They have plenty of staff to help out and they are friendly and very helpful. They have a couple of Tv that you can watch while waiting and the seats are pretty comfy, but can use some updating. Most of the time this place is always clean. They have an X-ray tech, and a couple of other services they offer here. The parking is always so annoying, there really isn't much, and that would be my only complaint. Other than that, I'll keep coming here.

I came to Dr shah with the diagnosis and summary printed out so he could keep it in my sons chart and so he could also look over it, I was shocked by how he refused to even take his time to go over it because it wasn't in his scope of practice. He simply handed it back to me after I insisted he keep it for his records. I then brought him social services forms that I needed to be filled out and was told that no other Dr wanted to fill them out and that they kept sending me to him because they wanted to put it all on him. Again I was turned away. When I asked for his medical records he quickly jumped to ask if I was going to take my son to a different provider, which I will definitely be doing. Two days later he called wanting to speak to me about the forms how he spoke to my son's neurologist and that she would fill them out just to be told by the neurologist that she never spoke to him, leaving me at a dead end. He then proceeded to state that if I decided to take my son to a different pediatrician that I wouldn't be seeing the pediatrician and that no one will get him in with 48 hours if my son ever needed to be seen. Yet every time I needed to get him seen or when he would see him instead of prescribing or helping him he sends us to the ER. All to be told by the ER that it's not an ER case but a PCP case. I had my sons caseworker call his office to figure out why he refused to keep the diagnosis and why he didn't want to sign anything all for him to put the MA in the middle and not come to the phone. Honestly I was left with no words he sees that my son needs the help and still does nothing to help him. 0/10 don't recommend if your child has any disability. The front girls have always been so kind and helpful with any questions this review is only for the provider.

The doctor literally laughs at you while you're explaining what's wrong. I even had to start recording our conversation because I felt unsafe and crazy about how he was talking to me -- asking me questions like I was the doctor. I went to him for help and advice, and he was rude, dismissive, and made me feel humiliated. There's also no privacy at all. The rooms are tiny, they share space with others, and he doesn't even close the doors -- everyone can hear your personal issues. This man doesn't deserve to be a doctor. If you care about your health, go somewhere else. This place is a complete joke.
