact that I told him I feel and hear a clicking sound when I swallow. Blamed it on my lockjaw. He was extremely aggressive and when he pressed on my jaw, my eye twitched everytime I move my mouth ever since. Don't come here. read more

Extremely thorough, patient, and respectful. Not only did he listen to every issue I was having, he asked lots of clarifying questions and took care while checking my ears, nose, and throat. He went through a diagram to explain exactly what was happening, what he would do to treat me, and why. I never felt rushed, yet I was out of there in about 20 minutes. This office was not sanitary at all and it smelled old and musty. His equipment was old and antique. He did not put tips in his instrument that he put in my nose and ears. The outside looks abandoned. Weeds growing and building boarded up. I'm not sure how the healthy department has allowed this to continue. I would never ever go back there. read more

This was a referral from a Neurologist for a loss of hearing and dizziness. The office is antique and smells horribly of cigarette smoke. Didn't give a diagnosis of anything, other than my husband's hearing loss was caused by Vietnam and prescribed an antidepressant to help him sleep. That without asking what medications he was already on, if any. The prescription was written from a prescription pad. We are very disappointed. read more

There should be an option to rate zero 's This was the worst Dr I've ever seen. The office was filthy, but that's the least of my concerns. 1st the Dr didn't wear a mask during a Pandemic. 2nd he took a very brief medical history as I met him. I told him of all past surgeries, medications & specifically that as a child I had an accident & have not just a deviated septum but couldn't breath through my nose on the right side. I also told him that I'm a vocalist & I was worried about damage to my vocal chords. He then proceeded to try to "take a look". He said he scope wouldn't reach my vocal chords. He forces the Endoscope as far as he could until my nose bled. I was in pain & every patient in the waiting room could hear what was happening. 3rd He then tried the other side & forced it as well. Continuing well past my Larynx. He wouldn't stop when I was bleeding, crying & traumatized. I finally pulled it out myself. He was rude & indignant. 4th he gave me a prescription for an acid reflux med that I already take. 4th I asked him about the hearing test he was supposed to do during this visit (waited 3 months for this appointment) & he told me I'd have to make a separate appointment. I left the office as fast as I could. The right side of my nose bled for 6 days. I reported this Dr to my insurance provider & was able to get an appointment with another ENT. Hoping for a positive experience. I've never had an experience like this, ever before. Don't go to Arya Satya Pal MD! Ever!!! read more

This complaint isn't of the doctor. This is in re: to the office mnger "SHEILA". Went on 10/01/20 to drop off approval from another dr and SHEILA asked why I had an attitude. Not once did I display one. She blocked me from entering and said that she felt threatened. I told her I was there to drop off a letter the Dr requested from my neurologist. Then began talking to Erika who was professional and looked in my files and seen that it was what the Dr asked for. As I went out the door, I asked Erika if I could talk to her outside. I asked Erika what Sheila's problem was and she said that she was having a bad day. So I told Erica that she has to take it out on everyone else? If you ever go here... plz deal with Erika. read more

Dr. Arya Pal is a great doctor and his staff is very competent. I always get my needs met at every office visit. The entire office visits never last more than 45 minutes. I do not mind that the office is not modernized. I am only into quality care. read more

Charged me cash only for my copay and my insurance covers 100%. Always tell them you don't have it and they can bill you. Lesson learned

I have never had an issue getting in to see the doctor, even on short notice. I trust Doctor Arya which is number one when dealing with physicians. Staff is nice and accomodating. I have referred a few friends to him. read more

Charged me $350+$20 copay just for me to go in, have this man shine a light in my mouth, and tell me nothing was wrong. Figuring I wanted a second opinion, i went to another ENT only to be diagnosed with THROAT CANCER. Thank god I decided not to trust this man. And seeing as I'm not the only person to have this sort of issue with him, he should honestly lose his medical license. read more

THE WORST!! Firstly, let me say the girl at the front desk was polite however while waiting be prepared to hear some inappropriate conversations happening behind the counter amongst the office women. I went in for fluid in my ear to be drained that an urgent care doctor noticed immediately prior to my visit but I had to see an ENT. This doctor looked and did several other tests including hearing tests only to send me off for X-rays to verify it's fluid and not pressure which is ridiculous...is this really your specialty?! The worst part is as we're in the middle of a Covid pandemic he asks me to remove my mask when I entered the room which was odd to me but I kept it on anyway until he needed to look at my throat at which time he used his UNGLOVED hand and touched my lips with his fingers and he didn't put a new sterilized cap on the tool to look inside my ears. Also, the room was not sanitized when the previous patient was done (you can see the room from the waiting area) and for being a doctor, he doesn't correctly wear his mask. To top it off, he prescribed me a steroid to drain the fluid if there was any in there and completely gave me the wrong dosage. Pharmacist informed me (as well as it being written on the medication) 2 after breakfast, 2 after lunch and 2 after dinner....this "doctor" told me to take ALL 6 an hour after breakfast!!! It absolutely blows my mind he still has a license! I definitely will not be returning for my follow up and will go elsewhere! read more

The absolute worst Pediatric ENT ever. My sons has had consistent hearing issues and even came in with lab documents stating he had fluid in ear, this old fuck said there is nothing. Now I am at Madera children's hospital where their ENT barely looked and confirmed fluid. Avoid him at all cost he only good for directions to real doctors read more
