To us, this seems logical since they are charged a fee, much like a gas station charges more for credit. Outside there were llamas, peacocks, trees, parrots, a koi pond. Then I tried the Chicken Tandoori, and now the Chicken Tikka Tandoori is my new favorite. Every dish has been full of flavor and cooked perfectly. What really stands out to me is that the food is clearly made fresh to order. I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes because I'd much rather have a freshly cooked meal than food that's been sitting under a warmer. Every meal I've had has arrived hot, fresh, and absolutely worth the wait. The service has always been friendly, and it's great to see how far they've come from their food truck days.
