Went in on a Friday night with about forty mins left before close. I tried to wave at a server at the end of bar. Actually three servers were chatting at the end of bar. First employee that approached us was a bus staff and told us we had five to ten mins left to order food. He went to get one of the three employees at the other end of the bar. When he returned with a one she was visibly agitated. I asked if we could still order that the bus staff said we had a few mins. I told her I tried to wave her down to get a menu so I could quickly put an order in. She raised her voice and with a bad attitude and said "can't u see im helping other people". I repeated myself and asked if there was still time to put in an order. She rolled her eyes and said "ya know what...no I'm not serving u. Ur being rude to me" my husband and I both looked at each other in disbelief! She was clearly the one being over the top and had a blatant lack of service skills. It was written all over her face and in her demeanor she didn't want to serve us because it was later in the night and didn't want to take anymore new customers. I asked to speak with her boss. Instead Another server who was also not doing anything but standing at the end of the bar approached yelling telling my us that our eyes were red and we were wasted. ( I might add the second server reeked of skunk and was also drinking alcohol behind the bar before approaching us) But we do not drink so we were far from intoxicated. At this point both employees are getting verbally aggressive with us. I continued to ask for the boss. Getting more frustrated by the minute I was losing my patience. Eventually The older server said she was the boss for the night. But I don't think she was an actual manager due to her lack of customer service skills and behavior. She clearly wanted to wiggle out of doing her job. As both servers are yelling at us. My husband literally sat there not saying a word except "u approached us with a very rude demeanor" one time. I on the other hand am not as kind or reserved. I told both servers "they were rude and that if they were miserable in their lives and job to not take that out on your customers and that their service skills were lacking" that infuriated the younger employee so badly she decided to abuse the police's emergency line. She claimed we were drinking heavily and she was going to have us arrested. Which was far from any truth. I asked repeatedly for a bosses card or name or when one would be in next. They refused to tell me and got their phones out to record. But completely neglected to video in the beginning when their behavior and lack of service skills instigated and antagonized the situation. With in minutes, as me and my husband were exiting the building while still getting yelled at a police officer shows up. He was in the next parking lot over and responded with in a just a couple minutes. Which I appreciate and love about our police force. We go outside and I explain what happened. He was very polite and absolutely knew we were not intoxicated in the slightest. He had us wait outside and went in for a moment to talk to the wait and bar staff. He returned appropriately two mins later. He said he could visibly see how much more aggressive they were being in this situation. He even stated he didn't think the server was a manager either. She wasnt telling the truth I'm assuming because she didn't want her actual manager to get word of her actions and the fact she was denying service to two customers for no reason. We joked and laughed with the officer outside about negative customer service for a few minutes and we were on our way. It's truly a shame I'm a loving member of the community. I'm involved in many volunteer projects and community functions in our town. I'm very proud to be apart of such a wonderful community. My children have grown up here and I truly love living here. Many of my close family and friend go to events and hang out at this location regularly. We also pop in there at least once or twice a month and have never seen those servers before and have had great visits otherwise. Now we r all contemplating never going back. Also, For the record the servers had no grounds and the one wasn't a real manager so they couldn't trespass us from the location. Such a bummer two belligerent people ruined a once enjoyable place for us. I will continue to post my review in other forums and platforms. I also have filed a formal complaint with the franchises home office. The servers in this instance clearly have poor customer service skills and desperately need retraining or to possibly re think their career path if they can't control themselves properly. Just The thought of someone else being treated this way makes me sad because it was once a place we were very fond of. read more

Frist time visiting Wings. They have lots of parking available in the parking lot and you did not need a reservation. We walked in and within minutes taken to our seats. The server brought over waters right away along with the menus. (On the menu, if you scan/download their app, you can get a free appitzer & it's also a rewards program) They have amazing specials all week long. Lots of sports on the multiple tvs scattered throughout the location. There is music as well, but not very loud, so you can enjoy what's on the tvs. The chicken was cooked perfectly, though next time, I may ask for a little more sauce on the side. read more

Ordered burgers for pickup, got home and all burgers were plain. Called the restaurant and they said you have to specify what you want on the burgers. Explained that we were first time customers, and the GM says what do you want me to do, and then started arguing with my wife and hung up on her. Just horrible. read more

And who doesn't love wings?!? And a beer! I do hard cider and they had this pomcherry hard cider. Omgoodness. Yum!! Couldn't get enough! Ordered my usual parm garlic wings. Traditional. This isn't a bad little sports bar and it is really close to two hotels. The staff was really nice and the restaurant looked clean. There are a ton of TVs and so many drink options. I went with a strange option wine but it was pretty good. For my meal I went with a buffalo chicken wrap with tater tots. The wrap was grilled chicken with a great selection of sauces to pick from. I went mild with teriyaki and ranch dressing. Overall the wrap was good. The tots were a little over cooked and very crunchy. I ordered beer cheese for dipping. It was just ok. First time coming here. Wanted to come for a few drinks and to support a small business. Located conveniently off the I-80 exit sits Wings etc. Nooked away in a corner, this place has alot of parking. It's a newer looking place inside and out. Many people are to judge its similar to a Buffalo Wild Wings, but to me, this place is more comparable to a Roosters Wings by far if you've been to the Columbus, Ohio area. It's a medium sized restaurant. Great drink menu. Excellent food menu with great options. Restaurant is clean and does its part taking care of its guests in these trying times. It features gaming machines , a medium sized bar, the staff is friendly, courteous and treat each other like family. Definitely a hidden gem, would definitely want to come here more. read more

I am so excited that my husband and I have found this new spot! Lately, I have been disappointed with other wing restaurants. I felt the quality really went down and the wings lack meat! So when I saw an advertisement for this place I was eagerly excited to give it a try. And we are so happy we did. For the appetizer, we went with the beer battered cheddar bites. The breading was good, it has a nice crisp to it and not burnt. They reminded me a lot like mozzarella sticks but in a ball size. Overall they tasted good. For the wings you are best to go with the traditional as ita a good bang for your buck! When they say jumbo they mean it. The wings had a great portion of meat. My husband ordered the boneless and they were smaller portions more like bite size but just as tasty. He is not a typical traditional wing eater however, he said he will be back to order them next time. SCORE! lol. They offer 22 different sauces to choose from. Our waitress was very helpful and allowed us to sample multiple sauces we were curious about since we have never been here before and wanted to make sure we picked our favorite ones. Overall, they give you a lot of options in case you aren't in the mood for wings. Like burgers, sandwiches and ribs. For dessert we ordered the oreo churros and they were delicious! Definitely recommend those if you have a sweet tooth. The only thing I was a little unhappy with was our server not coming back to us in a timely manner. Our first trip to Minooka's brand new bar and grill which occupies what used to be a KFC. Upon entering we were both impressed with the work they did on remodeling what used to be a standard fast food restaurant. The addition is nice as well and features tables of different sizes though no tables for parties of two. The smallest table we saw besides the high tops seated a minimum of five. Many of the tables in the front section were also jammed too close together. Service was good and quick. I loved that they have Diet Mountain Dew on fountain. My wife ordered fried shrimp with tater tots and Mac and cheese. I ordered the chicken tenders basket with regular fries (curly fries or tots were the other side choices). Food came pretty quickly and my chicken tenders were very, very hot. The breading was crispy and the chicken tasted great. The only letdown was the substandard fries. They weren't hot or particularly crispy. My wife's shrimp were good but nothing special. Tater tots were ordered extra crispy but were not even close to crispy let alone extra crispy. On the other hand the Mac and cheese was great. They have a huge menu, plenty of drink choices and good service. Food wise, only based on what we ordered, we both felt we were eating standard food service food that we could get in a lot of places. I know we didn't have wings but will try on our next visit. Overall we're happy they're here and I think they'll do well with their bar food menu and drink choices. They also have great lunch specials that are also good for carry out. read more

The reviews were all over the place and I was kind of reluctant to go here but the hotel clerk said it's really good. I had the wings traditional and I thought they were very good well cooked and very tasteful. I had the sauce was medium mild which was excellent and then they had a seller special so I had some celery and ranch dressing. Like I said the server did a good job at the bar I had a nice IPA called citroverse from Kentucky. So I would come back here every time I really thought it was well done very clean and you know nothing went wrong I'd give it 5 stars. read more

My wife and I enjoy patronizing this establishment regularly. Their wings use to come in a tray with much sauce, very pleasing. Last two time they have been very skimpy on the sauce. There for last night I ask for more sause being the wings had very little sauce. She brought two tiny container to the table and there was no mention of a charge! Consequently I was charged! When brought to the boss' attention instead of apologizing he tried to play it off that it could've been an eyelash or one of our hairs which absolutely wasn't the case.
