Great entertainment! We went for Bingo night and although we didn't win, we had a blast! Drink specials on Thirsty Thursday also help! The food isn't to die for, but adequate enough. The clientele can be a bit varied and sketchy, but people stick to themselves. The bartender was great, nothing bad to say there! They could have more vegetarian options, sorely lacking there. Their veggie burger is bland and tasteless. We will return, though. read more

We were working in the area so we decided to try this place I ordered online & picked up a lunch order I showed up 5 mins early & my food was ready, I was in & out in 2 mins. Came today and Rebecca was so attentive and made the visit so fun! Have never walked in and the staff not welcome me like they've known me for years! And all the patrons are just as friendly. Well, Hamilton's was a great surprise! After the initial confusion of walking in and not being greeted, I picked a table and sat down. It was a Monday for lunch, and there just wasn't much going on at the time. I had intended on ordering a salad for lunch but the burgers looked so good that I couldn't pass them up. I settled on the Island Burger, which was a bit of a risk but totally paid off. Grilled pineapple, sweet chile glaze and cheddar cheese. Delicious. Also, apparently there was a lunch special for $5 burgers. Woo hoo! Their beer list wasn't extensive, but they had a good selection. There were quite a few TVs, and I can see how this could be a good place to watch a game. And get an awesome burger for $5 on a Monday. read more

The bartenders are friendly and attentive and I feel they don't deserve the review, however, considering the situation I experienced with this place no one else should have to face it as what they do needs a visit from the health department. I ordered an appetizer and as one of the employees was delivering the appetizer, he stopped to talk to another customer. The customer picked up food from what was to be my plate and threw back into the plate, the employee continued to serve it to me and when I told him it's disguising that he let a random person touch my food and throw it back into the plate he offered to take out those pieces. Again, serious health code issues and disregard for health and cleanliness. I paid for my drink and left, I won't be back as who knows what else goes on in the kitchen we as customers don't see. read more

Really great place to go grab food or a drink if you are in Lemont. Staff has always been friendly and welcoming. They have darts, golden tee, slots, and a nice outdoor patio. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to have a good time and a good meal. read more

Worst service ever. We live two blocks away and last time we sat 35 mins before my family was greeted. I gave them time because they were busy. Our food came out cold and we never got checked on by the waitress to see if we needed anything. Today we went again with the family and flagged down the waitress twice after sitting for 15 mins and she never came over with menus or to ask for a drink request. They only cater to the bar and don't care about the dining area. Don't waste time trying this place. read more

Great first impression. No hostess at the door. Bar tender makes eye contact, never says a word. Waited 5 minutes. Asked other customers. They said they had to seat themselves. But they had to wait for a server. And they were still waiting on a refill of drinks. After sitting 10 minutes, server shows up. Takes our drink order. Another 10 minutes Still no drinks. Decided to leave. Wasted 25 minutes. Horrible experience. I would not recommend to anyone. read more

The two hamburgers order turned out fine. The other half of the order was beyond terrible. We went tonight (Friday) the last two items were specials. First night for the fish and chips special. Does not look like photo at all. The fish was over badly overcooked. The last choice was a chicken sandwich. When I heard the chicken was dry, I didn't know what dry chicken was til I had this. I tasted the chicken and a sock would have been better. We will not be going back. The bun had no bounce it was flakey and dried out on the chicken sandwich. I've been here a few times and I've noticed Hamilton's Pub is inconsistent with when they open. I don't know if it's because of COVID-19 but they switch their hours which is annoying for a customer who expects a restaurant to have regular hours. Food is mediocre, nothing special. Also employees seem to choose when they want to wear their masks. Would not recommend for anyone trying to stay safe and go out to eat. read more

Good service, friendly staff and good food but it was so cold inside with air constantly blowing on you my wife and kids were so cold they just wanted to leave. We cannot understand why they keep it so cold inside??? Make it comfortable and we will return and spend money. Your AC bill will be lower too! read more

Tried to have lunch here in a weekday. That's where it stopped: the bartender was neither happy nor interested in helping me out. It seemed that all the soda wasn't mixed right as I tried about 4 different concoctions that tasted horribly. Food never made it out of the kitchen, after 30 mins I had to leave. Mind you that there were only five other dudes hanging out at the bar in addition to myself. Wanted to try this place out before bringing others - now it is a hard pass. This establishment would be better served under new management. The manager here gawks at the customers while they eat, never comes around to ask how the meal is going, and creates a toxic work environment for his staff (as was relayed to us by a current employee). In addition, the servers always come to our table disgruntled and stressed out, which I can imagine is a result of the poor management. I have to say I had a few good experiences here but also a few bad. They have good quick food that I would grab for lunch but a lot of times it would take way too long to make simple foods or they would get my order completely wrong if I emphasized the way I wanted something done or added. I think it depended on who took my order. The food was good like nice and easy foods like pretzel bites and jalapeño poppers. They were never too busy during the day so it was the perfect time to go by there. The food and ambiance is decent, good neighborhood sports bar. The service was horrendous, we were overcharged for multiple buckets of beer that we didn't have. It was awkward to argue about it, we basically paid for 2 buckets we didn't have. Someone also had ordered a bucket of corona light, received corona and said " I ordered Corona light" subsequently was charged for both because "they still had to open the incorrect ones". I've never been at a place that makes someone pay for a server mistake. I thought this would be a good neighborhood bar to hang out on the weekends but there's much better options in Lemont area. Ordered take out from this place...chicken quesadillas. When I felt the box, it was very light and I had wondered if they gave me the wrong order. To my surprise, there were a few tiny triangles that appeared to have nothing in them. I peeled apart a triangle cut from a flour taco shell that was used to make the "alleged" quesadilla. There was some mozzarella cheese melted in the middle, and that's it. Not only did they forget the chicken, I paid $11 for a minuscule amount of cheese microwaved in a couple of taco shells. I could've gotten ten quesadillas with actual chicken in them from Taco Bell that had substance and flavor (mozzarella in a quesadilla???) for what I paid for these. The jalapeños on the side were clearly from a can. I thought the point to ordering take away from a "restaurant" was to save the hassle of cooking and enjoy well-prepared food. I could've saved $11 and a drive by slapping a piece of cheese from my fridge on a tortilla and nuking it. I would not eat here again! read more

Came in on Friday with my wife and neighbors at 5 pm. The place was filled but there were 5 tables that had reserved signs on them. We asked the waitress if we could sit at one table and she said, sorry they are all reserved. Reluctantly we sat at the bar which was very difficult to have conversations. At 6:45 some of the guests that had reservations started to come in. Really ??? The manager in this pub has no clue how to run a business. Service from waitstaff sucks, food is reheated frozen food, and in my at least 39 times in this place, not once has anyone ever bought a customer a drink.
