Disappointing. This was my first time ordering from here. I live in town and have been wanting to give them a try. Our dinner was terrible. Impossible burger covered in so much mayonnaise on both sides that it was inedible - even after trying to scrape it off. I'm talking about maybe 3 tablespoons on each side of the bun. I never leave reviews, but the service was absolutely terrible. My friend and I walked in and sat at the bar, where there were a few other people. They were not even busy! They spent more time talking amongst themselves than they did serving their paying customers! We didn't even get a "hello" from the bartenders. I had to flag one down just for a drink menu. I asked the bartender for a drink menu, and he never came back to take my order. The menu he gave me was missing half of the pages anyway. Then when I finally was able to get his attention, he acted like I was an inconveniencing him. The girl (long black hair, tattoos, and fake lashes) who was bartending couldn't stop talking to her friends and acted like serving anyone else was an inconvenience to her. One of the servers came up to get a bar order and the she (the bartender) had poured the wrong type of wine. She rolled her eyes and dumped a FULL glass of wine in the sink because of her own mistake. She even acted put out when I asked for my bill. I told her I paid my tab on the app and she said "k." No "thank you" or anything. I said "bye thank you!" And she rolled her eyes. Very rude and unprofessional bartenders at this bar!! Overall, the bartenders had terrible attitudes!!! The servers and cooks did a fantastic job though and provided great service! They deserve a raise! read more

We are always looking for new places. Found this last week and we are so glad we did. The cowboy theme is unusual and FUN. Our server was friendly, sweet and very efficient. The corn bread specialty is very good. We just had sandwiches but they were excellent, especially mine. I had one of their unusual grilled cheese sandwiches. I know, so what could be so great about a grilled cheese? Well, we are very frequent diners and I've never had anything like it.. Several different cheeses and other "stuffings" on Texas toast. I've been here three times so far and each experience has been excellent! The inside decor is really fun and cool, and there is outdoor seating available as well with a nice view of the adorable downtown Lockport. The service is always really friendly and cheerful! The food is DELICIOUS! Really fun choices, both delicious meat and vegetation options. I've tried at least 4 entrees, 2 apps, and 1 dessert and all have been to die for. They've got a really great variety of drink options and let you sample beer before buying as well. They give you a LOT of food and it's all delicious. So we went to this place to celebrate my friends birthday. We were blessed to have Zain as a bartender. Just say his name out loud right now with me. "Zain." The service was just insane. It blew my brain. The service was anything but plain. He helped us order food and was honest. His smile brightens up the room no matter how dim the lights are. (They were dimmed appropriately. Good vibes.) He put up with my friend that was annoying and tried to get something taken off the bill because she ordered it and was allergic (and also insane) She's ridiculous but Zain's smile can calm any situation. Disappointing. The host was great and seemed into his job and the theme of the place, but it went downhill form there. Our server had zero personality, seemed sad to be there, and never offered to refill the empty soda cups (straws would be nice, by the way!) The kids' mac & cheese was lukewarm on the surface and ice cold in the middle, and my waffle fries were served cold as well. Maybe those cold, old-timey metal plates & bowls weren't such a good idea? It's just odd that they would go to the trouble of decorating the place like a saloon and wearing those costumes, then providing food and service comparable to a Denny's. Our first time at Stagecoach and I can say that we were both pleasantly surprised. The service was great as was the food. I had the ribeye, asked for medium and it came medium rare rather than medium well which is they way you would want it. A good piece of meat. Very flavorful and not overly fatty or charred. My son and I decided to give this restaurant a shot. The decor was very fun. We were seated in a back booth which resembled the inside of a stagecoach. Service was slow as it really wasn't very crowded for a Thursday. My son ordered the Horseshoe with pulled pork and waffle fries. He thought it was great and practically licked the tray clean. I had the grilled pork chop dinner. The chops were flavorful and tender. My sides were a salad and veggies. The salad was pretty generic and the veggies were horrible. Took my boys there for the first tIme about a month ago. Great western motif. Cool place to grab a bite to eat or have a beer. Kids loved the booth with the sliding picture window. Food was good, not great. Nice selection of different proteins. Portions are a little on the small side if you are a big eater. Staff was fantastic and very friendly Looked like they were working on an outdoor seating area when we were there. This place is so good! There are so many unique items on the menu and I have yet to have any that taste bad and everyone I have gone with feels the same. The chicken sandwich, Baruch burger, horse shoe...all incredible. They give you a great amount of food too so if you get appetizers sets you'll Definitely have leftovers. For the next 20 minutes, she stood in front of one guy at the bar clearly flirting with him and ignoring me and about 9 other people at the bar. You would have to be dead not to clearly see she was on 100% flirting mode with this one guy. After waiting about 15 minutes for her to return to ask me what I would like to have, a guy appeared at the kitchen door and I waved at him. He went up to this bartender and tap her on the shoulder and pointed at me to let her know I was ready to order. She just looked at me, waved her arm and basically ignored the guy that was trying to bring her attention to me. She then, continued flirting with the same one guy. SO I LEFT! This was our first time visiting Stagecoach for lunch this afternoon. The food and drink were great. Unfortunately not a single employee was wearing a mask and I did not see any type of disinfecting of tables when we saw other patrons leave. There have been recent closings of restaurants in near by towns due to employees testing positive for Covid so you would think they would be taking even more precaution. It is clear this establishment has no respect for its customers so while we enjoyed what we ate and drank we probably won't be retuning anytime soon. read more

This was our second attempt trying to give this establishment some redemption. We tried this restaurant when they first opened and it wasn't the service that was bad; it was the food preparation or the lack of food that was the main issue. We waited close to 2 hours for our entrees. We finally decided to leave without our main meal and had to go to a nearby restaurant. This was Father's Day weekend so I can cut them a little slack, but management was not too apologetic and did not offer any discount due to their horrible issues that they were having in the kitchen. We had learned that their main chef had recently quit; our server finally had confessed that to us. I vowed I would not go back, but friends said they had good luck, so we decided to give them another chance. Well, big mistake! This time we sat outside and they were not extremely busy, but the service was bad. Took forever for the server to even acknowledge us, finally was served after a long wait. We ordered appetizers first and wanted another cocktail. Our server never came back to our table after 30 minutes and my husband had to go to the bar to purchase our cocktails separately. Even when my husband went to the bar; he was ignored there as well. Definitely not a place where customer service is important to them! Look, I understand how important it is for businesses to stay afloat during these uncertain times with COVID, but that means that you have to work a little harder to earn and keep customers patronage and loyalty. As far as the food goes our appetizer was not that memorable , did not even get the opportunity for an entree; wasn't willing to wait another minute due to our recent visit and our past experience. read more

We went last night and found that the servers were NOT wearing masks, distance between tables was maybe 4 feet apart, menus were not sanitized between customers (we were handed someone else's menu) and condiments were on the table. Appetizers are small; pulled pork tastes like it's from GFS (which is not bad, but it doesn't seem to be made fresh...would love to know.) Go all in with the uniforms or don't--the sexy barmaid look and sneakers is just...strange. Owners: Don't just sit at the bar or go to the bar down the way--maybe stop by the tables. My wife and two adult daughters went there on 1/7/21 for my wife's bday. Obviously during Covid restrictions our restaurant choice was limited so I figured I would give Stagecoach a shot. Holy crap am I glad we did!!!! Broche Burger was amazing (peanut butter and jalapeños somehow really go together). The ribeye sandwich resulted in my wife and daughter still talking about it today!!
