One of us got delicious fries, the other a Caesar salad. The Reuben was fine, though a little dry in spots. I'd imagine that's not ordered that often, so I always give a bit of dryness a pass. The cantaloupe salad was nothing what we expected but so much more. Joe wasn't as hungry so he ordered the sweet crispy spare ribs and the beef tallow fries. I got the bone in corn meal crusted pork chop with a wonderfully fresh sautéed corn maque choux. Save room for the peach shortcake if it's on the menu.
