Manager is despicable! My husband, children and I were here for a friend's birthday party. The waitress accidentally spilled a large cup of coke all over my husband and it landed on my children's shoes as well. They were all soaked. The manager didn't even have the decency to come out and apologize himself. Moreover, one of the members of our group confronted the manager about it and he shrugged it off and said "it was an accident". He didn't seem to give two s#!ts about the fact that his customer had to sit through his meal with sticky clothes and shoes, not to mention his children. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. They were good, but I have to say the mixed drinks barely had any alcohol in them. Very tasty just very low alcohol. I also agree with my friend that was with me that they need to lose the LED lights on the stages because it literally burns into your retina and it's difficult to watch people on stage. Decided to go to a restaurant similar to Bennigan's since there are no more. We were celebrating our first date (trying to recreate the style/cuisine), so we went to Corrigan's Pub. Must say we did make a good choice. The atmosphere feels Sports bar (over 25 TV screens). Was greeted pleasantly and seated immediately. Nice crowd, not very packed however we could tell more people would be filling in the room soon. A Friday evening we ordered adult beverages. I'd ordered a Spiked Lemonade; tasted flat with alcohol, which I added sweetener and after asking for additional lemon wedges and squeezing into the drink it was just right. We didn't Order appetizers just straight to our meals. Food was good, hot and fresh. Our waitress was very attentive and the additional staff walked around clearing tables and or moving empty dishes quickly. All in all we had a good experience and the food was delicious. Great ambiance for an Irish pub ! With alot of seating and room. Service was very attentive to our needs . The waitress was very friendly and helpful. Me and the Wife stopped for lunch during the week. We tried 3 appetizers and of course , had a Guinness on tap ! All three apps were good! I've been here several times. The food is always good and if it's busy, the service is bad. Best Greek roasted chicken anywhere! We've had the waitress forget the soup and salads and the side. If it's busy you have to go your own drink. Once I was given the wrong drink and the bartender was so grouchy. I'd drink it, but it was awful. They are just way understaffed. read more

Told 10 mins for booth low table as we have a 1 yr old 25 mins later we are told we can sit at a high top table that's been open this whole time. Originally told we can not sit at high top with toddler due to safety concerns. Also can't bee seated at half booth halt table due to 5 people... we've definitely sat at one with 5 before... Not sure what changed. We were seated in a corner and given a high chair for high top that didn't clip all the way on the seat belt. Asked for new one it never showed. Ordered sodas came quick placed apps and dinner order immediately too 45 mins for just the simple appetizers ( thank god we ordered these as the food then came an additional 30 mins later. Waitress barely checked on us. 2 hrs and 30 mins for 2 apps and 2 burgers and 2 kidschicken tenders/ Mac and cheese is absolutely ridiculous. Food was okay just general bar food. Ranch for tenders forgotten by the time it came my kids were finished eating since they were starving. My parents had been telling me about a new-ish place that opened in Shorewood and we all went for dinner last night while I've been visiting on holiday break. At first, we didn't get any service. For a while. But once we did, our waitress was responsive with taking drink and food orders. Two of us asked for our potato leak soup to arrive before our dinners but it ended up happening the other way around. I ordered the Shamrock Sliders (only at an Irish pub, am I right?) and they delivered on taste! The "burger sauce" that came with for dipping was very good, too. This also happened to be a menu item on special the night (Monday) we dined in. A deep discount on domestic beers helped make our pre-Christmas Eve meal jolly, too. :-) I'd give the ambiance decent marks but, wow, there are tons of TVs. It's a sports bar, sure, but is it a little excessive to have 30+ screens (especially ones stacked on top of one another like burger patties)? Overall: when you're here, you're Irish! Enjoy some excellent pub food and drinks with a more-than-reasonable value. read more

Went to grab a bite to eat at 7:30pm on a Friday night. We walked in without a reservation for a party of two, and we were say quickly. It was a little busy. Music plays, but you are still able to have a conversation. Our server came shortly after and took our drink order along with food. The fiery Irishman burger came out hot. You get offer a side and I picked the sweet waffle fries. Those, on the other hand, came out semi-cold. Perhaps thet cook the fries in a big batch and leave them out? I did not request to have them reheated, but I feel if I did, it would have been no problem. The Buffalo dip came out hot. Only downside, we were not provided silverware, so the chips were breaking here and there in the dip. I wouldn't mind going back to try a different food item, maybe pass on the fries. read more

The atmosphere is pretty much the same as the old restaurant was hoping they would switch up the tables a bit but not a big deal. Had the cheese curds as appetizer, thought they were good and the marinara was tasty that was served with it . Shared the bbq pork sandwich with the hubby. I've been wanting a reason to go to Corrigan's since the rebranding and new ownership of this establishment. This place has really cleaned up its act. It's much cleaner, much friendly, quieter too on a Friday night. The bands and people are no longer so loud, crammed and jam packed that you can't hear your own thoughts. Prices are unfortunately pretty high, food options are much better. Staff isn't the friendliest either sadly but it's great seeing this place finally turned itself around! read more

A new fav place especially on the weekends! The food has been terrific. I have had the potato leek and clam chowders both very good. Their fish on Fridays was also very good as well as their corned beef. My hubby had the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese and really liked it as well. We have gone to 3 of their music venues and have really enjoyed all of them and looking forward to going back. The girls really enjoyed when they had the Taylor Swift cover band Sparks fly. A friend of mine and our kids met up here around 6ish yesterday (was a Saturday) and it wasn't super busy but it is my understanding that there was a live band coming in a little later. So it was great timing to take the family to dinner. Good open layout in the restaurant because of this it could get a bit loud at times. Our table ordered a few different appetizers for the table to share as we had younger kids with us and I would say that, yes the food was okay, but it was definitely packaged and baked/fried at the restaurant. Definitely wouldn't say things are "made" in house. We had the cheese curds, bosco sticks, mac and cheese balls (a little spicy), kids chicken strip meal and the ruben rolls. Food wasn't anything super special but good for a get together. Bathrooms were nice a clean and it was cool to see they had darts available and another electronic game for the kids to play. We stopped in at Corrigan's Pud @ 12:45pm on a Friday. We were seated right away aand a waitress came by and took our drink order within a minute. She brought our drinks right away and never returned. After waiting 15 minutes and seeing her check on other tables around us, we got up and left. We stopped by the manager, he comped our sodas and we left. The menu was not impressive and prices seemed very high. Many of the tables and decor seemed to be leftover from the previous restaurant "Skooters" which was a Western themed joint. I am giving 1 star because i can't give less. We will try again maybe in a few months. Hopefully they will do better. When we left the manager couldn't even apologize for our bad experience. Note to owner(s) get a better manager. My 4th time there so thought it was time to try something new. Had the Friday Fish & Chips special ($14). Surprisingly I was disappointed. There were enough french fries for three people and the 4 pieces of fish were the size of a chicken tender. I can't really speak about the taste of the fish cause I never really tasted the small pieces with all the breading, although the breading was good. Dump over half those fries and give people a few decent sizes of cod. Gave it four stars because the place is always clean and the staff is fantastic! How can you host the ufc fight but close the kitchen at 10. How am i supposed to enjoy the fights with no nachos or something to munch on. We sat down and not a single waitress came up. I literally called from within side to ask if the kitchen was still open just to get an answer.
