When we picked him up she was rude and blamed our dog for breaking her muzzle and told us it was 45 dollars, we paid her for the groom and left.She said we might find someone to groom our dog. Don't worry we won't be back. Completely questionable business. And when I bathed because she wouldn't I found a open scrap on his bum. Hopefully he doesn't get an infection from dirty clippers! My Witty girl is a 1.5 year old service dog who deserves "lotsa love "when having to be groomed and thank goodness we found the right spot for her. They are attentive, fast, and definitely listen to how we want her groomed with of course giving lotsa love! The shop is clean and has enough room. We are loyal customers for over a decade, but after the last few visits are feeling we may need to start exploring other options for our small dogs. There have been scheduling snafus, mysteries where we've just fallen off a waitlist, and the hand drying we always had documented in the system and was much preferred for our dogs with anxiety, fell off their radar and does not appear to be an option any longer. I really liked bringing our Doodle here, but the last couple of times have been disappointing. Last October, I brought her in for her haircut, and what we wanted was discussed with the groomer. When I picked her up, she was completely shaved all the way down to her pink skin. She didn't even look like the same dog! Fast forward to now, and I wanted to give it another chance. I requested a different groomer this go around. When I picked her up today, she looked great! The disappointment was when I went to pay and discovered that my cost DOUBLED from the last several times we've been in there. There was one spot where she was matted, but her entire body was not matted. I was told it was for "combing" but no one ever mentioned any price increase for this. This price reflects a dog that had serious matting and I know my dog didn't have serious matting. The staff is kind and friendly! I think my time with Lilly Bees is up, and I'll be looking elsewhere for groomers.

When they got to my home, at first they were very nice, but once I started telling them my preferences on how I wanted their haircut to turn out, aka I didn't want them to try to de-matt my dogs with a comb, I just wanted it shaved/cut out so I didn't have to spend extra money (again, 3 dogs is expensive). The groomer wasn't okay with that, & literally got in the salon truck & LEFT. Without confirming why they were leaving!! It's so upsetting because we have been waiting to get them groomed at the mobile salon for longer than we wanted to, & then they treat their customers like that & LEAVE? I am used to having ROMEO get haircuts from grooming professionals. I only trust those who go and learn from hair shows. When doing my homework, I came across this shop. So glad I did, because Romeo haircut was absolutely AMAZING! She even did his Mohawk perfectly. So impressed and now I'm sad she won't be in Arizona to give him more haircuts.
