I'm genuinely sad to see Stage Kitchen gone and being rebranded into something different. It was one of the tastiest dining experiences in Boca and a place that always delivered an amazing combination of great food, excellent service, and a great atmosphere. The drinks were always well crafted, the salads were fresh and full of flavor, and the steak was cooked perfectly. The chicken was also a standout, and the date cake was absolutely delicious -- the kind of dessert you remember after the meal is over. Beyond the food, the service was consistently attentive and made every visit feel special. Stage Kitchen was a true gem in Boca, and it will definitely be missed. I was REALLY excited when I learned Stage was coming to Boca. I had the best birthday brunch at the PGA location. However this location did not live up to its northern location. I've gone about 3 times and every time it's the same. Service lacking. Food quality was ok - the tuna always has a slimy texture. Drinks ok. I kept coming back hoping it would improve. My last visit the service was the best it was & the manager was very helpful which I why I give it 4 stars (because it was going to be 3) They do have a really good burger which you wouldn't expect but it was amazing! My friend and I came here for dinner on a Friday evening. There was valet right outside the restaurant for $8 which was convenient. We sat on the patio under an umbrella during dusk time, which was lovely. It wasn't too hot. Aspen was our server and she was extremely accomodating and kind. She provided her recommendations to us about the menu, which I really appreciated. We started with the mocktails "is there a doctor in the house?" And they were AMAZING! Super refreshing. It had pineapple skin, ginger, turmeric, carrot, and citrus. We ordered a bunch of items to share. For appetizers, we ordered the bang bang cauliflower, which had mushroom, paneer, mint and cilantro. This was SO yummy, but extremely spicy! My mouth was actually on fire. We also got the spicy tuna bomb which consistent of semolina puri, spicy soy, green goddess, and avocado. They were shaped like little circles that you could pop in your mouth in one bite. We got the Brussels Caesar which was AWESOME! I loved the shaved Brussels made into a salad. We also ordered the truffle naan with ricotta. This is a MUST! It was delicious. The truffle taste was so potent. And the ricotta paired so well with it. We ordered the ribeye cut medium from the meat menu along with the buttermilk miso. The meat was perfect. It was tender and yummy. We just weren't provided with a knife to cut it and had to ask for it. I gave 4 stars just because of the multiple flies that were surrounding us and our food at one point. There's definitely many reasons why my cousin picked this restaurant to be our stomping grounds tonight with my cousins. I don't have much to say negatively about it to be honest. This place was AMAZING! From the minute we were greeted and asked for our reservation's name to the ending of our experience; it was hands down so great! I had probably one of the best espresso martinis I have ever had. I'm not even joking when I say that. It was delicious. The apps were nothing less than perfect too that we shared for the table. The duck rolls were pretty spot on and that's saying a lot for not being a big fan of duck. We also shared the cauliflower. My main entree was the octopus. I'm glad I asked about spice, because they said it had a kick. So I asked for the sauce to be on the side. Our server, Riley, did it without hesitation for me. Located in the new restaurant row in front of Boca Town Center and in between El Camino and Motek. There's free parking in the lot, it can get crowded but there's always a spot. As soon as I walked up to the hostess stand I was impressed. We had a nice table outside. Service was better than excellent. Our server John took good care of us and didn't miss a beat. As a matter of fact, the entire staff was amazing and attentive. Ambience as nice and the food was special Each dish was better than the one before. The menus is creative inspired Indian with some Asian fusion mixed in. A little something for everyone. We ordered 2 entrees. The Wood Grilled Spanish Octopus and the Chicken Masala. We were sharing both and started with the Octopus. It was so tender and served on top of crispy potato and with a green apple nuoc cham - a vibrant tart dipping sauce. They had me here, it was so good. The the Chicken Masala came out. This was one of the best Chicken Tikka dishes, I've had. Not too spicy and so flavorful. I was so impressed. This place keeps getting better and better. After dining a few times ourselves, took my family here and was skeptical if they would enjoy it as much as we do. The hostess was sweet and allowed us to choose where we wanted to sit for happy hour. I will say that every time we have eaten here we've been told different things as to happy hour. Our first visit they told us there was happy hour but you could only sit at the bar area to get happy hour bites meanwhile you could order drinks wherever you sat. The second time we were told happy hour was offered throughout the restaurant, inside or outside. This visit they told us it was only at the bar area and high tops. We sat at the high tops and ordered a few drinks. Our server, Jon, was great and reassured us of our order. I want to express my sincerest appropriation of him to tell us the lunch menu would be changing to their dinner menu by 4pm and he allowed us the opportunity to graze over both menus while we decided (thank you again so much Jon!) we ordered the green chickpea hummus to share along with the oysters which were decent. As far as main dishes I have been eager to try the butter chicken and it did not disappoint! My other family members ordered the Korean BBQ ribs which were spicy but delicious. And 2 of my other family members ordered the happy hour smash burger which they said was incredible. For dessert ordered an espresso martini which was blended so well by the bartender, Enrique. Overall, I love this place because you can truly seem to get a diverse food experience. We had American, Mediterranean, Indian and Asian. The drinks are phenomenal (which I didn't take too many photos this time around since on by previous reviews contained majority of them). There are simply not enough Indian restaurants in Boca and it's great to have a new goto. I really love this place! Went here the first time for my uncles birthday, had the chicken masala, and got a bite of the burger from my mom. The food is amazing! Everything from the quality, to the authenticity, down to the taste! I went here a second time to order the masala again, just as good as it was the first time! Stage stands completely on its own as a destination restaurant. The space is beautiful, with plenty of shaded seating both indoors and outdoors, making it perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner. The menu offers a mild fusion of Indian cuisine, but in a very approachable way. If you're someone who usually avoids Indian food because of heavy curry flavors, you'll appreciate how balanced and subtle everything is. We ordered several dishes and every one of them impressed. The tuna bomb was outstanding, the local beets, and the shredded Pachadi house salad which is now officially one of my favorite salads anywhere. We also had the patatas bravas (a bit more Spanish-inspired), which were crispy, flavorful, and perfect for sharing. We were three people sharing dishes, tapas style. And then there was dessert. It's nestled between Mediterranean Motek & Mexican El Camino. Michelin Chef Pushkar Marathe is a nominated James Beard chef from Nagpur, India, he was trained in Switzerland. In 2020, he opened Stage Kitchen in Palm Beach Gardens with partner Andy Dugard. Andy was a hospitality major from Liverpool who worked for Disney before joining Stage. Then came Ela Curry & Cocktails serving Indian street food & regional dishes, then Mango Mercado, a grab-and-go market with ready made breakfast & lunch sandwiches, soups, salads, and more. There were outdoor tables as well as seating inside. The small-plates menu, offers international & fusion flavors with fresh & local ingredients that come together in vital, new & very flavorful way. The dinner menu was broken up into hot & cold snacks, vegetables & grains, meats & fish, breads & chutneys and two cuts of steak. I started with Palm Beach Problems a refreshing gin cocktail with blood orange, watermelon, grapefruit, ginger, rosemary & club soda. We began by sharing the smoked fish dip with tortilla chips. Our 4 spicy tuna bombs were interesting with spicy soy green goddess avocado, semolina puri & spicy soy sauces. We were sat promptly and then waited and waited. The manager came over and asked if we were waiting for water, I said we were waiting for menus. Food was delicious! My table shared a bunch of appetizers and everything had a very unique flavor combinations and everything tasted excellent. I can tell a lot of thought and care went into this menu and the chefs were great at their job. I went during happy hour and they had a great selection of both drinks and bites offered for a reasonable price. We had a number of wait staff take care of us, some better than others, but overall our food was served timely and they were all accommodating and assistive with questions. Only complaint is we ordered a spicy appetizer (which was delicious) but we were without water for a good amount of time and had to flag down a wait staff to serve us water. I understand restaurants and staff get busy, but we went during slow hours before happy hour got very busy . But the guest services manager, Yanelle, made our experience amazing! Great place for a large group! The staff was knowledgeable on vegetarian options (rare for south florida!) Our Order: (1) Great Pretender Mocktail - described as light and refreshing but was overly sweet due to the hibiscus, therefore did not enjoy (2) Black Gold Fashioned - their spin on an old fashion, but was overly sweet due to the housemade syrup (3) Plantain Chaat - I've never seen this before, and was delicious! The sweetness of the plantains balances the tangy yogurt. (4) Bang Bang Cauliflower - crispy and tangy! Really liked the variation that it included other vegetables than just cauliflower. (5) Truffle Brie Grilled Cheese - crispy and gooey, however the mango sauce was too sweet with the brie. Truffle flavor is mid but muted between the brie and mango sauce. (6) Spicy Cheese Naan - indian spin on a cheese quesadilla, excellent spice flavor but was too cheesy for our taste. It needs a dipping sauce. (7) Pistachio and Saffron Gelato - the gelato is made in house and the flavors rotate. You can taste the pistachio (doesn't have an artificial flavor) but couldn't taste saffron. I literally had only had the Spicy Tuna Bomb and the memory of it made me drive an hour to have them again. The owner of Stage stoped by to let us know that there were tables at Stage and it had been a place I've been wanting to try so we forfeited our spot to come here! My drink was fantastic and light, and the sushi ball app was so delicious, I could have eaten them all night. I got a tikka chicken masala which was so good and such a big portion for me I was able to eat the next day as well. The naan was delicious and the service was great, we sat outside and it was perfect for us and the baby, even with all the commotion. Tucked away in the new Restaurant Row across from Town Center Mall, Stage is the new branch of the Palm Beach Gardens restaurant by Chef Pushkar Marathe nominated "Best Chef: South" semifinalist by the James Beard Foundation. He showcases his Indian roots in the cuisine but also infuses different cultures in the dishes which I loved. We started with the Spicy Tuna Bomb displayed so cute as little crunchy nests made of semolina puri stuffed with spicy soy marinated tuna topped with green goddess sauce and avocado. Definitely an explosion of flavor in your mouth. I normally don't like beets but the Local Beets app here was delightful. Light and refreshing, the yogurt sauce takes away any strong beet taste. The vegetable PACHADI salad was also a favorite. Very unique flavors and mix of textures with carrots, tomatoes, peanuts, and turmeric. The duck confit rolls were packed with curry flavor and fried with a crispy flaky shell. The peanut sauce was a nice compliment to the spicy rich flavors of the filling. A group of us went to Stage in Boca Raton for dinner, and rather than each ordering separate entrees, we decided to have an evening of shared tapas. It was a great way to taste several items on the menu. The food was consistently delicious, and the service was excellent. I was initially reluctant to go to Stage because I am not a fan of Indian food, but Stage is so much more than this. The menu has a strong Mediterranean influence, yet it is eclectic enough to satisfy everyone's tastes. We started with some drinks, including a bottle of Sancerre wine. The server allowed me to taste a small sample of the wine before we bought a bottle, which I very much appreciated. It was smooth and light. Delightful! We then ordered a variety of hot and cold "snacks" (aka appetizers) and breads, including: - Korean BBQ ribs with pineapple slaw... tender with a nice kick! - Duck confit rolls with a spicy peanut chutney -Spicy tuna bombs ... as pretty to look at as to eat! -Street corn ... off the cob and perfect for sharing -Bang bang cauliflower ... crunchy and spicy -Spicy grilled cheese naan and garlic naan Without realizing it, almost every item we ordered was spicy. And each of the spices was different. None were overpowering though. The spiciness enhanced the overall flavor of the dishes. Our favorite bite? We couldn't decide as we enjoyed everything and would order each of them again. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the bang bang cauliflower as the pungent sauce combined with the crunch of the cauliflower was delicious. The server, Miguel, was very pleasant and accommodating. For the appetizers that came with 4 pieces, he offered to add a fifth piece so each member of the group could have one. Was excited to try after having delicious cocktails at the bar a few months ago. The vibe is chic and trendy and we received a nice welcome at the front. Started with black gold old fashioned and my girlfriend had the hot and bothered. Both cocktails were made well. Had delicious smoked fish dip which we both thoroughly enjoyed. But our 10:30 am brunch felt more like a rehearsal than a headlining act. Notably, the restaurant accepted a 10:30 reservation even though the kitchen doesn't open until 11. While we waited, we started with mocktails--but our top choices were unavailable. The turmeric-carrot-citrus blend tasted artificial and medicinal. The hibiscus, giffard, lemon, and club soda drink was fresh and pleasant--light and enjoyable--but ultimately forgettable. We stuck to sparkling water after that. We began with the vegetable "parchadi" salad, a visually complex dish that promised boldness but delivered very little flavor. For mains, the Tandoori steak and eggs disappointed most: a tiny, overcooked piece of meat, flavorless eggs, and a sauce attempting to be creative--definitely not chimichurri, and not in a good way. The rice (which we subbed in for potatoes) was fine but unremarkable. The butter chicken masala had decent flavor but didn't stand out from standard Indian fare. Shrimp and grits lacked seasoning and shrimp. The salmon Benedict was average, and the sides--beets, mushrooms, bread, and sauces--were fine, but forgettable. What a great dining experience! I met my friends for happy hour. We sat at the bar and ordered off of the bar menu. We ordered the potatoes and the naan with hummus. The potatoes were tasty but the star of the show was the naan and hummus. Im not a big fan of hummus, but this hummus was olive based and it was delicious. About an hour into us sitting at the bar, the manager came over with complementary bang bang cauliflower. It was spicy and it was fried to perfection. We finished the night with a few more drinks and the banoffee dessert, which was heavenly. It was like a light version of banana pudding with a roasted sugar topping. Overall, the service, food and drinks were excellent. While small, the restaurant is beautiful and the bar is very large, making it easy to eat and drink. I'll definitely be back! read more

Came here for dinner. Nice ambiance indoors and outdoors. Service decent overall. Food was a bit difficult for me as the items were all so different. The gem salad was the best item. The oysters were ok. Small and 6 for $24. The duck rolls Were decent. The lamb kebab we returned as not edible. The egg plant dish was pretty good. Went here for the first time for new years with my family and had a great time. There was plenty of parking around the restaurant row. When walking in, there is a hostess stand to the right side at the front. I almost missed it! We were seated right away as we had a reservation. The music was great, the space is very open and airy. I like that there's a lot of room between tables and booths. I don't like when I feel like I'm eating so close to someone. We started off with a lot of appetizers and drinks. I got the cucumber martini with Tito's and it was delicious. For bites we ordered the ribs, green hummus, bang bang cauliflower, cheesy naan, ricotta, spicy tuna bombs, and eggplant. It was all really tasteful and fresh. My standouts were the hummus, cauliflower, cheesy naan, and the tuna bombs. There were so many vegetarian options which was great because one person in our party was. We were pretty full but for the entrees we ordered the chicken tikki masala, steak, and the twice baked potato. I loved the concept of the twice baked potato. It had a nice texture and was so cheesy! For dessert we got the sticky date cake (our favorite), the banoffee pie, and the cheesecake ice cream. We were not fans of the cheesecake ice cream. It was way too floral and didn't taste like cheesecake at all. It was also icey. Overall, incredible experience, I will definitely be back. read more

I server was very helpful and attentive- let us know that the restaurant is pronounced [STA JAY]. Food was a selection of dishes from all over the world, all with a touch of Indian flavor. All of the dishes were well presented, and beautiful. We listen to the recommendations from our server Michael And we were not led astray. We ordered several dishes to share between those that our table. This included: Kai-kai eggplant Lamb Kebab Wagyu tartar Duck confit bell & evans chicken, liver pate Paratha Triple chocolate chip cookie These dishes were shared between two adults and one toddler The menu was a very pleasant surprise. After we walked in when being turned away from the other restaurant we had planned to visit.. the decor inside was warm, inviting and well thought out.
